Description
2つのシール面間に設けられるゴム製の主シール手段と、
前記2つのシール面間に、主シール手段よりも高圧側に設けられ、凹溝が形成される樹
脂製の副シール手段と、
主シール手段および副シール手段間で前記2つのシール面の少なくともいずれか一方に凹状の変動緩和空間が形成される圧力変動緩和手段とを含み、
前記副シール手段は、凹溝を低圧側に向けて配置されることを特徴とするガス用シール構造である。

Claims (1)
- 水素ガスおよびヘリウムガスなどのゴム製の部材に対する透過性の高いガス用のシール構造であって、
2つのシール面間に設けられるゴム製の主シール手段と、
前記2つのシール面間に、主シール手段よりも高圧側に設けられ、凹溝が形成される樹脂製の副シール手段と、
主シール手段および副シール手段間で前記2つのシール面の少なくともいずれか一方に凹状の変動緩和空間が形成される圧力変動緩和手段とを含み、
前記副シール手段は、凹溝を低圧側に向けて配置されることを特徴とするガス用シール構造。
