Claims (4)
- −第1及び第2の画像を記憶するためのメモリ、及び
−プロセッサ、
を有する放射線治療計画装置において、前記プロセッサは、
−前記第1の画像に基づいて標的体積に対する線量分布を決めるステップ、
−前記第1の画像における前記標的体積の対象となる物体に第1の表面メッシュを当てるステップ、
−前記第1の表面メッシュを前記第1の画像における前記対象となる物体の表面に対し第1の適合を行い、第2の表面メッシュを生じさせるステップ、
−前記第2の画像における前記対象となる物体に前記第2の表面メッシュを当てるステップ、
−前記第2の表面メッシュを前記第2の画像における前記対象となる物体の表面に対し第2の適合を行い、第3の表面メッシュを生じさせるステップ、
−前記第2の表面メッシュと前記第3の表面メッシュとの差を得るステップ、
−前記第2の表面メッシュに基づいて前記対象となる物体の体積モデルを生成するステップ、
−前記差に基づいて前記体積モデルを変形させ、変形した体積モデルを生じさせるステップ、及び
−前記変形した体積モデルに基づいて、前記線量分布を調節するステップ、
を実行するのに適し、前記第1及び第2の画像は放射線治療処理の異なる時点で撮られている装置。 - 前記差は前記体積モデルの変形に対する境界条件として用いられ、生物化学モデルが前記体積モデルの変形において考慮される請求項1に記載の放射線治療計画装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の画像はCT画像である請求項1に記載の放射線治療計画装置。
- 放射線治療計画装置用のコンピュータプログラムであり、前記放射線治療計画装置のプロセッサは、前記コンピュータプログラムが前記プロセッサにおいて実行される場合、
−第1の画像に基づいて標的体積に対する線量分布を決めるステップ、
−前記第1の画像における前記標的体積の対象となる物体に第1の表面メッシュを当てるステップ、
−前記第1の表面メッシュを前記第1の画像における前記対象となる物体の表面に対し第1の適合を行い、第2の表面メッシュを生じさせるステップ、
−前記第2の画像における前記対象となる物体に前記第2の表面メッシュを当てるステップ、
−前記第2の表面メッシュを前記第2の画像における前記対象となる物体の表面に対し第2の適合を行い、第3の表面メッシュを生じさせるステップ、
−前記第2の表面メッシュと前記第3の表面メッシュとの差を得るステップ、
−前記第2の表面メッシュに基づいて前記対象となる物体の体積モデルを生成するステップ、
−前記差に基づいて前記体積モデルを変形させ、変形した体積モデルを生じさせるステップ、及び
−前記変形した体積モデルに基づいて、前記線量分布を調節するステップ
を行い、前記第1及び第2の画像は放射線治療処理の異なる時点で撮られているコンピュータプログラム。
