Description

本発明は、容器内の液体を吸引、加圧、圧縮して噴出させる噴出器に用いて好適なノズルに関するものであり、液体の噴出操作で該液体を少なくとも２種類のパターンで同時に噴出させて使用感を一層明瞭にしようとするものである。
整髪料や育毛剤は、塗布対象物に対して広範囲にまんべんなく塗布することができるように霧状にして噴出させるのが普通であり、そのための噴霧器としては、トリガースプレーや押圧ヘッドを備えたスプレーなどこれまでに多数のものが提案されている（例えば特許文献１参照）。
特公昭６０−３２５０５号公報
ところで、頭皮に直接液体を吹きつける育毛剤のような液体を対象とするものにおいては、該液体を霧状にして噴出させた場合に、それが降りかかっているかどうか明瞭ではなく、使用感が得られにくいところに問題を残していた。
本発明の課題は、噴出させた液体が降りかかっていることを明瞭に把握できる新規な噴出ノズルを提案するところにある。
本発明は、液体の噴出経路を有するノズル本体と、このノズル本体の噴出経路の出側端に装着され該噴出経路を通して送給された液体を外界へ向けて噴出させるチップとからなる噴出ノズルであって、
前記チップは、霧状とストリーム状、あるいは水滴状とストリーム状の少なくとも２種類の噴出パターンにて液体を同時に噴出させる異なる噴出開孔を有することを特徴とする噴出ノズルである。
液体の噴出パターンのうちの１つをピンポイントにて衝突させることができるストリーム状にすることで、噴出衝撃が伝わり、液体が降りかかっているかどうか明瞭になり、使用感が得られる。
以下、図面を用いて本発明をより具体的に説明する。
図１は本発明にしたがう噴出ノズルを備えた液体噴出器の断面を示したものであり、図２は液体の噴出状況を示した図である。
図における１は押圧ヘッドとして使用されるノズル本体である。このノズル本体１は液体の噴出経路１ａを有しており、その天面を押圧して上下に繰返し往復移動させることで液体の噴出を可能とする。
また、２はノズル本体１の噴出経路１ａの出側端にアンダーカット嵌合により装着されたチップである。このチップ２はその背面を図３に示すように、スピン通路２ａを経て霧状に噴出させる噴出開孔２ｂと、ストリーム状に噴出させる噴出開孔２ｃとを備えている。
２種類の噴出開孔２ｂ、２ｃを有するノズルにて液体を異なるパターンで同時に噴出させると、図２に示すようにストリーム状に噴出させたところが局所的に強く衝突することになり、これにより液体が降りかかっているかどうか明瞭に把握できることになる（使用感が得られる）。
上掲図１に示した噴出ノズルは噴出開孔２ｂ、２ｃの何れもが、単一の噴出経路１ａを通して液体を供給する構成のものを例として示しているが、図４に他の実施の形態を示す如く、チップ２とノズル本体１の相互間に別途に通路３を設けてそれぞれの噴出開孔２ｂ、２ｃから液体を噴出させてもよい。なお、本実施例では、スピン通路２ａをチップ２の背面に形成したが、これに限るものではなく、チップ２には噴出開孔２ｂのみとしてスピン通路２ａをチップ２の背面に当接するノズル本体１に形成することもできる。
図５、図６は本発明にしたがう噴出ノズルのさらに他の実施の形態を示したものである。ここに示した噴出ノズルは、チップ２の中央に位置する噴出開孔２ｂからはストリーム状のパターンで液体を噴出させ、噴出開孔２ｂを取り囲む円周上に等間隔に１２個の噴出開孔２ｃを設け、その噴出開孔２ｃのそれぞれから水滴状のパターンで噴出させるのに適した構造のものである。
かかる噴出ノズルにおいても、噴出開孔２ｂから噴出させたストリーム状のパターンのほうが局所的に強く衝突することとなり使用感が明瞭になる。
噴出パターンについて本発明の実施の形態では、霧状とストリーム状のパタ―ン、あるいはストリーム状と水滴状のパターンの組合せについて示したが、噴出パターンは用途等に応じて種々変更できるものであり、実施例のものには限定されない。また、噴出開孔の形状や数も適宜に変更可能であり、この点についての制約もない。
噴出された液体が所望の領域に降りかかっているかどうかを明瞭に把握できる噴出ノズルが提供できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 液体の噴出経路を有するノズル本体と、このノズル本体の噴出経路の出側端に装着され該噴出経路を通して送給された液体を外界へ向けて噴出させるチップとからなる噴出ノズルであって、
    前記チップは、霧状とストリーム状、あるいは水滴状とストリーム状の少なくとも２種類の噴出パターンにて液体を同時に噴出させる異なる噴出開孔を有することを特徴とする噴出ノズル。
