Description
Claims (10)
- 検出イベントの時間分解記録のための検出器において、
検出イベントが発生するときに、動作状態で電気信号を供給する変換装置と、
該変換装置に結合され、前記電気信号に時間的に割り当てられたトリガ信号を供給するように設計された少なくとも一つのトリガと、第一のアナログ時間信号を供給する少なくとも一つの時間信号発生源と、前記トリガに結合され、前記第一のアナログ時間信号の、前記トリガ信号に時間的に割り当てられた第一の瞬間値を供給するよう設計された少なくとも第一のサンプル採取器とを有する評価電子機器とを有することを特徴とする検出器。 - 前記第一のアナログ時間信号は、周期を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の検出器。
- 前記第一のアナログ時間信号の一意な間隔を単位として時間を測定するよう設けられた少なくとも一つのクロックを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の検出器。
- 少なくとも二つの検出チャネルに分けられ、
夫々の検出チャネルは、前記トリガの少なくとも一つ及び前記サンプル採取器の少なくとも一つに夫々割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載の検出器。 - 前記評価電子機器は、第二のアナログ時間信号を供給する第二の時間信号発生源を有し、前記第二のアナログ時間信号の第二の瞬間値を供給するよう設計された第二のサンプル採取器が存在し、前記第二の瞬間値は、前記トリガ信号に時間的に割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の検出器。
- 前記第二のアナログ信号発生源は、前記第一のアナログ信号発生源に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の検出器。
- 前記評価電子機器は、前記第一のサンプル採取器に結合された時間計算ユニットを有し、該時間計算ユニットは、前記第一の瞬間値に割り当てられた時間値を計算するよう設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一項記載の検出器。
- 少なくとも一つのマルチプレクサは、前記第一のサンプル採取器と前記時間計算ユニットとの間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の検出器。
- 請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の検出器を有する画像装置。
- 検出イベントの時間分解記録のための方法において、
検出イベントを電気信号へ変換するステップと、
前記電気信号に時間的に割り当てられたトリガ信号を発生させるステップと、
前記トリガ信号を有する時間的割当で少なくとも第一のアナログ時間信号をサンプリングするステップと、
前記第一のアナログ時間信号の第一の瞬間値を供給するステップとを有することを特徴とする方法。
