Description
Claims (9)
- 平坦または成形された金属片を金型キャビティ内に導入し、次いで溶融金属と室温で固体の発泡剤とを含む混合物を前記キャビティ内に導入してそこで発泡させる、金属/発泡金属複合部品を製造する方法であって、前記キャビティの範囲の少なくとも一部が前記金属片によって定められる、方法。
- 前記キャビティが、定められた量で完全または不完全に充填され、かつ前記発泡が、非加熱の金型キャビティ内で起こる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡剤が、射出スリーブまたは射出室内で前記溶融金属に接触され、次いで前記混合物が、発泡充満されるべき前記金型キャビティ内に導入される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡剤が、発泡充満されるべき前記キャビティ内に導入される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 発泡充満されるべき前記キャビティ内に前記溶融金属が導入される前、途中、および/または後に、前記発泡剤が前記キャビティ内に導入される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記金型内の発泡充満されるべき前記キャビティの範囲のうち、1つの面のみが前記挿入された金属片によって定められる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 発泡充満されるべき前記キャビティが、1を超える独立した空間を有し、かつこれらの空間が、1を超える射出ランナによって充填される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融金属として、軽金属が使用される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 金属プレスダイカスト機が使用される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
