Description
プリフォームのボトル容器の口栓部天面に相当する部分から切り出した試料について、示差走査熱量計(セイコー電子社製「DSC220C」)にて、室温から285℃まで20℃/分の速度で昇温させ、その途中で観察される結晶化ピークトップの温度(昇温時の結晶化温度、Tc)を測定した。
テレフタル酸13.0部とエチレングリコール5.82部とからなるスラリーを重縮合槽に供給して、常圧下250℃でエステル化反応を行い、エステル化反応率95%のビス(β−ヒドロキシエチル)テレフタレート及びその低重合体を調製した。その後、正燐酸0.012部と二酸化ゲルマニウム0.012部とを加えて、0.133kPa(1mmHg)の減圧下280℃で溶融重合を行った。溶融重合終了後生成したポリエステルを、溶融重合槽の底部に冷却水槽に直結させて設けた吐出口から、ストランド状に抜き出して水冷した後、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン製のロール上を滑らしてからチップ状にカットしてポリマーチップとした。引き続いて、得られたポリマーチップを攪拌結晶化機(Bepex社式)に移送し、ポリマーチップ表面を150℃で加熱結晶化させた後、窒素流通下140℃で3時間乾燥させた。続いて静置固相重合塔に移し、窒素流通下210℃で20時間固相重合を実施してチップ状のポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂を製造した。得られたチップを真空乾燥機にて130℃で10時間乾燥させた後、射出成形機(日精樹脂工業社製「FE−80S」)にて、シリンダー温度275℃、スクリュー回転数120rpm、1次圧時間1.0秒、金型温度20℃で、外径約30mm、内径約20mm、長さ165mm、重量約60gの円筒状のプリフォームを射出成形した。得られたプリフォームについて結晶化温度(Tc)を測定し結果を表1に示した。
溶融重合終了後得られたポリエステルを、溶融重合槽の底部に冷却水槽に直結させて設けた吐出口からストランド状に抜き出して水冷した後、ステンレス(SUS304)製のロール上をストランドが滑らしてからチップカットするように変更した外は、実施例1と同様にしてプリフォームを射出成形した。得られたプリフォームについて、昇温時結晶化温度を測定し、結果を表1に示した。
Claims (2)
- テレフタル酸成分及び/またはナフタレンジカルボン酸成分と、エチレングリコール成分から得られるポリエステルを重合反応が終了した後に、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリトリフルオロエチレン及びポリフッ化ビニリデンよりなる群から少なくとも1種選ばれるプラスチック成形品と接触させ、チップ化するポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
- 固相重合による重合反応が終了した後にプラスチック成形品と接触させる請求項1記載のポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
