Claims (6)
- 超音波振動を発生する手段と、
前記発生手段に固定され、かつ所定領域に前記超音波振動を収束するレンズ手段と、
を具備し、
前記レンズ手段は、同心状に連なって配置されている実質的にいくつかの円領域に分割され、前記領域であって、隣接する領域同士の波速は異なる波速を有する材料で構成されていることを特徴とする超音波振動ビームを収束する装置。 - 前記連なっている実質的にいくつかの円領域の波速速度は、最も中心の前記領域と、最も外側の前記領域との間で連続して変化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波振動ビームを収束する装置。
- 前記連なっている実質的にいくつかの円領域の波速速度は、最も中心の前記領域と、最も外側の前記領域との間で連続して上昇することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波振動ビームを収束する装置。
- 前記レンズ手段は、平凹面レンズであることを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1項に記載の超音波振動ビームを収束する装置。
- 前記実質的にいくつかの円領域は、隣接する実質的にいくつかの円領域から絶縁材料によって分離していることを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1項に記載の超音波振動ビームを収束する装置。
- 前記レンズ手段は、チタン、チタン合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、またはこのような材料の任意の1つ、または複数を有する混合物を含むことを特徴とする前記全ての請求項のいずれか1項に記載の超音波振動ビームを収束する装置。
