Claims (7)
- 原動機として内燃機関とモータとを備えた車両に用いられ、内燃機関及びモータからの機械的動力を、変速機構により変速して、駆動輪に係合する車両推進軸に伝達可能な車両用駆動装置であって、
機関出力軸からの機械的動力を第1入力軸で受け、複数の変速段のうちいずれか1つにより変速して、車両推進軸に伝達可能な第1変速機構と、
機関出力軸及びモータからの機械的動力を第2入力軸で受け、複数の変速段のうちいずれか1つにより変速して、車両推進軸に伝達可能な第2変速機構と、
機関出力軸と第1入力軸とを係合可能な第1クラッチと、
機関出力軸と第2入力軸とを係合可能な第2クラッチと、
第1変速機構及び第2変速機構における変速段の選択と、第1クラッチ及び第2クラッチの係合状態とを制御可能な制御手段と、
を有し、
制御手段は、
原動機としてモータのみを用いた車両走行であるモータ走行中に内燃機関のクランキングを行うときに、
第2入力軸が受けた機械的動力を減速して第1入力軸に伝達するよう第1変速機構及び第2変速機構の変速段を選択すると共に、第1クラッチを係合状態にする場合、
当該クランキングを行うときの機関回転速度が、予め設定された必要回転速度以上となり且つ最も低くなるよう第1変速機構の変速段を選択する
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置において、
制御手段は、
第1変速機構の各変速段を選択した場合について、第1クラッチを係合状態にした場合の機関回転速度である第1クラッチ係合時回転速度を推定可能な第1クラッチ係合時回転速度推定手段と、
第1クラッチ係合時回転速度が、予め設定された必要回転速度を上回るか否かを判定する回転速度判定手段と、
第1クラッチ係合時回転速度が必要回転速度を上回った場合に、当該第1クラッチ係合時回転速度の算出の基となる変速段を、第1変速機構において選択する変速段選択手段と、を備え、
回転速度判定手段は、最も高速側の変速段である最高速段について、第1クラッチ係合時回転速度が必要回転速度を上回るか否かを判定し、必要回転速度以下であると判定された場合には、最高速段より低速側の変速段について判定する
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置において、
制御手段は、
第2クラッチを係合状態にした場合の機関回転速度である第2クラッチ係合時回転速度を推定する第2クラッチ係合時回転速度推定手段を有し、
第2クラッチ係合時回転速度が必要回転速度を上回り、且つ第1クラッチ係合時回転速度を下回る場合には、第2クラッチを係合状態にして、モータからの機械的動力を第2クラッチから内燃機関に伝達させる
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置において、
第2変速機構及び第1変速機構からの機械的動力を統合して、車両推進軸に伝達可能な動力統合機構と、
動力統合機構と駆動輪との間における機械的動力の伝達を遮断可能な動力遮断機構と、
を有し、
制御手段は、
車両停止中に内燃機関のクランキングを行う際に、動力遮断機構を制御して、動力統合機構と駆動輪との間における機械的動力の伝達を遮断する
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両用駆動装置において、
制御手段は、
第2変速機構の変速段のうち最も低速側の変速段と選択すると共に、
第1変速機構の変速段のうち最も高速側の変速段を選択する
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の車両用駆動装置において、
動力統合機構は、第2出力軸と第1出力軸との双方と噛み合う動力統合ギヤであり、
動力遮断機構は、動力統合ギヤに結合された駆動装置出力軸と車両推進軸とを係合可能なクラッチ機構であることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の車両用駆動装置において、
動力統合機構は、第2出力軸と第1出力軸との双方と噛み合う動力統合ギヤであり、
動力遮断機構は、動力統合ギヤと車両推進軸とを係合可能なカップリング機構である
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。
