Description
以下に示す実施例1〜3ではそれぞれ、試験電池としてLR6(単3)型アルカリ乾電池を作製するとともに、本発明品(図1)については、電池内の金属部品に上記導電性樹脂(導電性プラスチック)の被覆を形成し、従来品(図2)についてはその導電性樹脂の被覆を形成しない従来構成とした。
導電性樹脂:ポリプロピレン80wt%、カーボンブラック(粒子径2〜3μm程度)20wt%により調製。
金属部品加工:正極缶内面および集電棒表面に上記導電性樹脂を厚さ約10μmで完全被覆した。
導電性樹脂:ポリエチレン80wt%、カーボンブラック(粒子径300〜1000Å程度)20wt%により調製。
金属部品加工:正極缶内面および集電棒表面に上記導電性樹脂を厚さ約0.5μmで完全被覆した。
導電性樹脂:ポリエチレン40wt%、カーボンブラック(粒子径5〜10μm程度)60wt%により調製。
金属部品加工:正極缶内面および集電棒表面に上記導電性樹脂を厚さ約30μmで完全被覆した。

Claims (2)
- アルカリ電解液を含む発電要素を収容するとともにこの発電要素の正極合剤側に電気的に接触して正極集電体および正極端子を兼ねる有底筒状の金属製正極缶と、この正極缶の開口部を塞ぐ皿状の金属製負極端子板と、この負極端子板の電池側面から突き出して上記発電要素の負極合剤中に貫入する棒状の金属製負極集電子と、上記正極缶と上記負極端子板の間に介在して上記正極缶内を封止する電気絶縁性の樹脂製封口ガスケットとを有するアルカリ乾電池であって、上記正極缶および上記負極集電子を含む金属部品が、金属イオン非透過性の導電性プラスチックと一体モールド成型されて、正極および負極の作用物質と当該金属部品の間を両者間での導電性を確保しながら両者間での金属イオンの移動を阻止させるようにしたことを特徴とするアルカリ乾電池。
- 請求項1において、上記導電性プラスチックがポリオレフィン系熱可塑性樹脂とカーボンブラックを混合してなる導電性プラスチックであることを特徴とするアルカリ乾電池。
