Description
ここで使用される「マイクロ波支援の化学反応」という表現は、化学反応を開始するかまたは加速するためにマイクロ波を使用するプロセスを意味する。マイクロ波支援の化学は、様々な化学プロセスにおいて材料を加熱するために使用され、マイクロ波は、水および多数の有機液体を含む材料と直接相互作用し、分子作用を発生させ、熱を生成する。したがって、マイクロ波支援技術は、分析プロセスおよび合成プロセスの両方用に開発されてきた。マイクロ波支援の化学を実行するために使用される機器は、従来、マイクロ波源、典型的にマグネトロンから、マイクロ波が中にガイドされるキャビティを有する装置を含む。反応体を含む容器がキャビティに導入され、マイクロ波へ暴露するように位置決めされる。いくつかの器具において、容器は、高温且つ高圧の状態下で反応が進行することができる封止容器である。容器、および、容器内の反応混合物をマイクロ波へ暴露するための装置は、マイクロ波支援の化学反応を実行するためのシステムに基礎的要素を提供する。商業的な慣例では、システムは、キャビティへおよびキャビティから容器を運ぶための手段と、溶剤および反応体を容器へ分配するための手段と、検出手段と、電源および制御手段と、容器をキャビティ外部に置くためのラックと、をさらに具備する。

Claims (11)
- 小容量でマイクロ波を用いた化学反応を実行するためのマイクロバイアルアセンブリであって、
開口上部端および閉鎖底部端を有するマイクロ波透過反応容器(10)と、
貫通穴と、封止ダイヤフラム(30)と、を有するキャップ(40)と、
を具備し、
スリーブ(20)には貫通穴が形成され、前記容器(10)は前記スリーブの穴を通って前記スリーブの軸方向に拡張し、前記キャップは前記容器(10)を前記スリーブに固定しながら、前記容器の前記開口上部端を封止するために前記ダイヤフラムをクランプし、前記容器(10)の前記開口上部端には、前記開口上部端に向かって増加する半径を形成する広がった部分(14、15、16)が形成され、前記広がった部分は前記スリーブの上部端平面に形成された対応する窪みに受け取られ、前記窪みは前記容器(10)の前記開口上部端の前記広がった部分用の座(24)を提供するマイクロバイアルアセンブリ。 - 前記スリーブの上部端は前記キャップに係合するように環状に形成され、前記スリーブは、前記上部端から連続した前記スリーブの下部端の減少した直径部分(D2)に合致する第1の直径部分(D1)を有する、請求項1記載のマイクロバイアルアセンブリ。
- 前記スリーブの前記下部端の減少した直径部分(D2)は、円錐台の形状である、請求項2記載のマイクロバイアルアセンブリ。
- 前記容器(10)の前記広がった部分、および、前記スリーブ(20)の前記端平面の前記座(24)は、両方とも形状が円錐状である、請求項1記載のマイクロバイアルアセンブリ。
- 前記容器(10)の前記開口上部端は、前記容器が前記スリーブに支持されるときに、前記スリーブ(20)の上部端上に突出するリム(16)によって規定され、前記リムは、前記封止ダイヤフラム(30)の下部側に押圧するように寸法づけられる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロバイアルアセンブリ。
- 前記リム(16)は、前記容器(10)の前記開口上部端を封止する前記ダイヤフラム(30)の横方向に拡張する、第1の半径r1を有する内周囲を有する、請求項5記載のマイクロバイアルアセンブリ。
- 前記リム(16)の前記内周囲は、前記第1の半径r1を有する容器キャビティ(11)の一部を規定し、前記第1の半径r1を有する部分は、減少する半径r2を有する第2の部分に接続し、前記減少する半径r2を有する第2の部分は、前記容器キャビティ(11)の反応チャンバを規定する部分である、連続した半径r3を有する部分に滑らかに変化する、請求項6記載のマイクロバイアルアセンブリ。
- 前記容器(10)の底部は、前記容器の半径方向圧縮部分(12)を通って形成され、前記容器の終端(13)上に位置する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロバイアルアセンブリ。
- 前記容器(10)は、500μl以下の小容量でマイクロ波を用いた化学反応を実行するように寸法づけられる、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロバイアルアセンブリ。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のマイクロバイアルアセンブリを具備する、小容量反応混合物でマイクロ波を用いた化学反応を実行するためのシステム。
- 前記マイクロバイアルアセンブリの前記スリーブ(20)は、前記スリーブ(20)から連続した第1の直径部分(D 1 )を有し、前記第1の直径部分D1を有する前記スリーブ(20)の外周囲が、前記システムのマイクロ波キャビティ(1)の入口である、直径(D)を有する挿入ガイド(4)に適合するように寸法付けられることにより、マイクロ波透過容器(10)の壁と挿入ガイド(4)との間の半径方向距離を埋める、請求項10記載のシステム。
