Description

The present invention relates to a sheet-like body cleaning material that is gentle to the skin and has a good feeling of use.

Conventionally, a cleaning sheet used by impregnating a nonwoven fabric with a surfactant and adding water to foam is known (Patent Document 1, Patent Document 2, Patent Document 3). Since the sheet is used to massage and clean the skin, it is necessary to have a moderate strength and a soft feel, and the detergent containing the surfactant should have low irritation and good foaming Is also necessary. However, the conventional cleaning sheet is not satisfactory because it may damage the skin if it is rubbed too much for cleaning.

The fineness of the ultrafine synthetic fiber is preferably 0.1 to 3.3 dtex, particularly preferably 0.1 to 1.1 dtex. Here, dtex is the weight per unit length (10000 m) of the fiber. The lower this number, the finer the fiber. When expressed in terms of fiber diameter, it is preferably 10 μm or less because the feel is good and foaming of the cleaning agent is increased by suitably entraining air during use.
In the case of split fibers, the fineness before split is preferably 1.1 to 4.4 dtex, and the split number is preferably 4 to 22 in terms of foaming because the distance between the fibers becomes narrow.

For this purpose, the nonwoven fabric preferably has a porosity represented by the following formula of 70 to 99%, particularly 85 to 99%.

Porosity (%) = (1− (ρ ′ / ρ)) × 100
(Where ρ: specific gravity of the sheet, ρ ′: apparent specific gravity of the sheet)

In the body cleaning material of the present invention, it is preferable that the average interfiber distance of the nonwoven fabric is 1 to 100 μm, particularly 1 to 50 μm, from the viewpoint of excellent liquid impregnation and formation of finer bubbles.
The average interfiber distance is calculated by the following method. The thickness of the nonwoven fabric is L (cm), the basis weight is w (g / m 2 ), the fineness of the constituent fiber i is Di (dtex), the weight ratio of the constituent fiber i is αi (%), and the average diameter of the constituent fibers is Fd. Assuming (μm), the average interfiber distance Dp is expressed by the following equation.

Figure 0004266191
Figure 0004266191

Di=1000000(cm)×断面積(cm2)×比重(g/cm3
=1000000×π(Fdi/2)2 ×di
The fineness Di is determined by using the differential scanning calorimeter to identify the type of each fiber, and from the density of the specified fiber di (g / cm 3 ) and the diameter Fdi (μm) of the constituent fiber i, Calculated.
Di = 1 million (cm) × cross-sectional area (cm 2 ) × specific gravity (g / cm 3 )
= 1000000 × π (Fdi / 2) 2 × di

Further, the nonwoven fabric is not limited to a single layer but may be a multilayer. In the case of multiple layers, for example, three layers, it is preferable to provide a cushion layer using latent crimped fibers or the like in the intermediate layer to extrude air to further increase foaming.

The method for producing the nonwoven fabric is not particularly limited, but in addition to the spunlace method, a wet spunbond method, a thermal bond method, an air-through method, a resin bond method, and the like are preferable in terms of touch.
