Description
Claims (7)
- 空気中のバイオエアロゾル粒子を検出して同定する方法であって、ATOFMS(エアロゾル飛行時間質量分析装置)中で、粒子流の中からバイオエアロゾル粒子を蛍光技術により選択し、その選択したバイオエアロゾル粒子のみをイオン化した後、連続的に得られた前記イオンを検出して、前記バイオエアロゾル粒子を同定する、方法。
- 前記バイオエアロゾルの選択を、前記バイオエアロゾル粒子中の特定物質が蛍光を発するような波長を有する、第一レーザー発生装置により発生させたレーザー照射により行い、その後に蛍光検出器を用いて前記バイオエアロゾル粒子を選択し、第二レーザー装置が誘起されて、蛍光検出器によってのみ選択された前記バイオエアロゾル粒子をイオン化する波長の光を放出する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エアロゾル粒子をATOFMS中に吸引する際、またはその直前に、蒸発/凝縮または昇華/凝縮により、前記エアロゾル粒子にマトリックスを供給し、その後に、MALDI(マトリックス支援レーザー脱離/イオン化)法により、選択された前記バイオエアロゾル粒子をイオン化し、その後、連続的にイオンを検出して、前記バイオエアロゾル粒子を同定する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ATOFMSを使用して請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行う装置であって、ATOFMS、レーザー照射によりバイオエアロゾル中の特定物質が蛍光を発するような波長の光を放出する第一レーザー装置、およびその蛍光放射線を検出するための関連する蛍光検出器、並びに前記検出器により誘発されて、蛍光検出器によって選択されたバイオエアロゾルをイオン化する波長の光を放出する、第二レーザー装置、を備える、装置。
- 前記第一レーザー装置が、連続波レーザー装置であり、前記第二レーザー装置が、パルスレーザー装置である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第一レーザー装置が、発振波長266nmおよび532nmの2色連続波レーザー装置である、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記第二レーザー装置が、発振波長308nmのエキシマーレーザー装置である、請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
