Description
【0001】

Test Example 1 Cucumber Powdery Mildew Control Test Prepared according to Formulation Example 3 to cucumbers (variety: Sagamihanjiro) grown in plastic pots with a diameter of 7.5 cm in a greenhouse up to 1.5 leaves. The wettable powder was diluted to a predetermined concentration (active ingredient concentration: 200 ppm) and sprayed at 50 ml per 3 pots. After the chemical solution is dried, conidial spore suspension (1 × 10 6 cells / ml) prepared by suspending cucumber powdery mildew conidia in water with a small amount of spreading agent sprayed and inoculated in the greenhouse For 7 days. Seven days after inoculation, the area occupied by powdery mildew disease spots per cucumber leaf was investigated according to the following index to determine the disease severity, and the control value was calculated according to the following formula. The results are shown in Table 1 (Table 1).
[0034]
The average value of each treatment group and non-treatment group was taken as the disease severity.
Control value (%) = (1—Disease level in treated area / Disease level in untreated area) × 100
