【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、一対の注出ノズルを有した容器から同時に内容液を噴出させると共に、この両噴出内容液を外部に注出する注出容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば、或る種の染毛剤のように、2種の薬液を使用時に一緒に注出するタイプのもので、薬液を個々にエアゾール式容器に収納し、使用時に一対のエアゾール式容器から内容液である薬液を同時に噴出させると共に、この噴出した薬液を一緒に一か所から注出する容器として、特許文献1あるいは特許文献2に開示された技術がある。

特許文献1に記載の従来技術は、薬液を収納した一対のエアゾール式容器と、この一対のエアゾール式容器を並列に隣接して収納する有底の収納ケースと、この収納ケースの上端開口部を塞ぐ形態でヒンジ結合され、下面に各エアゾール式容器の注出ノズルが密嵌入して突き当たる段付き孔と、上面に吐出口と、そして両段付き孔と吐出口とを連通させる案内路とを形成したガイド部材の前端に、収納ケースの外側の前下方に垂下した押動レバーを連設した可動カバーと、から構成されている。

この従来技術にあっては、容器を掴持した片手の指で押動レバーを収納ケース側に押圧することにより、ヒンジ結合部を軸としてガイド部材を下降傾動させ、これにより一対のエアゾール式容器の注出ノズルを同時に押し下げて開放し、両エアゾール式容器の薬液を、段付き孔、案内路そして吐出口を経て、一緒に吐出するので、一つの押動レバーに対する簡単な押圧操作により、二つのエアゾール式容器の内容液を、同時にかつ一緒にした状態、すなわちそのまま使用することのできる状態で吐出する、と云う優れた効果を発揮する。

また、吐出口に様々な形状の櫛体、塗布体等を取り付けて使用され、たとえば内容液を直接櫛歯に注出して、櫛体で頭髪を梳くことにより、注出した内容液をそのまま頭髪に塗布することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した従来技術は、収納ケースと可動カバーのヒンジ結合部を支点、可動カバーのヒンジ結合部と反対側に付設した押動レバーの下端部を力点、可動カバーに付設した段付き孔を作用点とした梃子の原理で可動カバーを傾動させ、エアゾール式容器の注出ノズルを押し下げ、開放しよとするものである。

しかしながら、吐出口への櫛体、塗布体等の取り付けの際に可動カバーを下方に押してしまう等の誤操作により内容液を注出してしまう場合があり、構造、および操作が簡単で、誤操作を確実に防止する機構を有した容器が要望されている。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、容器を掴持した片手の指先の操作により、注出ノズルを傾動下降して内容液を注出する注出容器においての、構造が簡単で、かつ簡単に操作することが可能な誤動作防止機構を創出することを技術的課題とし、もって注出操作性が良好で、誤動作のない安全性の高い注出容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の内、請求項1記載の発明の手段は、
噴出機能付きの注出ノズルを起立させた左右一対の容器体と、
この注出ノズルを上方に突出させた状態で、一対の容器体の上端部に外嵌して、不動に組付く装着筒体と、
一対の容器体の上部を外装する外装筒を有し、下方に注出ノズルが密嵌入して突き当たる一対の段付き孔を開設して頂板の開口部に連通する通路を形成する注出通路を内部に有したキャップ体とを有する注出容器であって、
装着筒体の前面に係止突片を突設し、
キャップ体の外装筒の前面壁の一部を、隣接する壁に一体連設する左右一対の連結小片を残した状態での略ロの字状のスリットの形成により、一対の連結小片を軸として前後に傾動可能な傾動板片とし、
傾動板片の上部に前記係止突片が嵌入する係止孔を形成し、
傾動板片の前面から操作片を垂下設すること、
キャップ体の前後方向への傾動可能に、キャップ体の左右側端部と装着筒体の左右側端部とを軸片と軸孔の組み合わせよりなる回動部で組付け結合した組立て状態において、
傾動板片の係止孔へ装着筒体の係止突片を嵌入した状態で、キャップ体の傾動変位を不能に、
また操作片の押圧による、傾動板片を前記連結小片を軸として傾動変位させての、係止突片の係止孔からの脱嵌入を可能に、
さらなる操作片の押圧によるキャップ体の傾動変位を可能に構成したこと、
にある。

請求項1記載の上記構成の注出容器は一対の容器体、装着体、キャップ体の各部材を有し、下に示すように各部材が組み付けられ、一体として使用される。
すなわち、
1.装着体左右一対の容器体の上端部に上方から外嵌して、装着体を容器体に不動に組付き固定する。
2.装着体の開口部から突出する一対の容器体の注出ノズルを一対の段付き孔に密嵌入して、キャップ体を揺動可能に容器体に組付け固定すると共に、装着筒体の外側から前記一対の容器体の上部を外装する外装筒の左右側端部と、装着体の左右側端部を、軸片とを軸孔の組み合わせにより組付け結合し、キャップ体を前後方向への傾動可能に装着体に組付ける。

上記のように各部材を組付けた状態で、外装筒の前面壁の左右中央に、左右一対の連結小片により前後方向への傾動可能に形成された傾動板片が位置し、この傾動板片の上部に形成された係止孔に装着体の前面に突設された係止突片が嵌入した状態となり、この状態でキャップ体の傾動変位を不能とする誤動作防止機構が形成され、誤動作防止の機能が発揮される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施例を、図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1〜6は本願発明の注出容器の第1実施例を示す。このうち図1は半縦断面正面図であり、図2は図3のA−A線に沿って不規則に縦断した側面図であり、図3は平面図であるが、図1および図2中では、容器体51については従断面しないで示している。また、図4はキャップ体11および操作片17を示す斜視図であり、図5は装着体31の平面図であり、また図6は操作片17の押圧の際のキャップ体11の傾動変位の過程を要部縦断側面図で示した、説明図である。

エアゾール式容器である容器体51は、細長有底円筒状をした金属製本体の縮径した口部に、弁による開閉機能部を備えた注出ノズル53を有する金属製あるいは硬質樹脂製のキャップをカシメ固定して頭部52を形成し、注出ノズル53は、この頭部52の上面に起立した状態となっている。

キャップ体11は、有頂で略長円筒状の外装筒12を有し、頂板14の中央部の開口部15の開口縁から吐出筒15aを起立設すると共に、前述した通路ブロック体21の注出筒28が密嵌入する通路筒15bを垂下設している。

3.装着体31の開口部36から突出する一対の容器体51の注出ノズル53に通路ブロック体21の段付き孔23を密嵌入させて、キャップ体11で容器体51の上部を外装する。
4.同時に装着体31の一対の軸片33を軸孔19に嵌入して、この軸片33と軸孔19により構成される回動部Jを軸として前後方向への傾動可能に、キャップ体11を装着体31に取り付ける。

上記のように各部材を組付けた状態で、外装筒12の前面壁の左右中央に、左右一対の連結小片13bにより前後方向への傾動可能に形成された傾動板片13が位置し、この傾動板片13の上部に形成された係止孔13aに装着体31の前面に突設された係止突片32が嵌入した状態となり、誤動作防止機構Kを形成する。

図7は本発明の第2実施例を示すものであり、キャップ体11の頂板14上に櫛体1を取り付けた構成の一例であり、頂板14には嵌着段部16aが形成され、さらに長円筒状の嵌合筒片16が立設されているが、この頂板14を上から覆って、嵌着段部16aに外嵌する半長球弧殻状のドーム筒3内に、嵌合筒片16に密に嵌入する密嵌筒片4を垂下設し、ドーム筒3の上面に、左右方向に等間隔に配列した多数の櫛歯片1aを立設し、各櫛歯片1a間のドーム筒3の壁部分に注出孔5を開設した櫛体1が、キャップ体11に組付けられている。なお、勿論のことではあるが櫛体1の形状あるいは櫛体1への内容液の注出方式は本実施例に限定されるものでなく、たとえば櫛歯片1aを2列に並べた形状、櫛歯片1aを斜め上方に立設した形状等、通常用いられる様々な形状の櫛体1をキャップ体11の頂板14上に取り付けて使用することができ、また本実施例のように櫛歯片1aの基端部に注出する方式の他にも、櫛歯片1a内部に注出路を形成して櫛歯片1aの先端近傍から注出する方式等も使用することができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上記した構成となっているので、以下に示す効果を奏する。
請求項1記載の発明にあっては、キャップ体の前面に略ロの字状のスリットにより傾動板片を形成し、装着体の係止突片と傾動板片の係止孔を組み合わせることにより簡単な構造ではありながら、誤動作防止の作用効果が発揮されると共に、操作片の押圧により使用者が意識することなくこの誤動作防止機能を解除して注出操作を達成することができる。
