Claims (6)
- 血管内の傷付き易いプラークを検出する医療装置において、
第1の材料を備える第1のワイヤーと、
第1の材料と異なる第2の材料を備える第2のワイヤーであって、前記第2のワイヤーは、前記第1のワイヤーの少なくとも一部分の周りに巻き付けられた複数の巻き付け部を有し、前記第2のワイヤーの末端部分が、接合部を形成し得るように第1のワイヤーの末端部分に結合される、第2のワイヤーと、
前記接合部を形成し、はんだからなる、先端部材とを備え、
前記接合部が、前記接合部の温度に伴い変化する大きさを有する起電力を発生させる、医療装置。 - 前記接合部に近接した組織の温度を測定するように、血管管腔内に配置される寸法とされた請求項1の医療装置。
- 前記第1のワイヤーと前記第2のワイヤーの間に配設された絶縁体を更に備えている、請求項1の医療装置。
- 前記第1のワイヤーの周りに配設されたスリーブを更に備えている、請求項1の医療装置。
- 前記第1のワイヤーが少なくとも一つのテーパを有する外形部分を備えている、請求項1の医療装置。
- 請求項1に記載の医療装置と、前記第1のワイヤー及び第2のワイヤーに接合された電圧測定部材とを備えている検出システム。
