Claims (9)
- 一対のプレート(111)が互いに接合され、その内部には区画ビード(113)を挟んで独立した二つの流路(114)が形成され、上・下端には前記各流路(114)と連通する一対のカップ(112)が平行に形成されるとともに前記一対のカップ(112)を接合して、上/下部タンク(101,102)を形成するように複数積層されるチューブ(110)と、
前記二つの流路(114)とそれぞれ連通されるように設置されて冷媒を流入/排出する入/出口パイプ(150,151)と、
前記積層されているチューブ(110)で入口パイプ(150)と連通する入口側熱交換部(103)及び出口パイプ(151)と連通する出口側熱交換部(104)を互いに連通させてそれぞれの内部を流れる冷媒の流動方向が同一となるように前記入/出口パイプ(150,151)が設置されている入/出口側熱交換部(103,104)の各タンク(101)を一定領域連通させる連通手段(140)と、
前記入/出口側熱交換部(103,104)を複数の熱交換領域(105〜108)に区切り、前記連通手段(140)に連通する熱交換領域(106,107)は一部が互いに重なるように前記連通手段(140)を挟んで互いに対角線方向に位置する一つのカップ(112a)を閉鎖して設置されているブランクプレート(111a)と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記連通手段(140)は、前記 チューブ(110)のうち、前記一定領域に該当するチューブ(110)に一対のカップ(112)を互いに連通させた連通路(141)を形成してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記連通手段(140)は、前記入/出口側熱交換部(103,104)の各タンク(101)をタンク(101)の全体サイズ対比10〜50%の領域を連通させるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記連通路(141)が形成されているチューブ列数は、熱交換器(100)のチューブ列の総数に対して20〜40%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記連通手段(140)は、熱交換器(100)の中間領域に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記上/下部タンク(101,102)のうち少なくともどちらか一方には内部の通路断面積を縮小した配分ホール(112b)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記配分ホール(112b)は、前記連通手段(140)が形成されているチューブ(110)のカップ(112)側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記入口側熱交換部(103)でリターンする冷媒の一部を出口側熱交換部(104)にバイパスできるように、少なくとも一つのチューブ(110)には、冷媒がリターンする領域側にある一対のカップ(112)を互いに連通させるバイパス通路(145)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記出口パイプ(151)は、前記出口側熱交換部(104)の最後の熱交換領域(108)の中央に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
