本発明はトラクタ等に装着する肥料散布機に関するもので、複数種類の肥料をホッパ内で混合できる構成に係るものである。

【従来の技術】
ホッパ内に複数種類の肥料を投入し、これらの肥料をホッパ内で混合して所定の圃場に肥料を散布する肥料散布機としては、実公平4−53231号が知られる。
この肥料散布機は略円柱状のホッパの軸心部に複数のアームを取り付けてすくい角のある撹拌翼を設けて、この撹拌翼が回転することによって複数の肥料を混合し、混合した後に一個の繰り出し口から排出し回転散布板によって広巾散布しようとするものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
公知の技術によれば混合の際、すくい角のある撹拌翼によって肥料を持ち上げながら混合するものでホッパ底面と上層部との混合に時間を要すること。又、混合の後一個の繰り出し口から排出するので単位時間の排出量に制限があり、畦巾上に厚播きする等は適さない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記した問題を解決する為に、走行車であるトラクタに装着可能であり、肥料を投入して貯留できる進行方向横長状のホッパ内底部に、U字状の樋にリボン状ラセンに形成した撹拌羽根を有した回転軸を内設して原料を一方向へ撹拌しながら移送する撹拌部を構成し、撹拌部の移送方向が互いに方向になるように撹拌部を隣接して平行に前後に二つ設け、該撹拌部のそれぞれの移送方向の末端に隣接する相互の樋に原料移動可能な掻き上げ材をそれぞれの回転軸に設けて原料が連続循環するように構成するとともに、撹拌部の移送方向の末端側底面にそれぞれ排出口を設け、該排出口は樋長さに対して移送方向の末端側に2分の1の長さに亘って開閉可能に複数個設けたことを特徴とした肥料散布機を提供したものである。又前記排出口を開閉可能に設けたシャッターの落下口には、可撓性の肥料案内筒が挿着されて設けられていると共に、該案内筒下部の肥料出口部は、ホッパの下部に設けた横支持材の任意の位置でそれぞれ固定可能とした前記記載の肥料散布機を提供したものである。

【作用】
上記のようにU字状の樋に一方向へ撹拌しながら移送する撹拌部を構成し、相互に方向に組み合せて連続循環して撹拌するので、高速撹拌を可能にし、又、散布にあたって撹拌部のU字状樋の底面から直接排出散布するので、混合肥料の圧縮作用やブリッジが少なく円滑な混合と散布作業ができるようになった。さらに、排出口は樋の移送方向の末端側に幅方向の2分1の長さに亘ってそれぞれ設けているので、肥料残が最小になるまで排出可能であるから肥料の無駄がない。

本発明を実施した図面に基づいて構成を説明する。
図1は本発明を実施した側面図、図2はその平面図、図3は一部を省略した左側面図、図4はシャッターの開度調整説明図、図5は排出口とシャッターの説明図を示し、図6は背面図を示したものである。
