Claims (4)
- 中心部に円形のセンターホールが穿設された円板状のディスク基板と、中心部にディスク基板のセンターホールよりも大径とされた円形の開口部が穿設され、ディスク基板に貼り合わされて透明のカバー層を形成するカバーシートとから光ディスクを製造する際に、カバーシートの中心とディスク基板の中心とを位置合わせする光ディスク製造用のアライメント装置であって、
平面状の載置面が設けられ、該載置面上にカバーシートが載置される支持テーブルと、
前記載置面から上方へ突出するように前記支持テーブルに配置され、高さ方向中間部にディスク基板のセンターホール周縁部を支持するディスク支持部が設けられると共に、該ディスク支持部の上端側に前記ディスク支持部上に載置されるディスク基板のセンターホール内に挿入されるディスク挿入部が設けられ、かつ下端側に前記載置面上に載置されるカバーシートの開口部内に挿入されるシート挿入部が設けられたセンターピンと、
前記ディスク挿入部の上端部と前記シート挿入部の下端部との間に延在するように前記センターピンに設けられると共に、上端側に設けられたディスク付勢部と下端側に設けられたシート付勢部との中間部位に設けられた支軸部を中心として前記センターピンにより揺動可能に支持されたアライメントレバーと、
前記アライメントレバーを、その揺動方向に沿って前記ディスク付勢部が外周側へ押し出され、かつ前記シート付勢部が内周側へ押し込まれるように付勢する付勢部材とを有し、
前記アライメントレバーは、ディスク基板がディスク挿入部の先端部から前記ディスク支持部まで下降すると、これに連動し、前記ディスク付勢部がディスク基板の内周面により押圧されて内周側へ押し込まれると共に、前記シート付勢部が外周側へ押し出されて前記載置面上のカバーシートの内周面を押圧することにより、カバーシート及びディスク基板とをそれぞれ同一のアライメント方向へ付勢することを特徴とする光ディスク製造用のアライメント装置。 - 前記センターピンと前記アライメントレバーとの間に、前記シート付勢部によりカバーシートを押圧した前記アライメントレバーの径方向への移動を許容するガタを形成すると共に、前記付勢部材により前記アライメントレバーを常に前記径方向に沿って外周側へ付勢することを特徴とする請求項1記載の光ディスク製造用のアライメント装置。
- 前記シート付勢部を、該シート付勢部に対して前記アライメントレバーにおける前記ディスク付勢部側に設けられたレバー本体部に揺動可能に連結すると共に、前記載置面に前記シート付勢部に係合して該シート付勢部を前記載置面と平行に移動させるガイド部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の光ディスク製造用のアライメント装置。
- 前記載置面上にカバーシートが載置され、かつ前記ディスク支持部によりディスク基板が支持されると、前記センターピンを下降させてディスク基板をカバーシートに重ね合わせる昇降手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の光ディスク製造用のアライメント装置。
