【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、新規で且つ安全なサンヤク、トウガラシ、トウキ、ドクダミ、バクモンドウから選ばれる１種若しくは２種以上の植物抽出物を含有する線維芽細胞増殖促進剤に関するものである。
【０００２】
その利用分野は、各種の内用・外用製剤類（動物用に使用する製剤も含む）全般において利用でき、具体的には、アンプル状、カプセル状、丸剤、錠剤状、粉末状、顆粒状、固形状、液状、ゲル状或いは気泡性の1)医薬品類、2)医薬部外品類、3)食品類、4)局所又は全身用の皮膚化粧品類、5)頭皮・頭髪に適用する薬用及び／又は化粧用の製剤類（例えば、シャンプー剤、リンス剤、トリートメント剤、パーマネント液、染毛料、整髪料、ヘアートニック剤、育毛・養毛料など）、6)浴湯に投じて使用する浴用剤、7)その他、液臭・防臭防止剤や衛生用品、衛生綿類、ウエットティシュなどが上げられる。

又、皮膚及び真皮の発育促進、皮膚の老化防止、肌荒れ並びに創傷治癒促進などを目的として、皮膚・頭皮、口腔、眼、耳、鼻、肛門、陰部などの様々な外傷にも用いることができる。

更に飲食品類としては、口腔用組成物（ガム、キャンデーなど）やかまぼこ、ちくわなどの加工水産ねり製品、ソーセージ、ハムなどの畜産製品、洋菓子類、和菓子類、生めん、中華めん、ゆでめん、ソバなどのめん類、ソース、醤油、タレ、砂糖、ハチミツ、粉末あめ、水あめなどの調味料、カレー粉、からし粉、コショウ粉などの香辛料、ジャム、マーマレード、チョコレートスプレッド、漬物、そう菜、ふりかけや、各種野菜・果実の缶詰・瓶詰など加工野菜・果実類、チーズ、バター、ヨーグルトなど乳製品、みそ汁、スープ、果実ジュース、野菜ジュース、乳清飲料、清涼飲料、酒類などの飲料、その他、健康食品など一般的な飲食品類への使用が上げられる。

【従来の技術】
個体老化或いはこれに伴って起こる各種の疾患などは、分裂し得るすべての細胞の老化（分裂速度や細胞機能の低下）と相関関係があり、細胞レベルでの老化防止を目的として、細胞賦活剤の探索が数多く行われるようになっている。中でも細胞賦活剤の一つに細胞成長因子があり、既に種々の因子が確認され、本出願人による結合組織加水分解物（特開昭62-84024）、胸線・脾臓などの臓器由来水溶性蛋白（特開昭63-188697,63-188698）、或いは牛胎盤エキス（特開平03-141299）や更には牛脳や牛脳下垂体・鶏冠の抽出物（特開平01-175998）などが知られており、これらは医薬部外品や化粧品に利用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これらはすべて動物系由来のものであり、植物系由来としては、本出願人による、クコが細胞生着率及びコロニー形成促進作用などの細胞賦活物質（特開平02-117686）として開示されているが、未だ、植物系由来のもので細胞増殖能を有するものは得られていないのが現状である。

こうした事情に鑑み、本発明者らは線維芽細胞増殖促進剤として有用性のある様々な植物又は成分を開発のテーマとし、その結果、サンヤク、トウガラシ、トウキ、ドクダミ、バクモンドウ抽出物に線維芽細胞増殖促進作用を有することを確認し、本発明を完成するに至った。
【０００９】
「サンヤク：山薬」とは、ヤマノイモ科（Dioscoreaceae）、ヤマノイモ属（Dioscorea）の植物ヤマノイモ（Dioscorea japonica Thunb.）又はナガイモ「Dioscoreabatatas Decne.（=Dioscorea opposite Thunb.）」の根茎（根担体）・塊茎。
【００１０】
「トウガラシ：唐辛子」とは、ナス科（Solanaceae）、トウガラシ属（Capsicum）の植物トウガラシ「Capsicum annuum L.=（Capsicum frutescens L.）」又はその変種，品種の果実。その他、同属種の（Capsicum annuum L.var.cerasiforme Mill.)、（Capsicum annuum L.var.conoides Irish）、（Capsicum annuum L.var.fasciculatum Irish）、ピーマン「Capsicum annuum L.var.angulosum Mill.=（Capsicum annuum L.var.grossum Sendt.）」、（Capsicum annuum L.var.longum Sendt.）などの果実を用いることもできる。

「トウキ:当帰」とは、セリ科（Umbelliferae）、シシドウ属（Angelica）の植物トウキト（Angelica acutiloba Kitagawa又はその他近縁植物）の根茎・根皮。
【００１２】
「ドクダミ：十薬」:ドクダミ科（Saururaceae）、ドクダミ属（Houttuynia）の植物ドクダミ(Houttuynia cordata Thunberg）の全草。
【００１３】
「バクモンドウ：麦門冬」:ユリ科(Liliaceae)、ジャノヒゲ属（Ophiopogon）の植物のジャノヒゲ（Ophiopogon japonicus Ker-Gawler 又はその他同属植物）の根。

尚、本発明で使用するサンヤク、トウガラシ、トウキ、ドクダミ、バクモンドウの各種植物抽出物には線維芽細胞増殖促進作用を有することは全く知られていない。
【００１５】
【発明の実施の形態】
本発明で使用するサンヤク、トウガラシ、トウキ、ドクダミ、バクモンドウの抽出物とは、各々の植物体の各種部位（全草、種子、果実、根皮、根茎、根など）をそのまま或い粉砕後搾取したもの。又は、そのまま或いは粉砕後、溶媒で抽出したものである。

抽出溶媒としては、水、エタノール、無水エタノール、メタノール、1,3-ブチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ヘキシレングリコール、ｎ−ブタノール、アセトン、クロロホルム、酢酸エチル、ｎ−ヘキサンなどを用いることができ、溶媒として何れか１種か、若しくは２種以上を任意に組み合わせて使用することができる。更に、各々の水、エタノール、無水エタノール、メタノール、1,3-ブチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ヘキシレングリコール、ｎ−ブタノール、アセトン、クロロホルム、酢酸エチル、ｎ−ヘキサン抽出などが組み合わされた状態でも使用できる。

又、得られた抽出物は応用する線維芽細胞増殖促進剤、更に皮膚外用剤及び浴用剤、飲食品の剤型・形態により乾燥、濃縮、或いは希釈などを任意に行い調整すれば良い。
【００１８】
尚、製造方法は特に制限されるものはないが、通常、常温〜常圧下での溶媒の沸点の範囲であれば良く、抽出後は濾過又はイオン交換樹脂を用い、吸着・脱色・精製して溶液状、ペースト状、ゲル状、粉末状とすれば良い。更に多くの場合は、そのままの状態で利用できるが、必要ならば、その効力に影響のない範囲で更に脱臭、脱色などの精製処理を加えても良く、脱臭・脱色等の精製処理手段としては、活性炭カラムなどを用いれば良く、抽出物質により一般的に適用される通常の手段を任意に選択して行えば良い。

本発明のサンヤク、トウガラシ、トウキ、ドクダミ、バクモンドウ抽出物は、そのまま線維芽細胞増殖促進剤として利用できる他、更に皮膚外用剤及び浴用剤、飲食品へ配合できるが、その配合量としては特に規定するものではないが、線維芽細胞増殖促進剤、皮膚外用剤及び浴用剤、飲食品の種類、品質、期待される作用の程度によって若干異なるが、通常、０．０１重量％以上（以下、重量％で表わす）好ましくは０．１〜６０％が良い。尚、配合量が０．０１％より少ないと効果が充分期待できない。

尚、本発明の線維芽細胞増殖促進剤、皮膚外用剤及び浴用剤、飲食品は、前記の必須成分に加え必要に応じ、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲内で、医薬品類、医薬部外品類、化粧品、飲食品類などの製剤に使用される成分や添加剤を任意に選択・併用して製造することができる。

(1)各種油脂類
アボガド油，アーモンド油，ウイキョウ油，エゴマ油，オリブ油，オレンジ油，オレンジラファー油，ゴマ油，カカオ脂，カミツレ油，カロット油，キューカンバー油，牛脂，牛脂脂肪酸，ククイナッツ油，サフラワー油，シア脂，大豆油，ツバキ油，トウモロコシ油，ナタネ油，パーシック油，ヒマシ油，綿実油，落花生油，タートル油，ミンク油，卵黄油，カカオ脂，パーム油，パーム核油，モクロウ，ヤシ油，牛脂，豚脂，又はこれら油脂類の水素添加物（硬化油等）など。

(2)ロウ類
ミツロウ，カルナバロウ，鯨ロウ，ラノリン，液状ラノリン，還元ラノリン，硬質ラノリン，カンデリラロウ，モンタンロウ，セラックロウなど。

(3)鉱物油
流動パラフィン，ワセリン，パラフィン，オゾケライド，セレシン，マイクロクリスタンワックス，スクワレン，スクワラン，プリスタンなど。

(4)脂肪酸類
ラウリン酸，ミリスチン酸，パルミチン酸，ステアリン酸，ベヘン酸，オレイン酸，１２-ヒドロキシステアリン酸，ウンデシレン酸，トール油，ラノリン脂肪酸などの天然脂肪酸、イソノナン酸，カプロン酸，２−エチルブタン酸，イソペンタン酸，２−メチルペンタン酸，２−エチルヘキサン酸，イソペンタン酸などの合成脂肪酸。

(5)アルコール類
エタノール，イソピロパノール，ラウリルアルコール，セタノール，ステアリルアルコール，オレイルアルコール，ラノリンアルコール，コレステロール，フィトステロールなどの天然アルコール、２−ヘキシルデカノール，イソステアリルアルコール，２−オクチルドデカノールなどの合成アルコール。

(6)多価アルコール類
酸化エチレン，エチレングリコール，ジエチレングリコール，トリエチレングリコール，エチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル，エチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル，ジエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル，ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル，ポリエチレングリコール，酸化プロピレン，プロピレングリコール，ポリプロピレングリコール，１，３−ブチレングリコール，グリセリン，ペンタエリトリトール，ソルビトール，マンニトールなど。

(7)エステル類
ミリスチン酸イソプロピル，パルミチン酸イソプロピル，ステアリン酸ブチル，ラウリン酸ヘキシル，ミリスチン酸ミリスチル，オレイン酸オレイル，オレイン酸デシル，ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル，ジメチルオクタン酸ヘキシルデシル，乳酸セチル，乳酸ミリスチル，フタル酸ジエチル，フタル酸ジブチル，酢酸ラノリン，モノステアリン酸エチレングリコール，モノステアリン酸プロピレングリコール，ジオレイン酸プロピレングリコールなど。

(8)金属セッケン類
ステアリン酸アルミニウム，ステアリン酸マグネシウム，ステアリン酸亜鉛，ステアリン酸カルシウム，パルミチン酸亜鉛，ミリスチン酸マグネシウム，ラウリン酸亜鉛，ウンデシレン酸亜鉛など。

(9)ガム質、糖類及び水溶性高分子化合物
アラビアゴム，ベンゾインゴム，ダンマルゴム，グアヤク脂，アイルランド苔，カラヤゴム，トラガントゴム，キャロブゴム，クインシード，寒天，カゼイン，乳糖，果糖，ショ糖およびそのエステル，トレハロースおよびその誘導体，デキストリン，ゼラチン，ペクチン，デンプン，カラギーナン，カルボキシメチルキチン又はキトサン，エチレンオキサイド等のアルキレン(C₂〜C₄)オキサイドが付加されたヒドロキシアルキル(C₂〜C₄)キチン又はキトサン，低分子キチン又はキトサン，キトサン塩，硫酸化キチンまたはキトサン，リン酸化キチン又はキトサン，アルギン酸及びその塩，ヒアルロン酸及びその塩，コンドロイチン硫酸及びその塩，ヘパリン，エチルセルロース，メチルセルロース，カルボキシメチルセルロース，カルボキシエチルセルロース，カルボキシエチルセルロースナトリウム，ヒドロキシエチルセルロース，ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース，ニトロセルロース，結晶セルロース，ポリビニルアルコール，ポリビニルメチルエーテル，ポリビニルピロリドン，ポリビニルメタアクリレート，ポリアクリル酸塩，ポリエチレンオキサイドやポリプロピレンオキサイドなどのポリアルキレンオキサイド又はその架橋重合物，カルボキシビニルポリマー，ポリエチレンイミンなど。

アニオン界面活性剤（アルキルカルボン酸塩，アルキルスルホン酸塩，アルキル硫酸エステル塩，アルキルリン酸エステル塩）、カチオン界面活性剤（アルキルアミン塩，アルキル四級アンモニウム塩）、両性界面活性剤：カルボン酸型両性界面活性剤（アミノ型，ベタイン型），硫酸エステル型両性界面活性剤，スルホン酸型両性界面活性剤，リン酸エステル型両性界面活性剤、非イオン界面活性剤（エーテル型非イオン界面活性剤，エーテルエステル型非イオン界面活性剤，エステル型非イオン界面活性剤，ブロックポリマー型非イオン界面活性剤，含窒素型非イオン界面活性剤）、その他の界面活性剤（天然界面活性剤，タンパク質加水分解物の誘導体，高分子界面活性剤，チタン・ケイ素を含む界面活性剤，フッ化炭素系界面活性剤）など。

ビタミンＡ群：レチノール，レチナール（ビタミンＡ₁），デヒドロレチナール（ビタミンＡ₂），カロチン，リコピン（プロビタミンＡ）、ビタミンＢ群：チアミン塩酸塩，チアミン硫酸塩（ビタミンＢ₁），リボフラビン（ビタミンＢ₂），ピリドキシン（ビタミンＢ₆），シアノコバラミン（ビタミンＢ₁₂），葉酸類，ニコチン酸類，パントテン酸類，ビオチン類，コリン，イノシトール類、ビタミンＣ群：アスコルビン酸及びその誘導体、ビタミンＤ群：エルゴカルシフェロール（ビタミンＤ₂），コレカルシフェロール（ビタミンＤ₃），ジヒドロタキステロール、ビタミンＥ群：トコフェロール及びその誘導体，ユビキノン類、ビタミンＫ群：フィトナジオン（ビタミンＫ₁），メナキノン（ビタミンＫ₂），メナジオン（ビタミンＫ₃），メナジオール（ビタミンＫ₄），その他、必須脂肪酸（ビタミンＦ），カルニチン，フェルラ酸，γ-オリザノール，オロット酸，ビタミンＰ類（ルチン，エリオシトリン，ヘスペリジン），ビタミンＵなど。

(12)各種アミノ酸類
バリン，ロイシン，イソロイシン，トレオニン，メチオニン，フェニルアラニン，トリプトファン，リジン，グリシン，アラニン，アスパラギン，グルタミン，セリン，システイン，シスチン，チロシン，プロリン，ヒドロキシプロリン，アスパラギン酸，グルタミン酸，ヒドロキシリジン，アルギニン，オルニチン，ヒスチジンなどや，それらの硫酸塩，リン酸塩，硝酸塩，クエン酸塩，或いはピロリドンカルボン酸のごときアミノ酸誘導体など。

(13)植物又は動物系原料由来の種々の添加物
これらは、添加しようとする製品種別、形態に応じて常法的に行われる加工（例えば、粉砕，製粉，洗浄，加水分解，醗酵，精製，圧搾，抽出，分画，ろ過，乾燥，粉末化，造粒，溶解，滅菌，ｐＨ調整，脱臭，脱色などを任意に選択、組合わせた処理）を行い、各種の素材から任意に選択して供すれば良い。

尚、抽出に用いる溶媒については、供する製品の使用目的、種類、あるいは後に行う加工処理等を考慮した上で選択すれば良いが、通常では、水，水溶性有機溶媒（例えば、エタノール，プロピレングリコール，１,３−ブチレングリコールなど）の中から選ばれる１種もしくは２種以上の混液を用いるのが望ましい。但し、用途により有機溶媒の含有が好ましくない場合においては、水のみを使用したり、あるいは抽出後に除去しやすいエタノールを採用し、単独又は水との任意の混液で用いたりすれば良く、又、搾取抽出したものでも良い。

尚、植物又は動物系原料由来の添加物を、全身用又は局所用の外用剤、化粧品類に供する場合、皮膚や頭髪の保護をはじめ、保湿，感触・風合いの改善，柔軟性の付与，刺激の緩和，芳香によるストレスの緩和，細胞賦活（細胞老化防止），炎症の抑制，肌質・髪質の改善，肌荒れ防止及びその改善，発毛，育毛，脱毛防止，光沢の付与，清浄効果，疲労の緩和，血流促進，温浴効果などの美容的効果のほか，香付け，消臭，増粘，防腐，緩衝などの効果も期待できる。

又、食用製品においては、栄養補給，疲労回復，強壮，細胞賦活（細胞老化防止）等の健身並びに美容的効果をはじめ、味覚の改善，色調や芳香，光沢の付与，安定化，増粘，防腐等の目的で使用することができる。更にこの他にも、これまでに知られている各原料素材の様々な美容的、薬剤的効果を期待し、これらを組合わせることによって目的とする効果の増進を図ったり、或いは多機能的な効果を期待した製品とすることも可能である。

原料とする具体的な植物(生薬)としては、例えば、アーモンド(へん桃)，アイ(藍葉)，アオカズラ(清風藤)，アオツヅラフジ(木防巳)，アカシア，アカスグリ果実，アカブドウ，アカメガシワ(赤芽柏)，アカネ(茜草根)，アカヤジオウ・ジオウ(地黄)，アギ(阿魏)，アキニレ(榔楡皮)，アケビ(木通)，アサ(麻子仁)，マルバアサガオ又はアサガオ(牽牛子)，アシタバ(明日葉)，アズキ(赤小豆)，アセロラ，アセンヤク(阿仙薬)，アニス，アベマキ果実，アボカド，アマ，アマチャ(甘茶)，アマチャヅル，アマドコロ(玉竹)，アミガサユリ(貝母)，アルテア，アルニカ，アロエ(蘆薈)，アロエベラ，アンジェリカ，アンズ・ホンアンズ(杏仁)，アンソッコウ(安息香)，イガコウゾリナ(地胆頭)，イタドリ(虎杖根)，イチゴ，イチジク(無花果)又はその葉，イチビ(冬葵子)，イチヤクソウ，イチョウ(銀杏葉，銀杏)，イトヒメハギ(遠志)，イナゴマメ，イネ種子又は種皮，イノンド種子，イブキジャコウソウ，イラクサ，イランイラン，ウイキョウ(茴香)，ウキヤガラ(三稜)，ウグイスカグラ果実，ヒメウイキョウ，ウコン(鬱金)，ウスバサイシン・ケイリンサイシン(細辛)，ウスベニアオイ，ウスベニタチアオイ，ウツボグサ(夏枯草)，ウド又はシシウド(羌活，独活，唐独活)，ウメ(烏梅)又はその果肉，ウラジロガシ，ウワウルシ，ウンシュウミカン(陳皮)，エストラゴン，エゾウコギ(蝦夷五加)，エノキ，エビスグサ(決明子)，エルダーベリー果実，エレミ，エンジュ(槐花，槐花米)，オウギ・キバナオウギ(黄耆)，オウレン(黄連)，オオカラスウリ(カロニン)，オオツヅラフジ(防己)，オオバコ(車前子，車前草)，オオハシバミ(榛子)，オオバナオケラ・オケラ(白朮)，オオバヤシャブシ果実，オオミサンザシ・サンザシ(山査子)，オオムギ(大麦)，オグルマ(旋覆)，オクラ果実，オタネニンジン・トチバニンジ
