本発明は斯かる従来の問題に鑑みてなされたものであり、天然・自然物等をも装飾物として直接使用した新規な裁断・縫製加工用素材及び該素材を効率的に製造することのできる方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、ヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルム上面に装飾物を載置した後、当該装飾物を載置したヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルム上面側にヒートシール性透明合成樹脂フィルムを供給すると共に、当該ヒートシール性透明合成樹脂フィルムの上面側及び前記装飾物を載置したヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムの下面側にそれぞれ非ヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムを供給しつつ加熱ローラー間に通して、ヒートシール性透明合成樹脂フィルムとヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムとの間に装飾物を挟持せしめた貼合体とすることを特徴とする裁断・縫製加工用素材の製造方法により上記目的を達成したものである。

本発明の実施の形態を図面と共に説明する。

本発明裁断・縫製加工用素材を示す図1及び2に於て、1は柔軟性を有する透明合成樹脂フィルムで、斯かるフィルムとしては例えばヒートシール性を有するポリ塩化ビニール等のポリオレフィン系フィルムが好ましいものとして挙げられる。

2は柔軟性を有する薄地部材で、前記柔軟性を有する透明合成樹脂フィルム1と貼合体を構成しており、斯かる部材としては例えば合成樹脂フィルム、布地、紙、金属箔等あるいはこれらの2種以上の積層体が好ましいものとして挙げられ、就中前記柔軟性を有する透明合成樹脂フィルム1と同一の透明フィルムを用いれば、両面から内部の装飾物3を鑑賞することができるので、より良い結果が得られる。

3は装飾物で、前記柔軟性を有する透明合成樹脂フィルム1と柔軟性を有する薄地部材2との貼合面間に挾持されているものであり、斯かる装飾物としては例えば各種植物の花や葉(押し花、ドライフラワーを含む)、樹皮、鳥の羽、蝶を初めとする各種昆虫の羽、貝殻、砂等の天然・自然物が好ましいものとして挙げられ、特に扁平状のものが貼合性上有利である。尚、当該装飾物3の挾持個数は1個でも複数個混在せしめたものであっても良い。

柔軟性を有する透明合成樹脂フィルム1と柔軟性を有する薄地部材2との具体的貼合手段としては接着剤を利用した圧着法であっても良いが、装飾物3の周囲にエアー層ができるだけ形成されないようにするため、柔軟性を有する透明合成樹脂フィルム1のみに又は該透明合成樹脂フィルム1と柔軟性を有する薄地部材2の双方にヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムを用い、加熱ローラー間に通してヒートシール貼合するのが有利である。この場合、ヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムを直接加熱ローラー間に通すと該ローラー表面にヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムが溶着してしまい、表面が滑らかな貼合体を得ることができないので、当該ヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルム外面に非ヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムを介在せしめて、加熱ローラー間に通すことが必要である。因に、ここに非ヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムとしてはヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムより高い融点を有するもの、例えばポリエステルフィルムが好ましいものとして挙げられる。尚、この非ヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムは、加熱ローラーはもとよりヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルムとも溶着することはないので、ローラー間通過後貼合体から容易に剥離除去されるが、出荷・流通の段階に於ては強いて剥離せずにそのまま表面のカバーフィルムとして被覆状態を保持するのが貼合体、すなわち本発明裁断・縫製加工用素材を保護する上で好ましい。

以下実施例を挙げて本発明縫製加工用素材の製造方法を更に説明する。

実施例1
図3に示すように、柔軟性を有する透明合成樹脂フィルム1及び柔軟性を有する薄地部材2として何れもヒートシール性を有するポリオレフィン系透明フィルム〔オカモト株式会社製「エマソフト」(販売名)〕1a,2aを用い、また非ヒートシール性合成樹脂フィルム4、5としてポリエステルフィルム4a、5aを用い、まずフィルムロール体2bからヒートシール性フィルム2aを例えば図4に示す如きレイアウト台7上面に引き出し、次いで該引き出されたヒートシール性フィルム2a上面に押し花3aを適宜数載置し、然る後当該押し花3aを載置したヒートシール性フィルム2a面側に、フィルムロール体1bからヒートシール性フィルム1aを供給すると共に、該ヒートシール性フィルム1aの外面側及び前記押し花3aを載置したヒートシール性フィルム2aの外面側に、それぞれフィルムロール体4b、5bから非ヒートシール性フィルム4a、5aを供給しつつ温度約100℃の加熱ローラー6間に通してヒートシールを行なった後、切断し、図5に示す如き、両外側面に非ヒートシール性フィルム4a、5aがカバーフィルムとして存在する貼合体を得た。次いで、当該非ヒートシール性フィルム4a、5aを剥離除去して図2に示す如き本発明素材を得た。このものは内部に挾持されている押し花そのものを両面から観察し得、装飾的美観に極めて優れていると共に、裁断性と縫製性に優れ、テーブル掛けやバッグ等の各種縫製品の素材として特に好適なものであった。

本発明素材は、天然・自然物等をも装飾物として内部に直接挾持使用したものであるため、それらの有する独特の造形美や色彩をそのまま表出した装飾的美観に極めて優れた裁断・縫製加工用素材である。
また、本発明方法によれば、斯かる裁断・縫製加工用素材を密着性に優れた貼合体として効率良く製造することができる。
