Claims (1)
- 麺を茹で、水洗冷却する麺茹で装置であって、
茹でるための麺を収納する茹でバケットと、
湯を充填し、この充填された湯により上記茹でバケットに収納された麺を茹でる茹で槽と、
上記茹で槽内の湯の中で、上記茹でバケットを搬送する茹で槽内搬送手段と、
上記茹で槽内搬送手段により搬送された茹で上がった麺を水洗冷却する水洗冷却槽と、
上記水洗冷却槽内に高さ方向に仕切って設けられる、麺を水洗冷却する複数の水洗冷却室と、
上記水洗冷却室の壁内に設けられ、上記水洗冷却室に満たされる水洗冷却水を冷却する冷媒が流れる冷媒流動部と、を備えるとともに、
上記茹で麺装置は、
上記水洗冷却槽内に回転可能に固定され、かつ複数列に配列された複数の水洗冷却バケットを連ねて、該水洗冷却バケット内の麺を隣の水洗冷却バケットに受け渡して麺をリレーすることにより上記水洗冷却槽内の麺を搬送する水洗冷却槽内搬送手段と、
上記水洗冷却槽の麺搬送方向川下側に水洗冷却水を放水する水洗冷却水放水手段と、をさらに備え、
上記水洗冷却室は、
麺搬送方向川下側の水洗冷却室を仕切る壁の高さが、麺搬送方向川上側の水洗冷却室を仕切る壁の高さに比し、高く仕切られてなり、
上記水洗冷却水放水手段により放水された水洗冷却水が、麺搬送方向川下側の水洗冷却室を仕切る壁を越えて麺搬送方向川上側の水洗冷却水に流れ込むこと、
を特徴とする麺茹で装置。
