Description
実施例1においては図1の固体電解コンデンサ100を作製した。陽極箔2には、幅0.7cm、長さ11.5cm、厚さ100μmであり、エッチング処理及び化成処理が施されたアルミニウム箔を用いた。陰極箔4には、幅0.7cm、長さ13.1cm、厚さ50μmのアルミニウム箔の表面にウィスカが形成され、ウィスカによりカーボン粒子が保持され、カーボン粒子が保持されている層の厚さが2μmであるものを用いた。セパレータ6にはマニラ麻主体の電解紙を用いた。コンデンサ1の定格電圧は4WVである。
実施例2においては図3の固体電解コンデンサ100aを作製した。陽極箔2には、幅0.7cm、長さ17.5cm、厚さ110μmであり、エッチング処理及び化成処理が施されたアルミニウム箔を用いた。陰極箔4には、幅0.7cm、長さ19.1cm、厚さ50μmのアルミニウム箔の表面にウィスカが形成され、ウィスカによりカーボン粒子が保持され、カーボン粒子が保持されている層の厚さが2μmであるものを用いた。セパレータ6にはポリエチレンテレフタレート製の不織布を用いた。コンデンサ1の定格電圧は4WVである。
比較例1においては、陰極箔4として幅0.7cm、長さ11.5cm、厚さ80μmの低化成電圧高倍率エッチドアルミニウム箔を用い、ウィスカ18が形成されておらず、炭化物粒子17が保持されていない他は、実施例1と同様の条件で固体電解コンデンサを作製した。
比較例2においては、陰極箔4として幅0.7cm、長さ17.5cm、厚さ80μmの低化成電圧高倍率エッチドアルミニウム箔を用い、セパレータ6としてマニラ麻主体の不織布を用いた他は、実施例2と同様の条件で固体電解コンデンサを作製した。
実施例1及び比較例1の固体電解コンデンサの周波数120MHzにおける静電容量、tanδ、周波数100kHzにおけるESR及び定格電圧印加後2分での漏れ電流の値を表1に示す。実施例1及び比較例1の固体電解コンデンサはそれぞれ50個ずつ作製されており、表1の各値はそれらの平均値を示している。

Claims (10)
- 誘電体酸化皮膜が形成された陽極箔と炭化物粒子を保持するウィスカが表面に形成された陰極箔とがセパレータを介して巻回され、
前記陽極箔と前記陰極箔との間に導電性高分子からなる固体電解質層が形成されていることを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 - 前記ウィスカが前記炭化物粒子を保持する層の厚さは、1〜5μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記導電性高分子は、重合性モノマーを酸化剤により重合させた高分子であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記重合性モノマーは、3,4エチレンジオキシチオフェンであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記酸化剤は、p−トルエンスルホン酸第2鉄、p−トルエンスルホン酸第2鉄及びドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸第2鉄の混合物、p−トルエンスルホン酸第2鉄及びメトキシベンゼンスルホン酸第2鉄の混合物のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記酸化剤の溶媒は、ブタノールまたは、ブタノールと炭素数1以上のアルコールとの混合溶媒であることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記酸化剤の溶質濃度が40wt%〜70wt%であることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記セパレータは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート繊維を主体とする不織布からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 前記セパレータの繊維径が1〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の固体電解コンデンサ。
- 陰極箔上に炭化物粒子を塗布し乾燥させた後に、前記陰極箔上にウィスカを発生させる工程と、
前記陰極箔と誘電体酸化皮膜が形成された陽極箔とを、セパレータを介して巻回する工程と、
重合性モノマー及び酸化剤を前記セパレータに含侵させるとともに前記重合性モノマーを重合させ、前記陰極箔と前記陽極箔との間に固体電解質層を形成させる工程とを含むことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサの製造方法。
