Description
式中のxの値は、Mgを置換する元素Aの組成比を示す。ここで、元素AはCa、Sr、Baからなる群から選択された少なくとも一種の元素である。xが0.05よりも小さいか、またはxが0.95を上回ると、Mgを元素Aにより置換する効果が得られない。
本発明に係る粉末材料を製造するためには、まず、例えば、MgCl2・6H2Oなどのマグネシウム塩、CaCl2などのカルシウム塩、FeCl3・6H2OなどのFe(III)塩を水などに溶解し、アルカリにより水酸化物などとして共沈させ、前駆体を得る。そして、これを濾過し、該前駆体を所定の温度で焼成することにより本発明に係る粉末材料を製造することができる。
加温療法に本発明に係る粉末材料Mg1-xAxFe2O4を使用する際には、Mg1-xAxFe2O4の組成を有する純粋なフェライトのみからなることが、加温療法に用いる当該材料の使用量を減らす点で望ましいが、未反応物質や副反応物を多く含む混合物であってもよい。また、有機物などの接合剤を混合し、針状などの所定の形状に成型したり、生体との親和性を高めるために有機物などで被覆したりして用いることもできる。
Claims (5)
- 一般式:Mg1-xCaxFe2O4(ただし、式中のxの範囲は、0.05≦x≦0.95である。)で表され、700〜900℃の温度で焼成することにより得られることを特徴とする交流磁場中における発熱特性に優れた粉末材料。
- 一般式:Mg 1-x Ca x Fe 2 O 4 (ただし、式中のxの範囲は、0.05≦x≦0.95である。)で表され、(440)面の結晶子の大きさが80〜200Åであることを特徴とする交流磁場中における発熱特性に優れた粉末材料。
- 前記一般式中のxの範囲が、0.35<x≦0.8であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の交流磁場中における発熱特性に優れた粉末材料。
- 一般式:Mg1-xCaxFe2O4(ただし、式中のxの範囲は、0.05≦x≦0.95である。)で表される交流磁場中における発熱特性に優れた粉末材料の製造方法であって、Mg、CaおよびFeを溶解した水溶液から、Mg、CaおよびFeの水酸化物を共沈させる工程と、前記共沈させた水酸化物を700〜900℃の温度で焼成することにより結晶を歪ませる工程と、を有することを特徴とする交流磁場中における発熱特性に優れた粉末材料の製造方法。
- 前記一般式中のxの範囲が、0.35<x≦0.8となるようにすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の交流磁場中における発熱特性に優れた粉末材料の製造方法。
