【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、アイメイクアップ化粧料において、アイメイクアップ化粧料に必要な目元をはっきりさせるという化粧効果に加えて、塗膜のツヤとその持続性に優れるという新しい化粧効果を併せ持ち、また化粧持ちと使用性に優れ、安全性、安定性も良好なアイメイクアップ化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、アイメイクアップ化粧料は、睫、アイライン、眉などに使用し、目元をはっきりさせるといった化粧効果をもつものであるが、最近は加えて、塗膜にエナメルの様なツヤを与えて、より特徴的な新しい化粧効果を演出するものが求められている。
一般的に従来のアイメイクアップ化粧料は、固形状油分、例えばワックスやロウ類、及び粉体、皮膜形成剤を中心として構成されており、化粧品としての快適な使用性、使用感、及び機能性を持たせるために、種々の性状、性質をもつワックス類、粉体、皮膜形成剤の配合検討が行われてきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、ワックスやロウ類、粉体、皮膜形成剤といった一般的に従来から使用されている成分の配合検討のみでは、目元をはっきり見せるといった機能は演出できるが、目元にツヤを与えるという新しい化粧効果を演出するには十分な効果が得られなかった。例えば、マスカラの場合、ワックスやロウ類などの固形状油分を増量すると、睫を上にカールしボリュームを与え目元をきわだたせることができるものの、塗膜のツヤはなくなってしまうといった欠点があった。逆に、固形状油分を減量すると塗膜のツヤは出るものの、カール力、ボリューム感が不足し、汗や皮脂で化粧膜が崩れやすくなり、まぶたの下へにじんだり、化粧膜が欠落してしまい、化粧効果の持続に欠けるといった欠点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで本発明者らは、上記課題を解決するため鋭意研究した結果、アクリル−シリコーン系グラフト共重合体とロジン酸系樹脂を用いることにより、ツヤがあって、且つ目元をきわだたせるといった化粧効果に優れ、化粧持ちが良く、良好な使用性、使用感及び均一な化粧膜を付与できる事を見出し、本発明を開発するに至った。すなわち本発明は、次の成分(a)、(b);
(a)分子鎖の片末端にラジカル重合性基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン化合物と、アクリレート及び/又はメタクリレートを主体とし且つ炭素数12〜30のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含有するラジカル重合性モノマーとを共重合して得られるアクリル−シリコーン系グラフト共重合体0.1〜20重量%
(b)ロジン酸系樹脂1〜25重量%
を含有することを特徴とするアイメイクアップ化粧料に関するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明に使用される成分(a)のアクリル−シリコーン系グラフト共重合体は、分子鎖の片末端にラジカル重合性基を有するオルガノポリシロキサン化合物とアクリレート及び/又はメタクリレートを主体とするラジカル重合性モノマーをラジカル重合することにより得られ、特開平2−25411号公報、特開平2−132141号公報等に記載されているものが例示される。例えば、分子鎖の片末端にラジカル重合性を有するオルガノポリシロキサン化合物は、下記一般式(1)
