Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a binding tool, and more particularly, to a binding tool capable of sandwiching paper sheets between a base and a pressing member by rotating the operation member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a binding tool that can be attached to a predetermined cover body and can sandwich one end side of a plurality of paper sheets has been widely used. As this type of binding tool, for example, a binding tool 50 of the type shown in FIG. 6 exists.
[0003]
The binding tool 50 is provided so that a paper sheet P can be sandwiched between a base 52 attached to a predetermined cover body 51, a standing surface 53 connected to the left end side of the base 52 in the figure, and the base 52. A plate-shaped pressing member 55, a lever member 56 rotatably supported by the upright surface portion 53, and a shaft-shaped connecting member that connects the pressing member 55 to the lever member 56 via a coil-shaped spring member 57. 58. The lever member 56 is provided so that the presser member 55 can be moved closer to and away from the base 52 by rotating the tip side with a finger. In addition, a claw member 60 formed in an angle shape is provided on the rising surface portion 53 side of the lever member 56, while a hole 61 that can receive the claw member 60 is formed in the rising surface portion 53. By hooking the claw member 60 into the hole 61, the movement of the lever member 56 in the standing direction is restricted, and the state in which the paper sheet P is sandwiched by the pressing member 55 is maintained.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the configuration of the binding tool 50 as described above, when the paper sheet P is sandwiched and released, the direction in which the lever member 56 is laid down and the direction in which the claw member 60 is put in and out of the hole 61, that is, Two orthogonal forces must be applied simultaneously. As a result, the operation direction of the lever member 56 becomes two directions and the operation becomes complicated, and the repulsive force of the spring member 57 when the lever member 56 is laid down is strongly applied to the fingertip. It causes inconvenience that the burden on the use of school-age children becomes heavy.
[0005]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to such inconveniences, and the object thereof is to sandwich the paper sheet between the base and the presser member and to release it by rotating the operation member. It is an object of the present invention to provide a binding tool that can be easily performed with a small burden.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a base attached to a predetermined cover body, a presser member which is provided so as to be able to be separated and approached to the base, and is always kept away from the base, and a base. In a binding tool including an operation member that is supported and positioned on the outer surface side of the pressing member,
The operating member includes a lever member rotatably supported by the base, and a roller provided at a predetermined distance from the rotation center axis of the lever member and extending in a direction substantially parallel to the rotation center axis. ,
The roller is provided in contact with a part of the pressing member so as to be able to press the pressing member toward the base side, and when the lever member is laid down to a position where the roller exceeds a predetermined neutral position, the pressing member is While pressing onto the base surface, when the position does not exceed the neutral position, forming a space for inserting paper sheets between the pressing member and the base surface ,
The pressing member is integrally provided with a tongue piece pressed by the roller, and the tongue piece is provided so that the distance of the pressing member from the base can be adjusted . According to such a configuration, the operation member is rotated and passed through the neutral position, whereby the paper sheets can be sandwiched and released, and a force in two directions is applied as in the conventional example. It is possible to easily perform the above-mentioned operation only by the operation in the rotation direction without doing so. In addition, the pressing force of the pressing member against the paper sheet can be stably maintained regardless of the thickness of the entire paper sheet to be sandwiched.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, when the pressing member and the base are in a substantially horizontal posture and are in a position substantially parallel to each other, the roller is in a state where the pressing member presses the base surface and is perpendicular to the rotation center axis. It is good to comprise so that the lying posture of a lever member may be maintained slightly over a direct position. If such a configuration is adopted, in a state where the pressing member sandwiches the paper sheet, the lever member lies down on the force acting in the direction in which the pressing member separates from the base, that is, the force by which the pressing member lifts the roller. It can be converted into a rotational force in the direction, and the holding posture of the pressing member can be stably maintained.
[0009]
Further, the tongue piece may be formed by folding back a part of the pressing member. According to this, the whole binding tool can be made thin, and the pinching force for the paper sheets can be increased.
[0010]
Moreover, the structure that the protrusion part which contact | connects a roller and extends in a rolling direction is provided in the upper surface side of the said tongue piece is also employ | adopted preferably. According to such a configuration, the rolling resistance of the roller is reduced, so that the force for rotating the operation member is reduced, and not only can the pinching work be performed smoothly, but also the rigidity of the tongue can be increased. It becomes.
[0011]
Further, the lever member may be provided with a length that protrudes from an end portion of the pressing member when the lever member is in a lying posture. According to this, when the lever member is operated, not only the lever member is easily grasped with a finger, but also the distance from the rotation center of the operation member serving as a fulcrum to the tip of the operation member serving as a power point is increased. From the point as well, the rotational force of the operation member can be reduced.
[0012]
In this specification, the “neutral position” refers to a state where the roller is located at a specific point in contact with the pressing member, and when the lever is not applied with a rotational operation force, the lever rebounds from the spring. It means a position where the direction of rotation by force is not specified, and “beyond neutral position” means that the roller is positioned corresponding to the direction in which the pressing member approaches the base surface. means. Therefore, “does not exceed the neutral position” means that the roller is positioned corresponding to the direction in which the presser member is separated from the base surface.
[0013]
In addition, unless otherwise specified, the direction or positional terms in this specification are based on FIG. 4, the left-right direction in FIG. 4 is the short width direction, and the direction perpendicular to the paper is the long direction.
[0014]

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the base 19 rises from a horizontal surface portion 25 that is substantially convex in plan view extending in the longitudinal direction, and a central region of the horizontal surface portion 25, and the upper end side penetrates the binding plate 21. Then, the upright surface portion 26 provided so as to protrude toward the outer surface (upper surface) side of the binding plate 21 and the left end side of the binding plate 21 in the same figure as shown in FIG. A pair of receiving portions 27 provided so as to be partially receivable, and a pair of papers standing up from both sides in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal surface portion 25 and having a surface shape along the edges of a plurality of sheets P to be sandwiched And an aligning portion 28. In the horizontal surface portion 25, mounting holes 30 into which the rivets 18 can be inserted are provided between the receiving portion 27 and the paper aligning portion 28 and adjacent to the standing surface portion 26, respectively. A support hole 31 for rotatably supporting the operation member 23 is provided at the upper center of the surface portion 26.
[0018]
The binding plate 21 is provided in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and is slightly bent at the central position in the short width direction, and the plate-like member 32 in FIG. 4A. The left end side central part is connected to the base part, and the distal end side extends inward of the plate-like member 32 and is provided with a tongue piece 34 that is bent so as to be positioned on the upper surface side of the plate-like member 32. . A square hole 35 is formed in a region below the tongue piece 34 in the plate-like member 32, and is provided with a size capable of receiving the leading end side of the tongue piece 34 and the standing surface portion 26. On the outer peripheral side of the square hole 35, a reinforcing protrusion 36 formed along the outer periphery is provided, whereby torsional deformation around the square hole 35 of the plate-like member 32 is prevented. It is like that. In two places in the longitudinal direction of the left end of the plate-like member 32, a receiving hole 38 comprising a pair of slits for receiving a downward arc-shaped hook 27A formed in the upper part of the receiving portion 27 is formed. Accordingly, the receiving portion 27 and the receiving hole 38 have a configuration similar to a hinge so that the right end portion region of the binding plate 21 can be largely separated from the base 19. Further, slit holes 39 into which the upper end sides of the respective paper aligning portions 28 are inserted are provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the central portion of the plate-like member 32, and the paper aligning portion 28 is moved when the binding plate 21 is moved away from and approaching. Does not interfere with the binding plate 21, and the separation approach movement locus of the binding plate 21 is regularly maintained.
[0019]
The tongue piece 34 is provided so as to be elastically deformable so that the tip side bows from the position shown in FIG. 4A to the position shown in FIG. 4B by operating the operation member 23. Further, a protruding portion 41 having a semicircular arc shape in a sectional view extending in the rolling direction of a roller, which will be described later, is formed on the tip side of the tongue piece 34.
[0020]
Each spring member 22 located in the region of the base 19 has a cantilever plate spring structure provided so as to cut and raise the horizontal surface portion 25, and tilts in the upper right direction in FIG. Is directed to. As shown in FIG. 2, the base end side of the spring member 22 has a narrow shape, is bent, and has elasticity. Therefore, the spring member 22 normally lifts the binding plate 21 so as to form the insertion space S between the base 19 and the binding plate 21 as shown in FIG. At the time of pinching, as shown in FIG. 4B, the binding plate 21 is pressed to fall down.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 4 (A) and 5 (A), the operating member 23 includes a lever member 43 that is rotatably supported on the standing surface portion 26 by using a rivet 42, and a rotation center of the lever member 43. The shaft C1, that is, a roller 44 extending in a direction substantially parallel to the central axis of the rivet 42 is provided. Therefore, the operation member 23 applies a pressing force to the binding plate 21 with the rotation center axis C1 as a fulcrum, the lever member 43 as a power point, and the roller 44 as an action point. Further, the lever member 43 is provided with such a length that the tip of the lever member 43 protrudes outward from both longitudinal edges of the binding plate 21 when it is in a lying posture lying on the binding plate 21.
[0022]
The roller 44 is separated from the tongue piece 34 when the lever member 43 is laid down to the position shown in FIG. 5A, and after passing through the position shown in FIG. 5B, the roller 44 is shown in FIG. It is provided at a position where the tongue piece 34 is pressed when it is laid down to a position where it is inverted approximately 180 degrees. As shown in FIG. 5B, the roller 44 includes an imaginary line D1 connecting the rotation center axis C1 of the lever member 43 and the center axis C2 of the roller 44, and an imaginary line D2 along the extending direction of the lever member 43. The crossing angle α is slightly larger than 90 degrees. Further, when the base 19 and the binding plate 21 are set in a horizontal posture and substantially parallel, a position (see FIG. 5B) where the virtual line D1 is substantially vertical is set as a neutral position, and the lever is moved from the neutral position. When the member 43 is rotated in the direction of the arrow R1 in the figure, the roller 44 is separated from the tongue piece 34 and the insertion space S is formed. On the other hand, when the lever member 43 is rotated in the direction of the arrow R2 to the state shown in FIG. 5C, the roller 44 is given an upward force by the spring force of the tongue piece 34. Since a force in the direction of rotation in the direction of the arrow R3 in the figure is applied, it is possible to reliably hold the sandwiched state.
[0023]
In the above configuration, the operation of sandwiching the paper sheet P of the binding tool 17 in the present embodiment is performed by inserting the paper sheet P into the insertion space S in the state shown in FIG. This is done by rotating to the position shown in FIG. At this time, the roller 44 presses the tongue piece 34 while rolling on the protrusion 41, and the plate-like member 32 connected to the tongue piece 34 presses the paper sheet P against the base 19. When the lever member 43 is rotated to the position shown in FIG. 5C, the paper sheet P is firmly sandwiched by the correlation between the lever member 43 and the roller 44 described above. Here, the tongue piece 34 is always at the position shown in FIG. 4B even when the thickness of the entire paper sheet P changes when pressed by the roller 44. Thereby, the separation width between the tongue piece 34 and the plate-like member 32 becomes narrower as the thickness of the paper sheet P to be sandwiched becomes thicker, that is, the elastic force of the tongue piece 34 becomes stronger and the clamping force of the binding plate 21 is increased. Therefore, the paper sheet P is sandwiched more stably.
[0024]
Moreover, the operation | work which cancels | pinches the paper sheet P by the binding tool 17 should just rotate the lever member 43 in the direction opposite to the case where the said pinching operation | work is performed. At this time, if the roller 44 slightly exceeds the neutral position, the roller 44 is lifted by the spring force of the tongue piece 34 and a force for rotating the lever member 43 in the direction of arrow R1 in FIG. As a result, the rotational force of the lever member 43 is reduced.
[0025]
Therefore, according to such an embodiment, the binding plate 21 includes the tongue piece 34 that is connected to the plate-like member 32 so as to have a spring force. Therefore, the coil-like spring member shown in the conventional example is used. Thus, the clamping force can be stably maintained without using another member such as the above, and the cost of the entire product can be reduced. In addition, when the operation member 23 is in the posture shown in FIG. 5C, the tongue member 34, the lever member 43, and the roller 44 interact with each other, so that the operation member 23 is not subjected to an intentional external force. Therefore, the pinching operation can be reliably performed only by the movement of the lever member 43 in the rotation direction, and the releasing operation can be easily performed.
[0026]
In the above-described embodiment, the spring member 22 is connected to the base 19 and the configuration in which the binding plate 21 is lifted up is shown and described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The binding plate 21 may be connected to one end side, and the free end side of the binding plate 21 may always be maintained in an inclined posture away from the upper surface of the base 19.
[0027]
Moreover, although the case where the said binding tool 17 was attached to the cover body 15 provided so that opening and closing was possible was demonstrated, this invention is not limited to this, For example, it is comprised with hard paper, a resin board, etc. The present invention can also be applied to a so-called clipboard or the like in which the binding tool 17 is attached to a plate-like member.
[0028]
Furthermore, the pressing member in the above embodiment is the plate-shaped binding plate 21, but is not limited to this, and may be a pressing member formed in a shaft shape or a net shape, for example. In short, it is sufficient that the pressing member sandwiches a certain area of the paper sheet P in cooperation with the base 19.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, when the lever member falls over the neutral position, the operation member of the present invention presses the presser member to sandwich the operation member, while the presser member and the base do not cross the neutral position. Since it is provided so as to form an insertion space between them, the paper sheet can be sandwiched and released only by rotating the lever member, and a force in two directions is applied as in the conventional example. It is possible to perform these operations easily and quickly without any problems.
[0030]
Further, since the roller is maintained at a position slightly passing through the position immediately below the rotation center axis of the lever member, when maintaining the holding posture of the pressing member, the roller is applied in a direction in which the pressing member is separated from the base. The force can be used to force the lever member to fall in the direction in which the lever member is sandwiched, and the sandwiching posture can be reliably maintained.
[0031]
Furthermore, since the pressing member has a tongue piece that contacts the roller, and this tongue piece is provided so that the separation width between the base and the pressing member can be adjusted, the pressing force corresponding to the thickness of the paper sheet. Can be imparted to the presser member, so that the sandwiching posture can be maintained more stably.
[0032]
Further, when the tongue piece is formed by folding a part of the pressing member, not only can the size of the entire binding tool be reduced, but also the pinching force with respect to the paper sheets can be increased. .
[0033]
Furthermore, when the protrusion is provided on the tongue piece, not only can the rolling resistance of the roller be reduced to reduce the rotational force of the lever member, but also the bending deformation of the tongue piece can be effectively prevented. It becomes possible.
[0034]
Further, since the lever member is provided with a length that protrudes from the end of the presser member when in the lying posture, the lever member can be easily grasped, and the fulcrum of the lever member and the force point The operability can be improved by increasing the distance.
