Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a panel shutter such as an overdoor provided for opening and closing a building opening, in particular, a panel for a panel shutter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a panel shutter such as an over door, a panel is used as a member constituting a shutter curtain.
[0003]
An outline of the overdoor will be described with reference to FIG.
[0004]
In FIG. 9, reference numeral 1 denotes a building opening, and a guide rail 3 is provided over both side pillars 2 and the ceiling of the opening 1, and a shutter curtain is provided on the guide rail 3 via a roller (not shown). 4 is slidably provided. The shutter curtain 4 is configured by a predetermined number of panels 5 being flexibly connected via a hinge 6.
[0005]
A wire drum 7 is rotatably provided above the opening 1 and a balance spring 8 is provided. A wire 9 wound around the wire drum 7 is engaged with a lower end of the shutter curtain 4. . A force in the pulling direction is applied to the shutter curtain 4 via the wire 9 by the balance spring 8, and the force of the balance spring 8 and the weight of the shutter curtain 4 are balanced so that the shutter curtain 4 is lightly applied. Opened and closed. Opening and closing is done manually for small ones and electric for large ones.
[0006]
When the above-described panel shutter is constructed with a large opening, the length of one panel is significantly longer than the cross-sectional shape. For this reason, when an external force such as wind pressure acts on the shutter curtain 4, the shutter curtain 4 may be bent and may be bent and deformed in some cases. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 10, the panel of the panel shutter attached to the large opening has a reinforcing structure in the bending direction.
[0007]
That is, the lower frame member 10 of the panel 5 has ribs 11 protruding in the indoor direction. The rib 11 has a large cross-sectional area of the projecting end portion 11a so that the cross-section coefficient is large.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described reinforcing structure, when external pressure is applied to the rib 11 in a direction in which tensile stress is applied, the rib 11 has sufficient strength. However, when external pressure is applied to the rib 11 such that compressive stress is applied, for example, strong wind is generated. When it blows in parallel with the shutter curtain 4 and the outdoor atmospheric pressure becomes negative, sufficient strength is not exhibited. When a large negative pressure is applied to the shutter curtain 4 and a large compressive force is applied to the rib 11, the rib 11 is buckled and deforms so that the rib 11 undulates. The curtain 4 may be bent.
[0009]
In the structure of the shutter curtain 4 described above, there is a large difference between the bending strength with respect to the positive pressure and the bending strength with respect to the negative pressure.
[0010]
As one means for increasing the strength against negative pressure, the reinforcing member 12 having a T-shaped cross section is fixed to the protruding end portion 11a with the bolt 13 over the entire length of the rib 11 as shown in FIG. However, the strength has not been sufficiently increased.
[0011]
The present invention seeks to provide a panel structure of a panel shutter that can increase the strength against negative pressure of the panel and can be easily applied to an existing panel shutter.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, the panel is composed of a strength member such as a panel material, a panel frame material, and a panel reinforcing member, and at least one of the strength members such as the panel frame material and the panel reinforcing member projects in a direction perpendicular to the panel. A rib reinforcing member is provided across the upper end of the rib and the strength member, and the rib reinforcing member is attached to the bag-like upper end engaging portion and the strength member to be engaged with the upper end portion of the rib. A panel having a lower end flange portion to be attached, wherein the rib reinforcement member can be retrofitted to the panel , and a panel having a required width rib reinforcement member corresponding to the panel reinforcement member relates to a panel structure of the shutter, and Ri engages the panel structure of a panel shutter rib stiffener has a length of the rib is substantially equal, further or upper engaging portion of the rib reinforcement upper and elasticity of the rib Can be mated Those of the panel structure of the panel shutter with.
[0013]
Since the deformation of the rib is restricted by the rib reinforcing material, the bending rigidity and bending strength of the panel are enhanced. Further, since the rib reinforcing material is fitted to the protruding end portion of the rib and the upper end portion is fixed to the panel via the rib reinforcing material, the deformation of the protruding end portion is restrained, and the buckling strength of the rib is improved. The bending strength with respect to the negative pressure direction of the panel is improved. Further, if the rib reinforcing material is provided over the entire length of the rib, the rib reinforcing material itself exhibits a reinforcing action equivalent to that of the rib, and a greater bending strength is exhibited.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0015]
1 and 2, FIG. 1 is a view of the panel 5 as viewed from the rear and indoor side, and FIG. 2 is a view taken along the line AA of FIG. 1.
[0016]
An upper frame member 16, a lower frame member 17, and a side frame member 18, which are strength members, are attached around the panel member 15 to form the panel 5, and the panel reinforcing member 19 which is a strength member at a required interval in the longitudinal direction. It is stretched between the upper frame member 16 and the lower frame member 17. The lower frame member 17 is the same as the lower frame member 10 described above, and has ribs 11 protruding in the room direction, and the cross-sectional area of the protruding end portion 11a of the ribs 11 is large.
[0017]
A hinge 6 is provided at the position of the panel reinforcing member 19 of the panels 5 and 5 positioned above and below. Further, the upper end engaging portion 20a of the rib reinforcing member 20 is fitted to the protruding end portion 11a of the rib 11, and the lower end flange portion 20b of the rib reinforcing member 20 is bolted to the panel reinforcing member 19 together with the hinge 6. .
[0018]
The rib reinforcing member 20 has a length provided over the entire length of the rib 11, the upper end engaging portion 20 a is formed in a bag shape so as to be fitted to the protruding end portion 11 a, and the rib 11 is formed, and the lower end flange portion 20 b is parallel to the surface of the panel reinforcing member 19.
[0019]
The rib reinforcing member 20 is attached by fitting the upper end engaging portion 20a to the protruding end portion 11a as described above, and fixing the edge tongue piece 20c to the rib 11 with a bolt 21 at a required interval. Further, the lower end flange portion 20 b and the hinge 6 are fastened together by bolts 22. The rib 11 is reinforced by attaching the rib reinforcing member 20.
[0020]
The rib reinforcing material 20 restrains buckling deformation of the protruding end portion 11a of the rib 11, and the rib reinforcing material 20 itself has a reinforcing action equivalent to that of the rib 11, and the strength of the panel 5 is increased. Greatly enhanced.
[0021]
Assuming that negative pressure is applied to the panel 5 to which the rib reinforcing material 20 is fixed, a load test is performed such that a compressive load is applied to the rib 11. Compared to the case of reinforcing with 12, the reinforcement was about 3 times.
[0022]
FIG. 3 is a view in which the upper end engaging portion 20a is fitted to the protruding end portion 11a and held by the protruding end portion 11a by the elastic force of the upper end engaging portion 20a. Fixing with the bolt 21 is omitted. The upper end engaging portion 20a and the protruding end portion 11a are fitted to each other by inserting the upper end engaging portion 20a into the protruding end portion 11a from the longitudinal direction or at one end of the protruding end portion 11a. The rib reinforcing member 20 is inserted and fitted into the upper end engaging portion 20a by using the elastic deformation of the upper end engaging portion 20a. The lower end flange portion 20 b is fastened together with the hinge 6 by the bolt 22. The rib reinforcing member 20 is fixed by the fitting force between the upper end engaging portion 20 a and the protruding end portion 11 a and the bolt 22.
[0023]
4 and 5 show other embodiments, and the rib reinforcing member 25 is provided not at the entire length of the rib 11 but at a required position, specifically, at a position corresponding to the panel reinforcing member 19.
[0024]
The rib reinforcing member 25 having a required width has an upper end engaging portion 25a fitted to the protruding end portion 11a at the upper end portion, and a lower end flange extending in parallel with the side surface of the panel reinforcing member 19 at the base end portion. A portion 25b is formed.
[0025]
The upper end engaging portion 25a has substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the upper end engaging portion 20a, and an edge tongue piece (not shown) is fixed to the rib 11 with a bolt, and the lower end flange portion 25b is fixed with a bolt 22. The panel reinforcing member 19 is fixed. In a state where the rib reinforcing material 25 is attached, the rib reinforcing material 25 is inclined with respect to the rib 11.
[0026]
Even when the rib reinforcing member 25 is partially provided instead of the entire length of the rib 11, a greater reinforcing strength can be obtained than when the reinforcing member 12 is attached. The rib reinforcing member 25 may be attached to the panel reinforcing member 19 on each side of the panel reinforcing member 19.
[0027]
Since the rib reinforcing material 20 and the rib reinforcing material 25 described above both restrain the deformation of the upper end portion of the rib 11, when a compressive load is applied to the rib 11, the buckling deformation is restrained and the buckling strength is increased. Can be significantly increased.
[0028]
In the above embodiment, the rib reinforcing member 20 is fastened together with the hinge 6, but may be bolted at a position where it does not interfere with the hinge 6. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the rib reinforcing material may be a rib reinforcing material 26 in which the upper end engaging portion 20a is omitted. When the rib reinforcing material 26 is attached, the upper end is bolted to the intermediate portion of the rib 11. 21 is fixed.
[0029]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the panel 5 does not have the panel reinforcing member 19. In this case, both ends of the rib reinforcing member 20 may be fixed to the side frame members 18 on both sides. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, the shape of the panel 5 is large in the vertical dimension, and the panel reinforcing member 19 is provided in the horizontal direction. It may be provided on the side frame member 18. In this case, the rib reinforcement member 20 is provided to the side frame member 18, and the rib reinforcement member 20 is fixed to the upper frame member 16, the lower frame member 17 and the panel reinforcement member 19 as described above. .
[0030]
Further, the rib 11 and the rib reinforcing member 20 are not limited to any one of the upper side frame member 16, the lower side frame member 17, and the side side frame member 18. It may be provided on the two frame members of the frame member 17 or on the left and right side frame members 18, or on the four frame members of the upper frame member 16, the lower frame member 17, and the side frame member 18, The protruding direction of the rib 11 is not limited to the back side, and it is sufficient that it protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the panel. Further, the panel reinforcing member 19 can be applied to the panel 5 provided in a lattice shape or a hooked shape, and the rib 11 can be provided on the panel reinforcing member 19. When the panel reinforcing member 19 is provided in a lattice shape or a hook shape, the rib reinforcing member 20 is also provided in a lattice shape or a hook shape. Furthermore, the rib reinforcing material may be fixed to the strength member itself on which the rib is formed.
[0031]
Furthermore, the present invention can also be applied to a large panel in which the building opening is opened and closed by a single panel.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the deformation of the rib is restrained by the rib reinforcing material, the bending rigidity and bending strength of the panel are enhanced. Further, by fitting a rib reinforcing material to the protruding end of the rib and fixing the upper end to the panel via the rib reinforcing material, the deformation of the protruding end is restrained, and the buckling strength of the rib is improved. The bending strength in the rib buckling direction with respect to the panel is further enhanced.
[0033]
Furthermore, if the rib reinforcing material is provided over the entire length of the rib, the rib reinforcing material itself exhibits a reinforcing action equivalent to that of the rib, and a higher bending strength is exhibited.
