Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a powder cosmetic that liquefies by rubbing. More specifically, it is a powder cosmetic that liquefies when applied during use and produces an emulsion-like characteristic, and is particularly excellent in low-temperature storage stability, has a fresh usability, and is unstable in the presence of water, Even when ingredients that adversely affect the physical properties of the product when dissolved in water (hereinafter collectively referred to as “unstable ingredients in the presence of water”), these ingredients are blended stably, and the functions of the ingredients are adequate. The present invention relates to a powder cosmetic that can be applied to the skin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, powder cosmetics referred to as so-called dry water are liquefied by coating water or an aqueous component other than water with a hydrophobized powder or the like, and pulverizing during use. As these powder cosmetics, white powder, whitening powder, and the like are known, but there are problems such that the finish is powdery and the skin is easily dried.
[0003]
In general, cosmetics are formulated with various active ingredients such as drugs. For the purpose of promoting penetration of the drug into the skin, imparting moisturizing properties, emollients, etc., powder cosmetics are prepared with water, oil, and the like. A method of mixing with liquid cosmetics or the like is also used, but there are problems in terms of usability. Furthermore, in the case where this active ingredient is unstable, such as being easily decomposed or altered in the presence of water, and adversely affects the physical properties of the product, the formulation is not limited to cosmetic dosage forms, but in the form of containers. Various restrictions are imposed on storage conditions and handling.
[0004]
Various techniques have been proposed to deal with such problems. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-21620 discloses a hydrophobized silicic acid having a specific surface area, a fluorine compound-coated cosmetic powder, an oily component, an aqueous component, and an unstable active component (an unstable component in the presence of water). ) Is formulated with a specific amount, and a powder cosmetic is disclosed in which an unstable component is stably blended in the presence of water.
[0005]
However, in the powder cosmetic described in the above publication, the aqueous component freezes when stored at a low temperature of 0 ° C. or lower. Therefore, when it is returned to room temperature, water separation occurs with melting, so that the low-temperature storage stability of the product There is a problem in terms of sex.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a powder cosmetic that is liquefied when applied during use and produces a lotion or emulsion-like property even though it is a powder form cosmetic, and has excellent low-temperature storage stability Providing powder cosmetics that have fresh usage, and even when unstable components are added in the presence of water, these components can be stably added and liquefied by rubbing that can fully perform their functions. The purpose is to do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is one kind selected from (a) hydrophobized silicic acid anhydride having a surface area of 60 m 2 / g or more, (b) microbial water-soluble polymer, cellulose-based water-soluble polymer, and alginic acid-based water-soluble polymer. Or two or more kinds, and (c) containing water and selected from perfluoropolyether alkyl phosphoric acid and its salt, perfluoropolyether alkyl sulfuric acid and its salt, perfluoropolyether alkyl carboxylic acid and its salt, When the powder processed with the compound which has a perfluoropolyether group whose molecular weight is 300 or more is included, the compounding quantity is less than 1 weight%, It is related with the powder cosmetics liquefied by coating.
[0008]
The present invention also relates to a powder cosmetic which liquefies by rubbing, further comprising (d) an unstable component in the presence of water.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0010]
The hydrophobized silicic acid anhydride as the component (a) used in the present invention is obtained by hydrophobizing the surface of fine particle silicic acid anhydride.
[0011]
As a method of hydrophobizing treatment, any method can be used as long as it can impart water repellency to silicic anhydride, and the method is not limited. For example, a gas phase method, a liquid phase method, an autoclave method, a mechanochemical method, etc. A normal surface treatment method can be used.
[0012]
For example, when a hydrophobizing agent is added to the raw material powder for treatment, it may be diluted with an appropriate solvent (dichloromethane, chloroform, hexane, ethanol, xylene, volatile silicone, etc.) or added directly. May be. For mixing and stirring the powder and the treatment agent, a ball mill, a hoger sight ball mill, a vibrating ball mill, an attritor, a pot mill, a rod mill, a pan mill, a homomixer, a homodisper, a Henschel mixer, a nauter mixer, and the like can also be used. In addition to this, by utilizing the activity of the powder surface, a method of polymerizing cyclic organosiloxane on the powder surface at a low temperature of 100 ° C. or less by gas phase reaction (Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-54380), A method of adding a pendant group such as glycerol monoallyl ether to the Si—H portion of the silicone polymer (Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-54381) can also be used.
[0013]
Although it does not specifically limit as a hydrophobizing agent, Fatty acid dextrin processing powder, trimethylsiloxysilicic acid processing powder, fluorine-modified trimethylsiloxysilicic acid processing powder, methylphenylsiloxysilicic acid processing powder, fluorine-modified methylphenylsiloxysilicic acid processing powder Low viscosity to high viscosity oily polysiloxane treated powder such as dimethylpolysiloxane, diphenylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, gum-like polysiloxane treated powder, methylhydrogenpolysiloxane treated powder, fluorine-modified methylhydrogenpolysiloxane treated powder , Methyltrichlorosilane, methyltrialkoxysilane, hexamethyldisilane, dimethyldichlorosilane, dimethyldialkoxysilane, trimethylchlorosilane, trimethylalkoxysilane, etc. Treatment powder with organic silyl compounds or their fluorine-substituted products, ethyltrichlorosilane, ethyltrialkoxysilane, propyltrichlorosilane, propyltrialkoxysilane, hexyltrichlorosilane, hexyltrialkoxysilane, long-chain alkyltrichlorosilane, long-chain alkyltri Examples thereof include treatment powders with organically modified silanes such as ethoxysilane or fluorine-substituted products thereof, amino-modified polysiloxane-treated powders, fluorine-modified polysiloxane-treated powders, and fluorinated alkyl phosphoric acid-treated powders.
[0014]
In the present invention, for example, it can be prepared by covering the surface of fine silicic anhydride with an organosilane compound, a silicone compound or the like. Specific examples include trimethylsiloxylated silicic acid anhydride, dimethylsiloxylated silicic acid anhydride, octylsiloxylated silicic acid anhydride, silicone oil-treated silicic acid anhydride, methylpolysiloxane-treated silicic acid anhydride and the like.
[0015]
In the present invention, the hydrophobized silicic anhydride needs to have a surface area of 60 m 2 / g or more. If the surface area is smaller than this, the particle size of the hydrophobized silicic acid is large and is the component (c). A large amount cannot be oriented on the surface of water, and it becomes difficult to stably powder water.
[0016]
The upper limit of the amount of component (a) is preferably 20% by weight, particularly 10% by weight. The lower limit thereof is preferably 2% by weight, particularly 3% by weight. If the blending amount is too small, the water as component (c) may not be sufficiently pulverized, and the intended powder form may not be obtained. On the other hand, if the blending amount is too large, a large amount of water is powdered. However, liquefaction becomes difficult even if it is rubbed at the time of use, which is not preferable in terms of functionality.
[0017]
The component (b) is one or more selected from among microbial water-soluble polymers, cellulose-based water-soluble polymers, and alginic acid-based water-soluble polymers. This is to improve stability.
[0023]
In the component (b) , xanthan gum, hyaluronic acid, dextran, succinoglucan, curdlan, pullulan and the like are preferably used as the microbial water-soluble polymer . As the cellulose-based water-soluble polymer , methyl cellulose, nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium cellulose sulfate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), crystalline cellulose, cellulose powder and the like are preferably used. As the alginic acid-based water-soluble polymer, sodium alginate, propylene glycol alginate and the like are preferably used.
[0024]
The component (b) is dissolved in the component (c), which will be described later, and then mixed with the component (a) and used.
[0025]
The upper limit of the amount of component (b) is preferably 10% by weight, particularly 5% by weight. The lower limit thereof is preferably 0.001% by weight, particularly 0.1% by weight. If the blending amount is too small, low-temperature stability is difficult to obtain. On the other hand, if the blending amount is too large, liquefaction becomes difficult even if it is applied at the time of use, which is not preferable in terms of functionality.
[0026]
(C) As a component, if it is the water used for normal cosmetics, it can be used without being specifically limited.
[0027]
(C) Although the compounding quantity of a component can be mix | blended with the remainder of the total compounding quantity of the other essential component contained in this invention cosmetics, and an arbitrary addition component, the upper limit is preferably 98 weight in this invention. %, In particular 90% by weight, and its lower limit is preferably 70% by weight, in particular 80% by weight. If the blending amount is too small, liquefaction becomes difficult when coated, while if too blending, powdering becomes difficult, which is not desirable in terms of functionality.
[0028]
The powder cosmetics of the present invention containing the above components (a) to (c) as essential components have excellent low-temperature storage stability, good powdering, easy liquefaction during coating, and good usability Gives excellent freshness.
[0029]
In the present invention, in addition to the components (a) to (c), an unstable component in the presence of water may be added as the component (d).
[0030]
(D) The unstable component in the presence of water as a component is, for example, a water-soluble component that is blended as a drug or the like in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc., and water is indispensable in order to exert its function. It is unstable in the presence of water, such as decomposition, deactivation, crystal precipitation, discoloration, and off-flavor due to contact with water, light, heat, etc. A substance that causes aggregation, thickening, and the like. Examples of such components include whitening agents, anti-inflammatory agents, antibacterial agents, hormone agents, vitamins, enzymes and the like. Specifically, hydroquinone derivatives such as arbutin, kojic acid, vitamin C, L-ascorbic acid-2-glycoside, L-ascorbyl magnesium phosphate, vitamin C dipalmitate, vitamin C derivatives such as vitamin C stearate, pantotenyl ethyl Ether, tranexamic acid and derivatives thereof, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhizic acid derivatives such as dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, resorcin, sulfur, salicylic acid and derivatives thereof, vitamin B 6 derivatives such as estradiol, vitamin B 6 , vitamin B 6 hydrochloride, nicotinic acid, Examples thereof include nicotinic acid derivatives such as nicotinamide and enzymes such as trypsin and hyaluronidase.
[0031]
The upper limit of the amount of component (d) is preferably 10% by weight, more preferably 7% by weight, and particularly 5% by weight. The lower limit is preferably 0.001% by weight, more preferably 0.005% by weight, and particularly 0.01% by weight. If the blending amount is too small, it is difficult to sufficiently exert the function of the component (d) which is an active ingredient. On the other hand, if the blending amount is more than necessary, an increase in effect commensurate with the increase in blending amount is expected. It becomes difficult. In the powder cosmetic of the present invention, even when the component (d) is blended, these components can be stabilized and their functions can be sufficiently exhibited.
[0032]
In addition to the above components, the powder cosmetic of the present invention includes various optional components used in normal cosmetics, such as humectants such as polyhydric alcohols (such as glycerin), fragrances, pH adjusters, preservatives, ultraviolet rays. Absorbents, various powders, water-soluble polymers other than the above, and the like can be blended within a range that does not hinder the effects of the present invention.
[0033]
The cosmetic of the present invention is a powdery cosmetic, which is liquefied by rubbing, has freshness, exhibits extremely good usability, has excellent low-temperature storage stability, and in the presence of water. Unstable components can be kept stable.
[0034]
The powder cosmetic of the present invention is obtained by pulverizing the components (b) to (c) and further the component (d) with the component (a), and this adsorption state is destroyed when force is applied by rubbing. The powdered components (b) to (c) and (d) ooze and become liquefied, improve the feel of use as an effect of adding the component (b), and demonstrate the effectiveness of the component (d). Is.
[0035]
If the powder cosmetics of this invention can powder (b)-(c) component and (d) component by (a) component, the manufacturing method in particular will not be limited. For example, the component (a) is added to and mixed with the component (b) dissolved in the component (c) or the component (d) further dissolved therein; and the component (d) is added to the component (c). Although the manufacturing method of melt | dissolving (b) component in what was melt | dissolved and adding and mixing (a) component here is mentioned, it is not limited to these illustrations.
[0036]
