Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0008】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention does not contain a polyoxyalkylene derivative that is a nonionic surfactant, and uses only a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, and has an extremely high emulsifying performance that instantly forms an O / W emulsion when in contact with water or warm water. The present invention relates to a transparent cosmetic composition having good appearance and transparent appearance, and having good temperature stability in both a low temperature range and a high temperature range. More specifically, bath oils such as bath oils that are added to the bath water to enhance the bathing effect, cosmetics such as cleansing oils that are particularly familiar with make-up and suitable for hard make-up, and scalp cleansing agents before shampooing It is related with the transparent cosmetics composition which shows favorable performance, such as toiletry products.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Polyglycerin fatty acid esters that are useful as surfactants for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and foods are obtained by esterifying fatty acids and polyglycerin. In general, polyglycerin in the mother nucleus is often obtained by condensation of glycerin. Thus, since the polyglycerin fatty acid ester uses glycerin as a starting material, there is little skin irritation and there is almost no problem in safety. It is. Because of this, for the purpose of improving safety more recently, the prescription system using polyglycerol fatty acid ester with excellent natural safety without using conventional petroleum-based polyoxyalkylene derivatives that are concerned about skin irritation Increasing cases are desired.
[0003]
However, polyglycerin fatty acid esters are required to form an O / W emulsion instantly when in contact with water or warm water by blending a small amount of a surfactant into the cosmetics field, particularly a system based on an oil component. Very rarely used as a surfactant in products such as bath oils such as bath oils, cleansing oils, etc., and generally polyoxyalkylene derivatives, specifically nonionic interfaces having polyoxyethylene chains In most cases, an activator was used. The reason is that the functions necessary for bath oil and cleansing oil, that is, the function of forming an O / W emulsion instantaneously when in contact with water, are insufficient, or the transparency of the appearance and the stability over time are insufficient. There were problems such as being bad. The inventor has previously found and proposed to solve the above problems (Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-063521). However, this instantly forms an O / W emulsion when in contact with water, but the emulsifying performance is insufficient, leaving room for improvement. For example, when bath oil is used by being poured into hot water in a bathtub, it becomes cloudy instantly and forms an O / W emulsion, but there is a problem that oil droplets are generated on the hot water over time. Also, when used in cosmetics such as cleansing oil and toiletry products such as scalp before shampooing, all of the oily ingredients that are blended are not emulsified and remain attached to the skin, scalp and hair. For this reason, there is a problem that an oily feeling is expressed and sensory discomfort occurs.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present inventor does not contain a polyoxyalkylene derivative that is a nonionic surfactant, and in a prescription system using a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, functions necessary for bath oil and cleansing oil, that is, Transparent cosmetics with extremely good emulsifying performance that instantly forms an O / W emulsion when in contact with water, excellent appearance transparency, and excellent temperature stability over time in both low and high temperature ranges The object was to obtain a composition.
[0005]
[Means for solving problems]
As a result of intensive research to achieve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have found that a transparent cosmetic composition containing a specific polyglycerin fatty acid ester, a dihydric or higher polyhydric alcohol, and water can solve the above problems. As a result, the present invention has been completed.
[0006]
That is, the present invention includes the following components (A) to (C):
(A) Polyglycerol fatty acid obtained by esterifying polyglycerol having an average degree of polymerization of 2 to 10 and one or more fatty acids selected from saturated fatty acids having 12 to 22 carbon atoms and unsaturated fatty acids Esters 5.0-20.0% by weight
(B) Dihydric or higher polyhydric alcohol 15.0 to 40.0% by weight
(C) Water 0.01-5.0% by weight
And oil, it forms an O / W emulsion instantly when it comes into contact with water or warm water. It has very good emulsifying performance, has a good appearance transparency, and is stable over time in both low and high temperatures. The present invention relates to a transparent cosmetic composition having good properties.
[0007]
The polyoxyalkylene derivative which is a nonionic surfactant generally refers to a surfactant added with polyoxyethylene. For example, ethers such as polyoxyethylene lauryl ether, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, polyoxyethylene octyldodecyl ether, polyoxyethylene oleyl ether, polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, polyoxyethylene monostearate, polyoxyethylene Examples include esters such as ethylene oleate and polyoxyethylene isostearate, and polyoxyethylene / polyoxypropylene copolymers. In the present invention, a transparent cosmetic composition is obtained without using such a polyoxyalkylene derivative. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0008]
The polyglycerin fatty acid ester used in the present invention is an esterification of polyglycerin having an average degree of polymerization of 2 to 10 and one or more fatty acids selected from saturated or unsaturated fatty acids having 12 to 22 carbon atoms. It is a polyglycerol fatty acid ester obtained. The fatty acid constituting the polyglycerin fatty acid ester may be either a linear or branched fatty acid. Examples of such polyglycerol fatty acid esters include diglyceryl monoisostearate, diglyceryl diisostearate, diglyceryl tetraisostearate, tetraglyceryl monoisostearate, hexaglyceryl monoisostearate, hexaglyceryl sesquiisostearate, decaglyceryl monoisostearate , Deisoglyceryl diisostearate, tetraglyceryl monolaurate, hexaglyceryl monolaurate, decaglyceryl monolaurate, decaglyceryl monomyristate, diglyceryl monooleate, tetraglyceryl monooleate, hexaglyceryl monooleate, decaglyceryl monooleate , Decaglyceryl monostearate, decaglyceryl distearate, pentastearic acid de Glyceryl and the like, to use one or more of these.
[0009]
In the transparent cosmetic composition of the present invention, the above-mentioned polyglycerin fatty acid ester is used in an amount of 5.0 to 20.0% by weight, preferably 10.0 to 15.0% by weight. If it is less than 5.0% by weight, a transparent cosmetic composition cannot be obtained, and a transparent cosmetic composition prepared in excess of 20.0% by weight has poor stability at low and high temperatures.
[0010]
Examples of the dihydric or higher polyhydric alcohol used in the present invention include divalent polyhydric alcohols such as 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol, and polyethylene glycol, glycerin, diglycerin, polyglycerin, glucose, fructose, sorbitol, Examples include trihydric or higher polyhydric alcohols such as maltitol and mannitol, and one or more of these are used. Of these, glycerin is particularly preferred.
[0011]
In the transparent cosmetic composition of the present invention, the dihydric or higher polyhydric alcohol is used in an amount of 15.0 to 40.0% by weight, preferably 20.0 to 30.0% by weight. If it is less than 15.0% by weight, it is difficult to instantaneously form an O / W emulsion when in contact with water, and the emulsification performance becomes insufficient. Moreover, the transparent cosmetic composition prepared in excess of 40.0% by weight has extremely poor stability in the low temperature range and the high temperature range.
[0012]
In the transparent cosmetic composition of the present invention, water is used in an amount of 0.01 to 5.0% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 3.0% by weight. The transparent cosmetic composition prepared at less than 0.1% by weight has extremely poor stability at low and high temperatures. In addition, even when the content exceeds 5.0% by weight, the stability in the low temperature range and the high temperature range is extremely deteriorated.
[0013]
Examples of the inorganic salts used in the present invention include sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, sodium phosphate and the like. Examples of organic salts include sodium citrate, sodium malate, sodium gluconate, sodium lactate, sodium succinate, sodium tartrate and the like, and one or more of these are used.
[0014]
By using 0.001 to 2.0% by weight, preferably 0.01 to 1.0% by weight, of an inorganic salt and / or an organic salt in the transparent cosmetic composition of the present invention, the transparent cosmetic composition And the speed of O / W emulsion formation formed when it contacts with water can be made still faster. The transparent cosmetic composition prepared at less than 0.001% by weight is not different from one not containing inorganic salts and / or organic salts. Moreover, the transparent cosmetic composition prepared in excess of 2.0% by weight has poor stability at low temperatures and high temperatures.
[0015]
The oil to be blended in the transparent cosmetic composition of the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, hydrocarbons such as liquid paraffin and squalane, diisopropyl adipate, octyldodecyl myristate, isononyl isononanoate, isopropyl myristate, 2- Esters such as cetyl ethylhexanoate, glyceryl tri-2-ethylhexanoate, triglycerides such as glyceryl tri (capryl / capric acid), vegetable oils such as olive oil, jojoba oil, evening primrose oil, coconut oil, dimethylpolysiloxane, Examples include silicones such as methylphenylpolysiloxane and cyclic methylpolysiloxane, higher alcohols such as octyldodecanol and oleyl alcohol, and one or more of these are used.
[0016]
Furthermore, the transparent cosmetic composition of the present invention is a component used in ordinary cosmetics within a range not impairing the effects of the invention, such as various vitamins, amino acids, herbal medicines, anti-inflammatory agents, cell activators, pigments, preservatives. A fragrance or the like can be appropriately blended.
[0017]
The transparent cosmetic composition of the present invention can be produced according to a conventional method. For example, each oil component is uniformly dissolved under stirring of a surfactant phase in which polyglycerin fatty acid ester and polyhydric alcohol are mixed and dissolved. It can be obtained by gradually adding an oil phase and then adding and dissolving an aqueous solution in which inorganic salts and / or organic salts are dissolved.
