BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] [Technical Field of the Invention The present invention is an organic waste such as garbage in garbage disposal to microbial degradation or loss on drying
It is important to prevent the
The outside air introduced into the treatment tank mixes well with the culture material in the treatment tank.
It is related to a structure that prevents discharge before it occurs . 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a lid structure of a garbage disposer, a triangular wave portion is provided on an inner lid so that dew condensation water generated on the lid is easily dropped (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 10-235329).
Also, a structure in which dew water guide pieces are provided inside the lid to guide dew water to a drain port on the side of the treatment tank when the lid is opened (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-7)
6242) has been filed. However, as in the former case, providing a triangular corrugated portion in the inner lid is not preferable in terms of unit price in terms of manufacturing, and since the dew condensation does not remain and does not drop, water dripping when the lid is opened. Problem is not solved. In the latter case, there is a problem that a drain port and a drain pipe for guiding and discharging the dew condensation water at the time of opening the cover are provided on the side of the treatment tank, and a structure in which a tray is provided at the bottom is complicated. [0004] The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and at the same time, it is difficult for water vapor to condense in the inner lid, and the introduced outside air is efficiently mixed with the culture material in the processing tank, and An object of the present invention is to provide a garbage disposer capable of exhausting after containing water vapor, reducing the temperature drop by the lid, and preventing invasion of pests and blowing by wind and rain. To solve the object, according to an aspect of, the invention of claim 1, in garbage disposal to lose weight biodegradation or dried organic waste such as garbage, processing
Exhaust vents to release air and water vapor in the tank to the outside
Provided on the inner wall of the basin, and double inner and outer with inner lid and outer lid
The processing tank opening is sealed with a lid body having a space formed therein by configuring , and the inner lid is provided on the inner wall of the processing tank.
The outside air introduction hole is formed at a position as far away from the exhaust port as possible.
While filling the space of the lid body with a heat insulating material,
The outside air inlet formed on the side of the space is filled with heat insulating material.
A gap is provided between the rear edge of the upper edge of the processing tank and the rear wall of the outer lid, and between the lower surface of the outer lid and the upper end of the inner lid to allow the outside air to flow from outside.
The outside air can be circulated to the inlet. [0006] By arranging the outside air introduction hole and the exhaust port at the opposed positions as described above, the outside air introduced into the processing tank is not directly discharged from the exhaust port as it is. Is efficiently mixed with the culture material in the treatment tank by agitation of the stirring blades before going to the exhaust port to activate the garbage decomposition treatment of aerobic microorganisms, or to sufficiently contain the evaporated water vapor, and the other end of the treatment tank Is exhausted from the exhaust port. In addition, when the outside air is introduced, blowing by pests and wind and rain can be prevented, and water vapor hardly forms on the lower surface of the inner lid due to the heat insulating material. Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a garbage disposer for microbial decomposition of organic waste such as garbage, in which a double-structured lid body 1 composed of an outer lid 2 and an inner lid 3 is attached to a rear portion of an upper edge 51 of a processing tank 5. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where a lid body 1 is opened. An exhaust port 4 is provided above the right inner wall of the processing tank 5, and an outside air introduction hole 33 is arranged in a row at the left end of the inner lid 3 located above the left inner wall. Further, a water receiver 34 for receiving dew condensation water is formed at the lower end of the inner lid 3. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a state where the lid body 1 is disassembled and viewed from below.
1 is a thin box-shaped body whose lower surface is open, and the height of the rear wall 21 is lower than other side walls for introducing outside air, and the inner lid 3 is mounted inside. Ribs 22 are formed. The inner lid 3 has a thin box shape having an open upper surface and a space, and is formed in a thin box shape so as to fit into the opening of the processing tank 5, and a soft material so as to be in close contact with the upper edge 51. A plurality of outside air introduction holes 33 are provided in a row at the left end of the bottom surface of the main body 31, and the back wall of the main body 31 is extended downward to form a water receiver 3.
4 are formed. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state where the lid body 1 is disassembled and viewed from above, and an operation panel 23 is formed at the right end of the upper surface of the outer lid 2. At the left end of the space part of the main body part 31 of the inner lid 3, an outside air introduction part 35 is elongated and partitioned, and a filter F1 is filled therein. A heat insulating material P is arranged in the space and is sandwiched between the outer lid 2 and the heat insulating material P. FIG. 4 is a side sectional view showing the closed state of the lid 1. The lower part of the main body 31 of the inner lid 3 attached to the inner side of the outer lid 2 with the rib 22 fits into the opening of the processing tank 5, and the upper end of the side wall of the main body 31 is not in contact with the inner surface of the outer lid 2 and a gap is formed. It is open. The main body 3
In the space 1, an outside air introduction unit 3 filled with a filter F1
5, and a plurality of outside air introduction holes 33 are provided on the bottom surface thereof. Further, a flange portion 32 formed of a flexible resin on the outer peripheral wall of the main body portion 31 is in close contact with the upper edge 51 of the processing tank 5. Next, the flow of air will be described. By sucking air or water vapor in the processing tank 5 from an exhaust port 4 provided at an upper portion of the side wall of the processing tank 5 and connected to a fan (not shown), the rear wall 21 of the outer lid 5 and the upper edge 51 of the processing tank 5 are separated. The outside air is sucked through the gap, and the main body 31 of the inner lid 3 and the outer lid 2 are sucked.
Outside air is introduced into the processing tank 5 from the gap through the outside air introduction hole 33 via the filter F1 of the outside air introduction unit 35. In the figure, G is a culture material, and K is a stirring blade. FIG. 5 is a front sectional view showing the closed state of the lid 1. The outside air entering through the outside air introduction hole 33 provided on the left bottom surface of the main body 31 of the inner lid 3 is stirred and mixed into the culture material G in the treatment tank 5 to activate the garbage decomposition activity of the aerobic microorganisms. The filter F containing the evaporated water vapor was passed through an exhaust port 4 provided in the upper part of the right side wall of the processing tank 5.
2 to be discharged. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional side view showing a state where the lid body 1 is open. The lid body 1 stops at an angle slightly wider than 90 degrees behind the upper edge 51 of the processing tank 5. In this state, when the water vapor in the air in the processing tank is condensed and adheres to the bottom surface of the main body 31 of the inner lid 3 and flows, the water is received by a water receiver 34 formed at the lower end of the main body 31. When the lid 1 is closed as shown in FIG. As described above, the inner and outer lids are formed by the inner lid which seals the opening of the processing tank and has a space above and the outer lid which covers the upper edge of the processing tank together with the inner lid. By arranging the outside air introduction hole at a position opposite to the exhaust port of the processing tank, the outside air introduced into the processing tank is not directly discharged from the exhaust port as it is The outside air is efficiently mixed with the culture material in the treatment tank by the stirring of the stirring blades before going to the exhaust port to activate the garbage decomposition treatment of aerobic microorganisms, or to process enough containing evaporated water vapor. Since the water is discharged from the exhaust port at the other end of the tank, the water content in the processing tank can be easily adjusted. As a result, the decomposition and weight reduction of garbage proceeds efficiently. In addition, when introduced into the outside air, it is possible to prevent blowing by insect pests or wind and rain, and it is difficult for water vapor to condense on the lower surface of the inner lid due to the heat insulating material. Furthermore, a water receiver that rises obliquely upward when the lid is opened is formed to fill the entire width of the processing tank at the rear of the inner lid, so if water vapor condensed on the surface of the inner lid becomes water droplets, it can be caught by the water receiver. The upper edge of the processing tank is not wetted, and the generation of insects and the like is prevented.
