【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに、上記誘電加熱式ヘアーカーラでは電子レンジの中に入れられて加熱されると、蓄熱材が発熱して体積を膨張するため、この膨張を吸収するための空間が蓄熱容器の内部に形成されている。その蓄熱容器はカーラ本体の成形材料と同様にマイクロ波の吸収がほとんどなく透過するように誘電率の低いポリプロピレンなどで成形されている。そのため、使用時、蓄熱材が放熱するにつれて蓄熱容器の内部に空間が生じ、この空間部分では熱をカーラ本体に伝導付与できない事態が生じる。従って、カーラ本体上のカール髪に熱を均一に伝えることができず、加熱むらが生じやすいという問題があった。

本発明の目的は、上記のような問題を解消するためになされたもので、蓄熱材の熱をカール髪に均一に加えることのできる誘電加熱式ヘアーカーラを提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の誘電加熱式ヘアーカーラは、プラスチック製のカーラ本体1の内部に、両端にマイクロ波導入用の開口4を有する熱良導性金属からなる内筒3がこれの外周をカーラ本体1の内周と重合接触するよう納められる。その内筒3の内部に誘電発熱型の蓄熱材6が蓄熱容器9に入れられた状態で収容される。蓄熱容器9の内部には蓄熱材6の体積膨張吸収用の空間7を形成する。しかるときは、このヘアーカーラを電子レンジの中に入れると、蓄熱材6はカーラ本体1および蓄熱容器9を透過するマイクロ波を吸収して発熱する。ヘアーカーラの使用時は、熱良導性金属からなる内筒3が蓄熱材6の放熱をカーラ本体1の全体に均一に伝導し、カーラ本体1の全体が均一に加熱される。

【発明の実施の形態】

図1および図2は本発明の第1実施例を示す。ポリメチルペンテンを成形材料としてカーラ本体1を円筒状に成形し、その外周には髪巻付け突起2を列設する。カーラ本体1にはアルミニウムからなる内筒3が圧入嵌合される。内筒3はマイクロ波導入用の開口4をその両端に設ける。内筒3の内部にはポリエチレングリコールからなる蓄熱材6を収容するが、その際蓄熱材6は予めポリメチルペンテン製の蓄熱容器9に体積膨張吸収用の空間7を形成するよう封入して内筒3の内部に圧入嵌合する。
上記構成のヘアーカーラを電子レンジの中に入れて加熱すると、使用時にカーラ本体1の外表面を70〜80℃に均一に加熱することができた。

(第実施例)

【発明の効果】
本発明の誘電加熱式ヘアーカーラによれば、蓄熱材6の放熱が熱良導金属からなる内筒3を介してカーラ本体1に伝導するようにしてあるので、蓄熱材6の体積膨張吸収用の空間7を形成してあるにもかかわらず、カーラ本体1を蓄熱材6で均一に加熱することができ、カール髪を均一に加熱セットできて有利である。
