【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、袋部材と排液部材とからなる輸液用バッグの製造方法に関し、特に袋部材と排液部材の接着手段を改良した輸液用バッグの製造方法を提供する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
ポリオレフィン製の輸液用バッグは、外部加熱によって熱溶着され製造されているが外部加熱であるため、排液部材と袋部材のように、形状や材質が異なる場合は直接加熱金型と接する袋部材が溶けすぎ、袋部材が肉薄になり溶着部の強度が低下したり、加熱不足により袋部材と排液部材との間に微小の隙間ができ、内容液のリークが発生していた。そこで本発明者は以上の課題を解決するために鋭意検討を重ねた結果次の発明に到達した。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、次の各工程よりなる袋部材(2)と排液部材(3)の間に袋部材(2)と排液部材(3)の材質よりも融点が低くかつ前記袋部材(2)と前記排液部材(3)の両材質と相溶性の良い材質からなるシート状接着部材(4)を排液部材(3)の基部(9)外周から該基部(9)の両側の袋部材(2)に帯状に連続して融着した輸液用バッグ(1)の製造方法を提供する。
[1]中央に排液部材(3)の基部(9)を挟持する挟持部(6)が形成され、該挟持部(6)に溝部(7)が形成され、前記挟持部(6)の両側に袋部材(2)の押圧面(8)が形成された上下の金型(5、5)の間に、上から順に袋部材(2)/シート状接着部材(4)/排液部材(3)の基部(9)/シート状接着部材(4)/袋部材(2)の各構成部材を配置するとともに、前記袋部材(2)と前記排液部材(3)の基部(9)との間に挟んだ前記シート状接着部材(4)分の肉厚を前記上下の金型(5、5)の溝部(7、7)に吸収することができるように、前記シート状接着部材(4、4)を前記上下の金型(5、5)の前記溝部(7、7)形成位置に配置する工程、

【実施例】
図1は本発明により製造される輸液用バッグ1(以下「バッグ1」)の概略図である。バッグ1はポリオレフィン製(例えばポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等)の袋部材2と袋部材2に融着される排液部材3(袋部材2と同じ材質)より構成されている。排液部材3の基部9には小径部が形成され、当該基部9と袋部材2はその間にシート状接着部材4を介して融着されている。さらに詳述すれば、シート状接着部材4は、排液部材3の基部9外周から該基部9の両側の袋部材2に帯状に連続して融着されている。

シート状接着部材4の材質は、前記袋部材2と排液部材3の材質よりも融点が低くかつこれらの両材質と相溶性の良いものが使用される。融点が排液部材3、袋部材2よりも高いと、ヒートシールにおいて袋部材2のほうが溶けすぎてしまい、ピンホール等の発生につながる。また排液部材3、袋部材2との相溶性が悪いと融点が低く、シート状接着部材4が先に溶けていても接着強度は低いものとなる。
本発明で使用されるシート状接着部材としては、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレン−アクリル酸エステル共重合体、エチレン−一酸化炭素共重合体、エチレン−αオレフィン共重合体、スチレン系エラストマー、オレフィン系エラストマー、エチレン・メチルメタクリレート、エチレン・アクリル酸エステル・無水マレイン酸共重合体等が良い。より好ましくは融点が105℃以下のものが良い。

図2は本発明の輸液用バッグ1の製造方法を示す概略図である。図2において5はヒートシール金型で中央に排液部材3の挟持部6が形成され、該挟持部6に袋部材2と排液液部材3の間にシート状接着部材4を挟んだ分の肉厚を吸収できる程度の溝部7が形成されている。さらに前記挟持部6の両側に袋部材2の押圧面8が形成されている。溝部7を形成することにより、シート状接着部材4の肉厚を確保することができ、熱溶着により溶融した部分を溝部7内に吸収して排液部材3と袋部材2との間からのはみ出しをなくすことができ、排液部材3と袋部材2の接着強度を向上させることができる。

輸液用バッグ1は次の方法により製造される。
(1)前記ヒートシール金型5、5の間に上から袋部材2/シート状接着部材4/排液部材3の基部9/シート状接着部材4/袋部材2の順に配置するとともに、前記袋部材2と前記排液部材3の基部9との間に挟んだ前記シート状接着部材4分の肉厚を前記上下の金型5、5の溝部7、7に吸収することができるように、前記シート状接着部材4、4を前記上下の金型5、5の前記溝部7、7形成位置に配置する。
(2)前記上下の金型5、5により前記各構成部材を挟持して熱を印加し、前記各構成部材を融着する。

【発明の作用効果】
排液部材と袋部材との接着強度を向上させることができ各構成部材の接着部からの液体のリークを防止することができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 次の各工程よりなる袋部材(2)と排液部材(3)の間に袋部材(2)と排液部材(3)の材質よりも融点が低くかつ前記袋部材(2)と前記排液部材(3)の両材質と相溶性の良い材質からなるシート状接着部材(4)を排液部材(3)の基部(9)外周から該基部(9)の両側の袋部材(2)に帯状に連続して融着した輸液用バッグ(1)の製造方法。
