成され、前記上腕アーム部材は、上腕の内外両側に沿うよう上腕
アーム片がそれぞれ延長して設けられると共に、該上腕
アーム片の下面に鋸歯状突起が突設され、更に前記各上
腕アーム片の肩側下面が凹状の上腕板で連結固定される
と共に、該上腕板の両側面に複数個の係止孔を穿設した
上腕締付け帯のいずれかの係止孔に嵌合係止する係止ピ
