Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide rice cooked in front of the Buddha without having to cook rice every day.

Description

  In the present invention, rice is packed one by one to serve Buddha.

  There is a custom of serving rice in a Buddhist dish every morning before the Buddha. However, at home, bread is widely used for breakfast, and cooking rice is less common every morning. In many cases, only tea can be served before the Buddha.

  Therefore, the present invention provides a packed rice that can be easily put on a Buddhist dish every morning without cooking the rice and served in front of the Buddha.

  The pack according to the present invention comprises a container part and a lid part each having a recess, and these parts are hermetically joined to each other at the opening edges, and cooked rice is housed inside and sterilized by heating.

  The container and the lid are desirably made of a heat-resistant material such as a transparent PET resin. It is desirable that the two opening edges be joined by welding or bonding. If one or both of them are provided with an opening tongue, it is convenient to open the opening. Also, the shape of one of the recesses of the container and the lid may be substantially equal to the inner surface shape of the cooked rice storage part of the Buddha, and the shape of the other recess may be a hemispherical or bun-shaped shape in which cooked rice is raised. If this is the case, it will be easier to put the rice cooked out on Buddhist utensils.

  According to the present invention, the rice can be cooked in packs as required, and the rice can be opened to take out the required amount of cooked rice and put on a Buddhist vessel, so that a large amount of cooked rice can be cooked each time, or a large commercial package can be opened. This eliminates the need to take out as much of the Buddha as possible.

  In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a container portion having a recess 4 substantially equal to the rice storage portion 3 (see FIG. 2) of the Buddhist ware 2, and 5 denotes a lid portion having a hemispherical recess 6. The container part 1 and the lid part 5 have opening edges 7 and 8, respectively, which spread outward, and the opening edges are welded to each other at the joint surface 9 to form a pack. The inside is filled with cooked rice 10 and sterilized by heating. Reference numeral 11 denotes a tongue piece protruding from the opening edge 8 of the lid 5.

  The above-mentioned cooked rice pack does not necessarily need to be refrigerated, and can be stored at room temperature. At the time of use, the whole pack is boiled with boiling water, or the tongue 11 is pulled to open a part of the joint surface 9 and heated with a microwave oven, and the tongue 11 is further pulled to separate the lid 5 from the container 1.   The tongue pieces 11 may be provided not only in the lid part 5 but also in the container part 1, and both tongue pieces may be pulled up and down to be opened. In addition, the opening edge 8 of the container portion 1 may have its peripheral edge hanging downward as shown in the figure for reinforcement.

  Further, the concave portion 4 of the container portion 1 may be formed in a hemispherical shape or a bun shape, and the concave portion 6 of the lid portion 5 may be formed to have the same shape as the inner surface of the cooked rice storage portion 3 of the Buddhist utensil 2. When forming in this way, after removing the lid part 5 from the container part 1, the rice rice 10 of the container part 1 can be moved into the Buddhist ware 2 without touching the container part 1 only by inverting the container part 1.
