進退されるスプライン成形パンチとを設けると共に、ダ
イに前記歯溝内に突出するスナップリング溝成形パンチ
と、スプライン成形パンチに該スナップリング溝成形パ
ンチに対する逃げ部とを設けるて成るもので、上型の下
降によりスプライン成形パンチを放射方向内方に前進さ
せ、カップ状素材の周壁を歯溝に押し込んでスプライン
の山部を成形すると共に、該パンチの逃げ部に合致する
周壁部分の歯溝内への押し込みをスナップリング溝成形
パンチにより阻止し、スプラインの山部の成形に伴い溝
加工パンチを山部に食い込ませてスナップリング溝を成
形するようにしている。然し、溝成形パンチがスプライ
ンの山部に食い込んだままでは製品をダイから抜き取れ
ず、そこでこのものでは、歯溝の溝成形パンチの下方部
分の溝幅を狭めて製品の開口端となる周壁下端側のスプ
ラインの山部間の間隔を広く取り、更に、溝成形パンチ
を上型の上昇に連動してスプラインの半ピッチ分だけダ
