Description of the Related Art Conventionally, hair restoration cosmetics are known which contain blood circulation promoting substances such as pepper tincture and nicotinic acid derivatives, and amino acids and vitamins which are nutritional components of hair. Further, many medical hair restorers and cosmetics containing a component having an effect of preventing sebaceous gland hypertrophy and a component having an androgenic inhibitory effect have been proposed.

In addition, there is also a problem that the hair nutrient has low permeability to the skin at a low concentration, and its effect is not sufficiently exhibited by itself.

However, phenomena such as poor circulation, decreased activity of hair matrix cells, hyperplasia of sebaceous glands, and fibrosis of the scalp, etc., have been reported. It is presumed that it is caused by complicated intertwining.

At present it does not reach. In addition, good results cannot be obtained even when the hair matrix activator or the blood circulation promoter is used alone.

However, no remarkable hair-growth effect was found even when a substance that promotes peripheral blood flow and activates hair matrix cells was used alone.

A hair-growth cosmetic containing 0.1% by weight or more has been proposed, but if it is less than 0.1%, the hair-growth and hair-growth effects are not sufficiently exhibited, and moreover, 0.1% by weight or more is used. Even so, further improvement in the hair growth and hair growth effects has been required. In addition, the hair growth cosmetic composition containing the tea leaf extract also has a problem in that the tannin contained in the tea leaf extract causes a feeling of tingling on the hair.

From the next day, each sample of Example and Comparative Example was applied to the skin of the test part once a day, 0.2 ml per animal. A group of 10 animals was used for one sample. In addition, the base alone (control product) was applied as a control group. On the 14th day after the start of the experiment, the animals were sacrificed and photographs of the skin of the test area were taken. Next, take the picture into the image analysis device,
First, the shaved area (A) and the hair growth area (B) were determined, and the hair growth rate (%) = [(B) / (A)] × 100 was calculated for each animal. Finally, the value obtained by dividing the average value of each group of the examples or comparative examples by the average value of the control group was used as a hair growth promoting effect in the determination.

The hair at the top of the head was shaved into a circular shape having a diameter of about 7 mm. One and three days after shaving, the method of Hayashi et al. (British Journal of Dermatology, 12
5, p. 123, 1991), the hair growth rate was determined for the hair at the target site (about 30 to 40 hairs), and the average value was calculated (A). Next, a sample of each of the examples, comparative examples, and the control product was placed twice daily in the morning and evening around the test site for each subject,
About 3 ml was applied and massaged well. The hair growth rate at the same site was measured in the same manner three months after the start of the test.
The average (B) was calculated. The effect was determined by comparing the ratio (B) / (A) before and after use of each hair nourishing cosmetic.

As shown in Table 3, Comparative Examples 1 to 5 had low mouse hair growth promoting effects and human hair growth promoting effects, and were inferior in the results of practical tests and touch tests. On the other hand, the hair tonics of the present invention of Examples 1 to 5 exhibited high mouse hair growth promoting effect and human hair growth promoting effect, and the results of practical tests were also good. In addition, when the hair tonic of each example was used, there was no sticky feeling and no tingling at the time of use, and the feel at the time of use was excellent. Furthermore, inflammation in mice and humans,
No other symptoms considered to be side effects were exhibited, and it was clear that the hair tonic of the present invention was also excellent in safety. In addition, about the hair growth rate in the control product in Table 3, the comparative example 2, 3, 5, 6, and the hair tonic mouse of Example 2,
FIG. 1 shows the results obtained by examining the significant difference between the samples by the t-test.
