(B) Corresponds to dangerous goods according to the Fire Service Law and handling It is known that there are many restrictions on storage and that there is selectivity for contamination to be washed. (C) It is known that large amounts of labor and equipment are required for the effect on the material to be washed and for drying or wastewater treatment. And (d) have the problem of safety to the human body, especially the effect on the material to be cleaned, and the fact that some of them are approved as ozone depleting substances. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an excellent cleaning composition which has no concern about ozone layer destruction, can be adapted to the regulations of the Fire Service Law, and has no contamination selectivity.

Less than 5.0% by weight of a saturated monohydric alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, 1.0% by weight or more and less than 5.5% by weight of a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether type nonionic surfactant of HLB 5-8 and 40.0% by weight in the composition % Or less and less than 85.0% by weight of water. (Requirements Constituting Means) Examples of the saturated monohydric alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms used in the present invention include methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, and isopropyl alcohol. Ethyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol are preferable from the viewpoint of safety. Its content is not less than 10.0% by weight and less than 55.0% by weight.
When the content is less than 10% by weight, it is inferior to a practical level of detergency against a wide range of contamination, and when it is 55.0% by weight or more, it is often subject to the regulations of the Fire Service Law and its handling is limited. . The polyoxyethylene alkyl ether type nonionic surfactant is obtained by addition polymerization of a predetermined amount of ethylene oxide to a higher alcohol having 6 to 22 carbon atoms and HLB of 5 to 8. When the HLB is less than 5, detergency, particularly the processing oil detergency, is inferior. When the HLB exceeds 8, the detergency generally decreases. The content is 1.0% by weight or more and less than 5.5% by weight. When the content is less than 1.0% by weight, the washing performance is generally poor. When the content is 5.5% by weight or more, the fire protection law is often applied. Is limited. Further, amines may be used in combination in the detergent composition of the present invention, for example, alkanolamines include monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine and the like, and alicyclic amines include cyclohexylamine, dicyclohexylamine and the like. Oxyalkylene alicyclic amines, such as cyclohexylamine and ethylene oxide,
Examples thereof include those obtained by addition polymerization of propylene oxide or the like in an amount of 1 to 20 moles. The alkylamine is an amine having an alkyl group having 6 to 22 carbon atoms. Examples thereof include those obtained by addition polymerization of 20 mol, and examples of the alkyl group constituting dimethylalkylamine include those having 6 to 22 carbon atoms. The amines may be used alone or in combination. Furthermore, when the amines are used in combination with the nonionic surfactant, the content in the composition is preferably 1.0% by weight or more and less than 5.5% by weight, and when the content is less than 1.0% by weight, When the cleaning property is poor and the content is 5.5% by weight or more, the regulation of the Fire Service Law is often applied, and the handling is limited. The cleaning composition of the present invention comprises a saturated 1
The polyhydric alcohol, the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether type nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 5 to 8, and the amines as required may be mixed with water. Then, in the cleaning composition, the material to be cleaned is subjected to a cleaning process based on a cleaning method such as immersion, ultrasonic wave, or spraying.

事が可能となる。The present invention relates to a cleaning agent replacing CFC-113 and belongs to an alcohol-based cleaning agent. Usually, alcohol has an excellent cleaning effect in specific limited pollution, but it is a dangerous substance and requires a great deal of labor for handling and storage. Further, by adding a specific amount (40% or more) of water to alcohol, the cleaning property is greatly reduced, which limits the practical use of alcohol-based cleaning agents. However, by using alcohol and water, a specific nonionic surfactant, and optionally amines in combination, the content of each component of the cleaning composition of the present invention can be appropriately selected, so that it can be applied to the Fire Service Act. A cleaning composition can be provided. Detergency equivalent to 100% alcohol It is possible to obtain a practical cleaning effect on a wide range of contamination.

事が明瞭であった。Table 1 shows the compositions of the cleaning compositions used in Examples and Comparative Examples. Each cleaning effect experiment was performed and its evaluation was performed. Table 2 shows the results. Effect Example 1 Dependency of contaminants (dissolution)) For each of the cleaning compositions shown in Table 1, a primary flux, a secondary flux, a low-viscosity oil-based cutting oil, and a high-viscosity oil-based cutting oil were each added at 30 ° C. % (Wt / wt) and immersed for 30 seconds, the dissolution state was evaluated in three stages: ○ completely dissolved △ partially dispersed × insoluble. Effect Example 2 High-viscosity oil-based cutting oil detergency High-viscosity oil-based cutting oil-adhered parts are immersed in each detergent composition shown in Table 1 at 60 ° C (30 ° C for CFC113) for 30 seconds and subjected to ultrasonic cleaning. The residual oil content after drying was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and the detergency (%) was evaluated by the following equation. Effect Example-3 Secondary flux durability cleaning property After adding 5% (wt / wt) of oil-based rosin flux to each of the cleaning compositions shown in Table 1, the flux-adhered model base was immersed at 30 ° C for 1 minute, and ultrasonic cleaning was performed. After drying, the residual flux was extracted with carbon tetrachloride, weighed, and the durability (%) was evaluated by the following equation. The cleaning composition of the present invention shows excellent detergency in each of the cleaning effects. On the other hand, the comparative detergent (a) is subject to restrictions on use as an ozone depleting substance in the future.
(C) has remarkably poor detergency, (d) and (e) degrade the cleaning effect because the HLB of the nonionic surfactant deviates from the claims of the present invention, and (f) shows the claims of the present invention. Other than the nonionic surfactants, the cleaning effect is inferior, and (g) is low in the cleaning effect due to the low proportion of the group c and group d in the components,
In (h), the amount of group a was small (the amount of group b was large), and it was clear that the cleaning effect was poor.
