However, in the packaging of such products, one hand holds the packaging bag so that the entrance can be opened, and the other hand adjusts the posture of the product in the packaging bag. However, it was time-consuming, and it was not suitable for the work of the store clerk, especially during the hours when the customers were concentrated. In particular, in the case of a synthetic resin packaging bag, the overlapping bag materials are attracted to each other due to static electricity, etc., and the opening operation for opening the entrance of the packaging bag itself is complicated and time-consuming. Made the above-mentioned work at times of congestion more difficult. In addition, in a general packaging bag, it is difficult to maintain the posture of the product in the packaging bag, and the posture of the product collapses on the way home.
Product value may be impaired. For example, if the bento box or the like is not kept horizontal, there is the inconvenience that the juice will flow out and the contents will be hard. On the other hand, a packaging bag that can hold the posture of the product constant during transportation and transportation (on the way of taking it home, etc.) is also used. However, in the case of such a packaging bag, although it is excellent in terms of maintaining the product posture during movement and transportation, it takes time to open the packaging bag itself, or when packaging the product, There is a problem in that it takes the time and effort described above.

An example of a method of manufacturing the packaging bag 10 will be described below. First, as shown in FIG. 4, the bottom surface portion 11 folded in half along the center line 14 is sandwiched between the first side surface portions 20A, 21A to form the four-sheet overlapping portion K, and the second side surface portions are formed.
20B and 21B are overlapped to form a two-sheet overlapping portion L. At this time, the bottom surface portions 11A, 11B and the first side surface portions 20A, 21A have a substantially rectangular shape and have not yet been in the predetermined shape described above. Next, in the four-sheet overlapping section K, each bottom surface section 11A, 11
The vicinity of both end edges of B and the vicinity of both end edges of each first side surface portion 20A, 21A are obliquely welded and joined to form each welded portion 30-33. Then, after welding and joining, the substantially triangular portion (the hatched portion in FIG. 4) outside each of the welded portions 30 to 33 is cut. Further, after cutting the substantially triangular portion, notches 50 and 51 are formed by punching out in the vicinity of both ends of the boundary line (the one-dot chain line in FIG. 4) between the four-sheet overlapping portion K and the two-sheet overlapping portion L in a substantially semicircular shape. At this time, the center line of the bottom part 11
Die at the same time with the areas near both ends of 14 overlapping. Further, in the two-sheet overlapping portion L, the second side surface portions 20B, 21B are piled up at the same time and punched out at the same time to form the handle portions 40, 41. After that, as shown in FIG. 5 (A) to FIG. 5 (B), the side lines 20, 21 are folded in two and the two-dot chain line in FIG. By expanding the bottom surface part 11 that is formed into a substantially one-plane shape, the two bottom surface parts 11A and 11B, the first side surface parts 20A and 21A, and the second side surface parts 20B and 21B are overlapped in this order. A sheet overlapping portion M is formed.

An example of how to use the packaging bag 10 will be described below. As shown in FIG. 6, the packaged product (commodity such as bento) 70 is folded back from above each of the second side surfaces 20B, 21B of the packaging bag 10 in which two sets of three overlapping portions M are formed. Place it so that it straddles lines 22 and 23. After that, pull each of the second side surface portions 20B, 21B in the directions separated from each other (directions E and F in the figure),
Each second side surface portion 20B, 21B is pulled out immediately below the article to be packaged 70. Then, remove the extracted second side parts 20B, 21B from the bottom part.
It stands up to 11 and puts the handle parts 40 and 41 together to obtain the state shown in FIG.

According to this embodiment, the following effects are obtained. That is, as shown in FIG.
70 is placed on each second side surface portion 20B, 21B and the second side surface portion 20B, 21B is pulled in the direction in which they are separated from each other. Since the work of packing the packaged product 70 can be performed instantaneously, a clerk or the like can perform the packing work extremely efficiently and smoothly during a time zone when the customer is concentrated. Further, since the packaged item 70 is automatically arranged in parallel on the bottom surface portion 11 and packaged by the method shown in FIG. 6, it is not necessary to adjust the posture of the packaged item 70 in the packaging bag 10. , It is possible to eliminate the trouble of opening the entrance of the packaging bag with one hand and inserting the article to be packaged into the packaging bag with the other hand and adjusting the posture as in the conventional case. .

Further, since the article to be packaged 70 is arranged in parallel on the bottom surface portion 11, the stability of the article to be packaged 70 when carried can be improved. For this reason, it is possible to carry with confidence a product that may lose its commercial value if its posture collapses, for example, a product that should be kept horizontal, such as a lunch box. Furthermore, the packaging bag 10 is shown in FIG.
Since storage, transportation and the like are performed in the state where the three-sheet overlapping portion M is formed, it does not become bulky and can be easily handled.

Further, the first side surface portions 20A, 21A and the second side surface portions 20B, 21B clearly stand up against the bottom surface portion 11 with the opposing two sides 12, 13 as boundaries in the use state of FIG. Therefore, each first side surface portion 20A, 21A or each second side surface portion 20B,
By printing on the surface of 21B, especially on the surface of each first side surface portion 20A, 21A, the printed surface can be seen clearly and a good advertising effect can be exhibited. The shape in the use state of FIG. 3 is excellent in fashionability, and the advertising effect can be exhibited in this respect as well. Further, since the welded portions 30 to 33 are formed obliquely with respect to the opposite two sides 12 and 13, in the use state of FIG. 3, a substantially triangular portion 16 sandwiched between the welded portion 30 and the welded portion 32 is used. And a substantially triangular portion 17 sandwiched by the welded portion 31 and the welded portion 33.
However, because it forms a part of the side surfaces on both end sides of the packaging bag 10,
As a result, the fashionability of the packaging bag 10 can be further improved, and the shape of the packaging bag 10 in a used state is stable, so that the stability of the packaged item 70 when it is carried can be further improved.

Further, since the notches 50 and 51 are formed in the vicinity of both ends of the center line 14 of the bottom surface portion 11, the opening property of the packaging bag 10 can be improved, and this portion can be improved. In addition, the strength of the welded portions 30 to 33 can be improved, and the end portions of the welded portions 30 to 33 on the side of the center line 14 are also punched when the notches 50 and 51 are formed, so that these end portions can have a good finish. And
By forming the notches 50 and 51, the bulkiness of this portion can be prevented, so that the stacking property of the packaging bag 10 can be improved, which is convenient for storage, transportation and the like.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, but includes other configurations that can achieve the object of the present invention, and the following modifications and the like are also included in the present invention. That is, in the above embodiment, each first side surface portion
20A and 21A extend from the two opposite sides 12 and 13 to approximately the center of the bottom surface portion 11, but do not need to extend to approximately the center, and in short, extend to the vicinity of the middle portion of the bottom surface portion 11. Just do it. That is, a gap may be formed between the folding lines 22 and 23 in the state of FIGS. 1A and 1B (state before use). In addition, each of the second side surface portions 20B, 21B of the above-described embodiment extends to the vicinity of each of the opposite two sides 12, 13, but at least as wide as shown in FIG. May be provided, or the width may be longer than that in the above-mentioned embodiment beyond the two opposite sides 12 and 13.

Further, in the above embodiment, each bottom surface portion 11A, 11
Joining of both end edges of B and both end edges of each first side surface portion 20A, 21A is performed by heat-sealing the welded portions 30, 31, 32,
However, the joining method is not limited to such welding, and may be gluing or the like. The welded portions 30, 31, 32, and 33 are angled with respect to the center line 14 of the bottom surface portion 11, that is, with respect to the two opposite sides 12 and 13 by the angle A in FIG.
Although it is formed so as to be inclined, it does not necessarily have to be formed at an angle and may be formed at a right angle to each of the two opposite sides 12 and 13. However, it is preferable to set the angle A to 30 to 45 degrees in terms of strength, function and fashion. And, in the above-mentioned embodiment, each welding portion 30, 31, 32,
The substantially triangular portion outside 33 (the shaded portion in FIG. 4) is supposed to be cut, but it may be left without being cut. However, it is fashionable to cut it.

Further, each of the second side surface portions 20B, 21B of the above embodiment
Has a substantially rectangular shape, but each second side surface portion 20B, 21
The edges 24, 25 and both edges 26, 27, 28, 29 of B are not constrained to the other parts of the packaging bag 10 and are freely movable, so these edges are not restricted. The shapes of 24, 25 and both end edges 26, 27, 28, 29 are arbitrary, and thus the shapes of the respective second side surface portions 20B, 21B are also arbitrary. For example, both edges 26,
27, 28, 29 are formed obliquely so as to substantially overlap with the welded portions 30, 31, 32, 33, and the second side surface portions 20B, 21B are respectively formed with the first side surface portions 20.
