Abstract
Description
他の側面において、本発明は前記式で表される化合物を用いた有機電気素子及び電子装置を提供する。
図1を参照すれば、本発明の一実施例に係る有機電気素子100は、基板(図示せず)上に形成された第1電極110、第2電極170及び第1電極110と第2電極170との間に形成された有機物層を含んでいる。

<反応式2−1>(Hal1、Hal2、Hal3は、I、Br又はClである。)
(3−クロロフェニル)ボロン酸(50.0g、320mmol)をTHF(1.6L)に溶かした後、(2−ブロモ−6−ヨードフェニル)(エテニル)硫酸塩(110g、320mmol)、NaOH(38.4g、959mmol)、Pd(PPh3)4(22.2g、19.2mmol)、水(800mL)を添加し、80℃で攪拌した。反応が終了すれば、etherと水で抽出した後、有機層をMgSO4で乾燥させ、濃縮した。生成された化合物をシリカゲルカラムで分離した後、再結晶して生成物88.0g(収率:84%)を得た。
Sub1−1−a(88.0g、269mmol)に酢酸(1.1L)、35%H2O2(76.7mL)を入れて常温で攪拌する。反応が終了すれば、NaOH水溶液で中和させた後、EA(エテニルアセテート)と水で抽出した。有機層をMgSO4で乾燥させ、濃縮した後、生成された有機物をシリカゲルカラムで分離した後、再結晶して生成物82.2g(収率:89%)を得た。
Sub1−1−b(82.2g、239mmol)の余分なのトリフルオロメタンスルホン酸を入れて、常温で24時間撹拌した後、水とピリジン(8:1)をゆっくり入れて30分還流する。温度を下げてCH2Cl2と水で抽出した。有機層をMgSO4で乾燥し、濃縮した後、生成された生成物をシリカゲルカラムで分離した後、再結晶して生成物Sub1−1を28.5g(収率:40%)得て、生成物Sub1−7を29.9g(収率:42%)得た。
(4−クロロフェニル)ボロン酸(20.0g、128mmol)、THF、(4−ブロモ−2−ヨードフェニル)(エテニル)硫酸塩(43.9g、128mmol)、NaOH(15.4g、384mmol)、Pd(PPh3)4(8.87g、7.67mmol)、水を使用して前記Sub1−1−aの合成法と同様の方法で進行させて生成物33.9g(収率:81%)を得た。
ガラス基板に形成されたITO層(正極)上に4、4'、4"−トリス[2-ナフチル(フェニル)アミノ]トリフェニルアミン(以下、「2−TNATA」と略す)膜を真空蒸着して、60nmの厚さの正孔注入層を形成した後、N、N'−ビス(1−ナフタレン)−N、N'−ビス−フェニル−(1、1'−ビフェニル)−4、4'−ダイアミン(以下、「NPB」と略す)膜60nmの厚さで真空蒸着して正孔輸送層を形成した。
発光補助層を形成しない点を除いては、前記実施形態1と同様の方法で有機電子発光素子を製造した。
発光補助層の物質として比較化合物A又は比較化合物Bを用いた点を除いては、前記実施形態1と同様の方法で有機電子発光素子を製造した。

- 下記式1で表される化合物:
前記式1中、
Ar1〜Ar6は、それぞれ独立に、C6−C60のアリール基、フルオレニル基、O、N、S、Si及びPから選ばれる少なくとも1種のヘテロ原子を含むC2−C60のヘテロ環基、C3−C60の脂肪族環基、−L'−N(Ra)(Rb)、下記式A−1、並びに下記式A−2からなる群より選択され、Ar1〜Ar6の少なくとも一つは、下記の式A−1又は式A−2であり、
X1はO又はSであり、
X2はN(R')、O又はSであり、
R1〜R6は、それぞれ独立に、水素、重水素、ハロゲン、シアノ基、ニトロ基、C6−C60のアリール基、フルオレニル基、O、N、S、Si及びPから選ばれる少なくとも1種のヘテロ原子を含むC2−C60のヘテロ環基、C3−C60の脂肪族環基、C1−C30のアルキル基、C2−C30のアルケニル基、C2−C30のアルキニル基、C1−C30のアルコキシ基、C6−C30のアリールオキシル基、並びに−L’−N(Ra)(Rb)からなる群より選択され、隣接する基同士は、互いに結合して環を形成していてもよく、
n、p'及びr'は、それぞれ0〜3の整数であり、m、o、p、q及びrは、それぞれ0〜4の整数であり、これらのそれぞれが2以上の整数である場合には、R1それぞれ、R2それぞれ、R3それぞれ、R4それぞれ、R5それぞれ、R6それぞれは、互いに同じであっても異なっていてもよく、
x、yは0〜2の整数であり、x+yは1以上の整数であり、
L1〜L3及びL'は、それぞれ独立に、単結合、C6−C60のアリーレン基、フルオレニレン基、C3−C60の脂肪族環基、並びにO、N、S、Si及びPからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種のヘテロ原子を含むC2−C60のヘテロ環基からなる群より選択され、
前記R'、Ra及びRbは、それぞれ独立に、C6−C60のアリール基、フルオレニル基、並びにO、N、S、Si及びPから選ばれる少なくとも1種のヘテロ原子を含むC2−C60のヘテロ環基、C3−C60の脂肪族環基からなる群より選択され、
前記Ar1〜Ar6、R1〜R6、L1〜L3、R'、及び隣接する基同士が互いに結合して形成された環は、それぞれ、重水素、ハロゲン、無置換の又はC1−C20のアルキル基若しくはC6−C20のアリール基で置換されたシラン基、シロキサン基、ホウ素基、ゲルマニウム基、シアノ基、ニトロ基、C1−C20のアルキルチオ基、C1−C20のアルコキシ基、C6−C20のアリールオキシル基、C6−C20のアリールチオ基、C1−C20のアルキル基、C2−C20のアルケニル基、C2−C20のアルキニル基、C6−C20のアリール基、フルオレニル基、O、N、S、Si及びPからなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種のヘテロ原子を含むC2−C20のヘテロ環基、C3−C20の脂肪族環基、C7−C20のアリールアルキル基、並びにC8−C20のアリールアルケニル基からなる群より選択された1種以上の置換基で更に置換されていてもよい。 - 前記式1は下記式2又は式3で表される、請求項1に記載の化合物:

- 前記式1で表される化合物は下記化合物のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の化合物:
。 - 陽極、陰極、及び前記陽極と陰極との間に形成された有機物層を含む有機電気素子において、前記有機物層は請求項1に記載の式1で示される単独の化合物または2以上の化合物を化合物を含有することを特徴とする有機電気素子。
- 陽極、陰極、前記陽極と陰極との間に形成された有機物層、及び光効率改善層を含む有機電気素子において、前記光効率改善層は、前記陽極又は陰極の両面のうち前記有機物層と接していない一面に形成され、前記有機物層又は光効率改善層は請求項1に記載の式1で示される化合物を含むことを特徴とする有機電気素子。
- 前記有機物層は、正孔注入層、正孔輸送層、発光補助層、発光層、電子輸送補助層、電子輸送層及び電子注入層のうちの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の有機電気素子。
- 前記化合物は上記発光補助層に含まれる、請求項9に記載の有機電気素子。
- 前記有機物層は、前記陽極上に順次形成された正孔輸送層、発光層、及び電子輸送層を含むスタック(stack)を複数含む、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の有機電気素子。
- 前記有機物層は、前記複数のスタック(stack)の間に形成された電荷生成層をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の有機電気素子。
- 請求項7又は請求項8に記載の有機電気素子を含むディスプレイ装置;及び前記ディスプレイ装置を駆動する制御部を含む電子装置。
- 前記有機電気素子は、有機電気発光素子、有機太陽電池、有機感光体、有機トランジスタ、単色白色照明用素子、及び量子ドット(quantum dot)ディスプレイ用素子からなる群より選択される、請求項13に記載の電子装置。
