Abstract
Description
本願は、2017年2月24日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/463,051号の利益を主張する。前記出願の全教示は、参照により本明細書に援用される。
開窓型(fenestrated)血管内大動脈修復(FEVAR)は、腎臓、腸および肝臓を含む生体臓器に血液を供給する大動脈から生じる血管にわたる大動脈瘤を治療するための最小の侵襲性手順である。FEVARに使用される血管内グラフトは、血管内グラフトの埋め込み後に、動脈分枝を通る生体臓器への血流のための通路として機能する分枝プロテーゼの挿入のための開窓を画定する。開窓型血管プロテーゼを用いた腎臓近傍(juxtarenal)大動脈瘤およびショートネック(short-neck)腹部大動脈瘤などの動脈瘤の修復の後に生体臓器への血流を最大にすることおよび内部の漏れ(endoleak)を最小にすることは、さらなる外科的介入が回避されるべき場合に克服されなければならない医学的な困難さを提示する。
本発明は、ステントグラフト送達システム、ならびに動脈血管損傷、例えば生体臓器および組織に血液を供給する動脈分枝を有する大動脈の領域における大動脈瘤、例えば腹部大動脈瘤および胸腹大動脈瘤、例えば腎臓近傍大動脈瘤およびショートネック腹部大動脈瘤に関連する血管損傷の治療および修復におけるその使用のための方法に関する。

Claims (35)
- a) ハンドル;
b) 該ハンドルから遠位に伸長し、遠位端および近位端を有し、かつ長手軸を画定するガイドワイヤカテーテル、ここで該ガイドワイヤカテーテルは、該ハンドルに対して移動可能である;
c) 該ハンドルに固定され、かつ該ハンドルから遠位におよび該ガイドワイヤカテーテルの周囲に伸長する外部カテーテル;
d) 該ガイドワイヤカテーテルと該外部カテーテルの間に伸長し、かつ該ガイドワイヤカテーテルおよび該外部カテーテルに対して長手方向に移動可能である可撓性シース、ここで該可撓性シースは開口を含み、開口の配置により、該可撓性シースが、収縮された半径方向の径を有する管腔形態を有するようになる;ならびに
