Description
前記外輪は前記第1軌道面から軸方向に隔置し且つ第1相手部材を取り付けるための第1取付け部を備え,前記内輪は前記第2軌道面から軸方向に隔置し且つ第2相手部材を取り付けるための第2取付け部を備えており,前記外輪の第1外周面と前記内輪の第2内周面とは面一にそれぞれ形成されており,前記外輪の前記第1取付け部は前記内輪の前記第2内周面から径方向に突出せず,前記内輪の前記第2取付け部は前記外輪の前記第1外周面から径方向に突出していないことを特徴とするクロスローラ軸受に関する。

Claims (8)
- 第1内周面に断面V字状の第1軌道面が形成された外輪,前記外輪の前記第1軌道面に対向して第2外周面に断面V字状の第2軌道面が形成され且つ前記外輪と同心に配設されて相対回転自在な内輪,及び前記外輪及び前記内輪のいずれか一方に形成された組込孔を通じて前記第1軌道面と前記第2軌道面との間に形成された軌道路に互いに直交して配設された複数のローラと前記ローラ間に配設されたセパレータを有するクロスローラ軸受において,
前記外輪は前記第1軌道面から軸方向に隔置し且つ第1相手部材を取り付けるための第1取付け部を備え,前記内輪は前記第2軌道面から軸方向に隔置し且つ第2相手部材を取り付けるための第2取付け部を備えており,前記外輪の第1外周面と前記内輪の第2内周面とは面一にそれぞれ形成されており,前記外輪の前記第1取付け部は前記内輪の前記第2内周面から径方向に突出せず,前記内輪の前記第2取付け部は前記外輪の前記第1外周面から径方向に突出していないことを特徴とするクロスローラ軸受。 - 前記外輪に形成された前記第1取付け部は,前記第1軌道面が形成された第1軌道部より軸方向で反対方向に延びて形成され,前記第1軌道部の肉厚より径方向に厚く形成されており,前記内輪に形成された前記第2取付け部は,前記第2軌道面が形成された第2軌道部より軸方向で反対方向に延びて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクロスローラ軸受。
- 前記外輪の前記第1取付け部には端面に形成された前記第1相手部材を取り付ける第1ねじ穴が形成され,前記内輪の前記第2取付け部には端面に形成された前記第2相手部材を取り付ける第2ねじ穴が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクロスローラ軸受。
- 前記外輪の前記第1外周面に形成された前記組込孔には蓋が埋め込まれ,前記蓋は前記外輪に軸方向に延びる固定ピンで固定され,前記蓋の外周面は前記外輪の前記第1外周面と面一に形成され,前記蓋の内周面に形成された軌道面は前記外輪の前記第1軌道面と面一に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のクロスローラ軸受。
- 前記外輪及び前記内輪の少なくとも一方には、前記軌道路を転走する前記ローラと前記セパレータとを検知するための半円状又は長孔状の切欠き部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のクロスローラ軸受。
- 前記外輪に設けた前記第1取付け部は前記外輪に形成された前記第1軌道面が形成された前記第1軌道部の肉厚より厚く形成されており,前記内輪に設けた前記第2取付け部は前記内輪に形成された前記第2軌道面が形成された前記第2軌道部の肉厚より厚く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のクロスローラ軸受。
- 前記外輪は前記第1軌道面が形成された前記第1軌道部と前記第1取付け部とが一体構造のワンピースに形成され,前記内輪は前記第2軌道面が形成された前記第2軌道部と前記第2取付け部とが一体構造のワンピースに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のクロスローラ軸受。
- 前記外輪の前記第1外周面には,前記第1軌道面に連通する少なくとも1個の給油孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のクロスローラ軸受。
