Description
図1は、第1実施形態に係る医療デバイス10の全体構成を示す概略図、図2は、第1留置針100の側面図、図3は、図2に示す3−3線に沿う第1留置針100の拡大断面図である。
第1留置針100および第2留置針200について説明する。なお、本明細書では、第1留置針100および第2留置針200を総称して留置針と称する。
図1に示すように、チューブ部材300は、第1カテーテル部110を介してリンパ管Lに接続される第1端部310と、第2カテーテル部210を介して静脈Pに接続される第2端部320と、を有している。チューブ部材300の第1端部310と第2端部320との間には、ポンプ400が配置されている。
ポンプ400は、チューブ部材300の一部を内蔵し、当該チューブ部材300の外周面を複数のフィンガ(図示せず)により押圧して、チューブ部材300を蠕動させて、リンパ管L内のリンパ液を静脈Pへ圧送する蠕動式のポンプ機構を備えている。
次に、図7〜図11を参照して、第2実施形態に係る医療デバイスについて説明する。なお、上述した第1実施形態と同様の構成については、同一の符号を付し、その説明を省略する。また、第2実施形態において特に言及しない点については、上述した第1実施形態と同様に構成することができるものとする。
本実施形態に係る第1カテーテル部110aは、図11(B)に示すように、オスコネクタに相当するチューブ部材300aの第1端部310aを内腔に挿入した状態で接続可能なメスコネクタとして構成されている。
図7、図8に示すように、医療器具500は、第1カテーテル部110aを収容可能な内腔を有し、リンパ管Lに対して穿刺可能な針先511を備える穿刺部材510と、穿刺部材510内に収容した第1カテーテル部110aの移動を操作するための押し子520と、穿刺部材510の外周を覆うように配置された外筒530と、穿刺部材510をリンパ管Lに穿刺する際に、リンパ管Lの管壁L1を穿刺部材510側へ変形させるための負圧を発生する負圧発生部540と、を有している。

- 前記第1生体管腔に留置された状態で、前記第1生体管腔と前記チューブ部材の前記第1端部とを接続する第1カテーテル部と、
前記第2生体管腔に留置された状態で、前記第2生体管腔と前記チューブ部材の前記第2端部とを接続する第2カテーテル部と、
をさらに有する請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記第1カテーテル部と、前記第1カテーテル部の内腔に配置された状態で、前記第1生体管腔に対して穿刺される内針と、を含む第1留置針と、
前記第2カテーテル部と、前記第2カテーテル部の内腔に配置された状態で、前記第2生体管腔に対して穿刺される内針と、を含む第2留置針と、
を有する請求項3に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記第1生体管腔に対して穿刺可能な穿刺部材と、
前記穿刺部材を前記第1生体管腔に穿刺する際に、前記第1生体管腔の管壁を前記穿刺部材側へ近付くように変形させるための負圧を発生する負圧発生部と、
を有する請求項3または請求項4に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記第1カテーテル部は、前記第1生体管腔に留置された状態で、前記第1生体管腔からの抜けを防止する抜け防止部を有する請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療デバイス。
