Abstract
【解決手段】医療装置である内視鏡1は長手軸を含む可撓細長部材2と、旋回軸で細長部材に接続されるツールとを含むことができ、ツールは旋回軸を中心に細長部材に対して長手軸の一方の側に向けて旋回するように構成することができ、ツールは長手軸に沿って突出位置と格納位置の間を移動するように構成することができる。

Description
実施形態によると、医療装置は長手軸を含む可撓細長部材と、旋回軸近傍で細長部材に接続されるツールとを含むことができ、ツールは吸引および注入の一方用に構成することができ、旋回軸を中心に細長部材に対して長手軸の両側に向けて旋回するように構成することができる。
「近位」と「遠位」という用語は、例示の内視鏡の構成要素の相対位置に言及するために使用することができる。本願で使用されるとき、「近位」は、身体の外側により近い、あるいは内視鏡を使用する医師またはその他のユーザにより近い位置を指す。対照的に、「遠位」は、内視鏡を使用する外科医またはその他のユーザからより遠い、あるいは身体の内側により近い位置を指す。
一態様における医療装置は、ハンドルアセンブリと、前記ハンドルアセンブリから延び、かつ、全長にわたって延びる通路を有する外側シースと、前記外側シースの前記通路を通って延びる導電体と、を含むシャフトと、前記外側シースの前記通路を通って延び、かつ、全長にわたって延びる通路を含む内側シースと、前記シャフトの遠位端から延出する末端部作動体アセンブリと、を備える、流体移送用及び電子的外科手術用の医療装置である。前記末端部作動体アセンブリは、電極を含む。前記電極は、導電材料を備え、かつ、前記導電体から電気エネルギーを受けるように構成された近位部と、前記近位部よりも幅の広い遠位部と、前記近位部及び前記遠位部を貫通して延び、かつ、前記内側シースの前記通路と流体連通する通路と、前記遠位部に開口し、かつ、前記近位部の通路と前記遠位部とを流体連通する開口部と、を含む。
好ましい態様において、前記開口部は、前記遠位部の最遠位面に開口する。
好ましい態様において、前記開口部は、前記遠位部の最遠位面に対して近位側における、当該遠位部の面に開口する。
好ましい態様において、前記開口部の中心軸は、前記近位部の中心軸に対し交差して延びる。
好ましい態様において、前記開口部の前記中心軸は、前記近位部の前記中心軸に対し直角に延びる。
好ましい態様において、前記開口部の前記中心軸と前記近位部の前記中心軸との間に鈍角が形成される。
好ましい態様において、前記遠位部は、前記シャフトの中心軸に対し直角に延びる方向沿いにおいて、前記近位部よりも幅が広い。
好ましい態様において、前記近位部は、前記外側シースの遠位端内に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられる。
好ましい態様において、前記開口部は、円形状である。
好ましい態様において、前記開口部は、前記遠位部の湾曲した面に形成される。
好ましい態様において、前記遠位部の最遠位面は、平らである。
好ましい態様において、前記遠位部の前記最遠位面は、前記近位部の中心長手軸に対して直角である。
