Claims (4)
- 長尺状の繊維束を所定の長さに複数切断し、切断した繊維束の間に樹脂を含浸させることで繊維強化樹脂材料を製造する繊維強化樹脂材料の製造装置であって、
それぞれ所定の長さを有し、長尺状の繊維束を切断する複数のカッターと、
前記複数のカッターの下方に設けられ、これらのカッターに切断された繊維束を連続的に搬送する搬送部と、
を備え、
前記複数のカッターの上方から見たときに、前記複数のカッターは、それぞれの長手方向が前記搬送部の搬送方向に対して異なる角度を持つように前記搬送部の搬送方向に沿って並設されていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂材料の製造装置。 - 前記複数のカッターは、4つ以上であり、
前記複数のカッターの上方から見たときに、前記搬送部の搬送方向に沿って2つ目以降のカッターは、それぞれの長手方向が1つ目のカッターの長手方向に対して+45°、−45°、+90°の角度を持つように前記搬送部の搬送方向に沿って並設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂材料の製造装置。 - 前記搬送部の搬送面に対する各カッターの高さは、各カッターに切断された繊維束の所定の長さと同じである請求項1又は2に記載の繊維強化樹脂材料の製造装置。
- 前記カッターは、その長手方向に延びる複数の刃が放射状に設けられたカッターローラである請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化樹脂材料の製造装置。
