Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 球状もしくは略球状の成形材料粒子からなる、または、球状もしくは略球状の成形材料粒子を含む熱可塑性成形材料粉体を懸濁液から製造する方法であって、
上記懸濁液は、ガラス様および/またはセラミック製および/または金属製基材の粒子を溶媒内に含み、上記溶媒にはバインダが溶解しており、上記バインダは上記溶媒に可溶なポリマーを含んでいる方法において、
上記バインダは、上記溶媒に可溶な1種または複数種の添加剤をさらに含み、上記懸濁液を噴霧乾燥する工程を含み、上記噴霧乾燥の工程が、上記溶媒が部分的または完全に気相に移行するように実施される方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
上記1種または複数種の添加剤は、上記懸濁液に分子的に溶解していることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、
上記1種または複数種の添加剤は、次の物質、すなわち、可塑剤、離型剤、上記ポリマーと少なくとも二成分系を形成する添加剤のうちの1種または複数種であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記ポリマーは熱可塑性であり、および/または、上記ポリマーは、次の物質、すなわち、ポリアミド類またはポリエステル類のような、但しこれらに限定されない重縮合物;ポリオレフィン類、ポリスチレン類、ポリアクリレート類、ポリビニルピロリドン類、ポリオキシメチレン類のような、但しこれらに限定されないポリマー;ポリウレタン類のような、但しこれらに限定されないポリアダクトのうちの1種または複数種から選択されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3または4に記載の方法において、
上記可塑剤が、芳香族ヒドロキシ安息香酸のエステルであり、好ましくはp−ヒドロキシ安息香酸脂肪アルコールエステルであり、その炭素鎖長が好ましくはC12〜C26の範囲、特に好ましくはC18〜C22の範囲内であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記基材粒子のそれぞれが、最大寸法Bmaxを有し、1μm≦Bmax≦50μm、特に5μm≦Bmax≦40μm、特に10μm≦Bmax≦30μmが、上記基材粒子の少なくとも80%に適合することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記成形材料粒子のそれぞれは最大寸法Amaxを有し、0.005mm≦Amax≦0.3mm、特に0.008mm≦Amax≦0.2mm、特に0.01mm≦Amax≦0.1mmが、上記成形材料粒子の少なくとも80%に適合することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記成形材料粒子のそれぞれは最小寸法Aminおよび最大寸法Amaxを有し、0.6≦Amin/Amax≦1、特に0.7≦Amin/Amax≦1、特に0.8≦Amin/Amax≦1が、上記成形材料粒子の少なくとも80%に適合することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記溶媒は、1種もしくは複数種のアルコール、または、1種もしくは複数種のアルコール溶媒であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
基材粒子は、次の物質、すなわち、貴金属、硬金属、ガラス、セラミック、非鉄金属、鉄、チタン、これらの合金および/または化合物、これらの超合金、および鋼のうちの1種または複数種からなるか、または、これらの物質、金属、合金もしくは化合物のうちの1種または複数種を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記セラミック製基材および/または金属製基材および/またはガラス様基材の粒子を、まず、上記バインダを含む上記溶媒に導入し、
得られた懸濁液を噴霧装置において霧化し、上記溶媒を部分的または完全に蒸発させることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法において、
好ましくは、上記セラミック製基材および/または金属製基材および/またはガラス様基材粒子の上記溶媒への導入は高温で、好ましくは60℃〜80℃の範囲の温度で、特に好ましくは70℃で行われることを特徴する方法。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記噴霧プロセスは、上記添加剤ポリマーの結晶化温度よりも低い、10℃〜30℃、好ましくは20℃で行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記バインダが不溶な液体内に上記懸濁液を噴霧することにより行われ、上記液体は好ましくは水であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から14のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
上記バインダのガラス転移温度またはクリスタライト溶融温度である温度Tsよりも高い少なくとも10℃において、かつ、特に1.00s−1、2.50s−1、5.00s−1、10.0s−1、25.0s−1、50.0s−1、および100s−1からなる群から選択される速度低下において、上記バインダの融解粘度が100Pa・s〜106Pa・s、特に100Pa・s〜105Pa・s、特に100Pa・s〜104Pa・sであることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から15のうちの1つの方法に従って製造される熱可塑性成形材料粉体。
- 請求項16に記載の熱可塑性成形材料粉体において、
上記バインダのガラス転移温度またはクリスタライト溶融温度である温度Tsよりも高い少なくとも10℃において、かつ、特に1.00s−1、2.50s−1、5.00s−1、10.0s−1、25.0s−1、50.0s−1、および100s−1からなる群から選択される速度低下において、上記バインダの融解粘度が100Pa・s〜106Pa・s、特に100Pa・s〜105Pa・s、特に100Pa・s〜104Pa・sであることを特徴とする熱可塑性成形材料粉体。 - 請求項16または17に記載の熱可塑性成形材料粉体において、
上記成形材料粉体の成形材料粒子のそれぞれは最大寸法Amaxを有し、0.005mm≦Amax≦0.3mm、特に0.008mm≦Amax≦0.2mm、特に0.01mm≦Amax≦0.1mmが、上記成形材料粒子の少なくとも80%に適合することを特徴とする熱可塑性成形材料粉体。 - 請求項16から18のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料粉体において、
上記成形材料粒子のそれぞれは最小寸法Aminおよび最大寸法Amaxを有し、0.6≦Amin/Amax≦1、特に0.7≦Amin/Amax≦1、特に0.8≦Amin/Amax≦1が、上記成形材料粒子の少なくとも80%に適合することを特徴とする熱可塑性成形材料粉体。 - 請求項16から19のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料粉体において、
上記成形材料粉体の上記成形材料粒子は球状であり、複数のセラミック製基材および/または金属製基材および/またはガラス様基材粒子を含むことを特徴とする熱可塑性成形材料粉体。 - 請求項16から20のいずれか1つに記載の熱可塑性成形材料粉体の、粉体を使用した添加剤製造プロセス、特に、SLSプリントプロセスにおける使用。
