Abstract

[0008]装置はプランジャに対して遠位のチャネル内に配置させることができ、よって、プランジャを遠位方向に動かすと、装置は遠位方向に用具本体を出て組織の中へ前進する。典型的に、装置は、以上に挙げられている公開出願第2010/0094252号に示されている様に自身の厚さ及び幅より大きい長さを有する細長い本体の形態を採るものとなろう。装置はその長手方向軸に沿って近位端と遠位端の間を延びていてもよい。用具本体の長手方向のチャネル又はボアは、少なくとも部分的には、装置の外側構成に、より典型的には装置の長手方向軸に沿って取られた断面に整合していてもよい。以上に論じられている装置に似た装置がその深さより大きい幅を有しているなら、及び/又はそれ以外にその長手方向軸を中心に半径方向に非対称であるなら、この形体は以下により詳細に論じられている様に装置を所望の配置向きに維持しながら組織の中へ前進させることを可能にする。

上記陥凹部は上記植え込み式装置を受け入れるように構成されており、上記トンネル作成部は、上記装置を上記陥凹部の中にそうして配置させたときの当該装置から横方向にずれた位置にて上記陥凹部から遠位方向に延びている、請求項1に記載の用具。

上記用具本体は、上記装置の近位運動を制限する停止面を備えている、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
[発明の第7の形態]
上記プランジャの上記近位端に隣接したマーキングが、当該プランジャが上記用具本体への挿入にとっての上記適正配置向きにあることを上記医師が見極めるのを支援する、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
[発明の第8の形態]
上記用具本体の上記近位端の開口は、上記プランジャの上記下側面の上記溝に対応する突起を含み、当該プランジャの上記本体内での適正配置向きが保証されるようにしている、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
[発明の第9の形態]
上記陥凹部の上記開放されている上側部分は上記用具本体の上側面を貫く開口であり、上記上側面にはその表示となるマーキングが設けられている、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
[発明の第10の形態]
上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の上記用具を上記植え込み式医療装置と関連付けて備えているシステム。

上記植え込み式医療装置には丸められた遠位端が設けられている、請求項10に記載のシステム。

Claims (13)
- 医療装置を植え込むための皮下植え込み用具であって、
遠位開口を有する長手方向に延びる陥凹部を有している用具本体と、
前記陥凹部の前記遠位開口から延びている、前記用具本体の遠位端のトンネル作成部(tunneler)と、
前記用具本体陥凹部の少なくとも一部分の内に嵌るプランジャと、を備えている用具。 - 前記陥凹部は前記植え込み式装置を受け入れるように構成されており、前記トンネル作成部は、前記装置を前記陥凹部の中にそうして配置させたときの当該装置から横方向にずれた位置にて前記陥凹部から遠位方向に延びている、請求項1に記載の用具。
- 前記プランジャは前記陥凹部の少なくとも一部分内で滑動式に位置付けでき、前記プランジャの前記陥凹部内での遠位方向への運動は前記装置を遠位方向に当該陥凹部から外へ出し前記トンネル作成部に平行して当該トンネル作成部の外部を前進させる、請求項2に記載の用具。
- 前記陥凹部の開放されている上側部分は、前記装置が前記陥凹部の中へ適正に挿入されていることの視覚的確認を可能にさせる、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
- 前記用具本体は、前記プランジャの遠位運動を制限する停止面を備えている、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
- 前記用具本体は、前記装置の近位運動を制限する停止面を備えている、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
- 前記プランジャの前記近位端に隣接したマーキングが、当該プランジャが前記用具本体への挿入にとっての前記適正配置向きにあることを前記医師が見極めるのを支援する、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
- 前記用具本体の前記近位端の開口は、前記プランジャの前記下側面の前記溝に対応する突起を含み、当該プランジャの前記本体内での適正配置向きが保証されるようにしている、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
- 前記陥凹部の前記開放されている上側部分は前記用具本体の上側面を貫く開口であり、前記上側面にはその表示となるマーキングが設けられている、上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の用具。
- 上記請求項の何れか一項に記載の前記用具を前記植え込み式医療装置と関連付けて備えているシステム。
- 前記植え込み式医療装置には丸められた遠位端が設けられている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
