厚さ32μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(12μmの二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムからなる基材層に20μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂からなるヒートシール層を積層したもの(中本パックス株式会社製HS−PET)を二つ折りして、その左右を約230℃の温度で5mm幅でヒートシールすることによって、上部を開口した長方形状の二方袋を製造した。なお、二方袋は、シイタケの鮮度保持試験用の高さ(袋の深さ方向の長さ)×幅=約150mm×250mmの大きさのものと、ミカンの鮮度保持試験用の高さ×幅=約230mm×340mmの大きさのものの2種類を作成した。一方、二方袋の製造に使用した合成樹脂フィルムの曲げ特性を、上記した方法によって測定した。また、得られた二方袋の鮮度保持特性を、上記した方法によって評価した。得られた結果を、合成樹脂フィルムの曲げ特性の測定結果とともに表1に示す。
