Abstract
Description
実施例1は、アンカー金属水溶液にパラジウムアンカー金属水溶液を使用し、ニッケル錯体水溶液にニッケルEDTA(エチレンジアミン四酢酸)錯体水溶液を使用した。
実施例2は、アンカー金属水溶液に銀アンカー金属水溶液を使用し、ニッケル錯体水溶液にニッケルNTA錯体水溶液を使用し、それ以外は、実施例1と同じとした。水素製造は、実施例1と同じ条件で行い、水素の連続生産を行った。
Claims (6)
- アルミナ多孔質体を担体とし、該担体の表面と孔壁に触媒体を有する水素製造用触媒において、
該触媒体は、該担体に付着したアンカー金属と、該アンカー金属を被覆するニッケル(Ni)触媒とから形成されていることを特徴とする水素製造用触媒。 - 前記アンカー金属は、パラジウム(Pd)及び/又は銀(Ag)を含有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素製造用触媒。
- 前記ニッケル触媒の被覆厚が0.1〜25μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素製造用触媒。
- 前記アルミナ多孔質体に、前記アンカー金属を付着させる工程と、前記ニッケル触媒を被覆させる工程と、を含む水素製造用触媒の製造方法であって、
該アンカー金属を付着させる工程は、該アルミナ多孔質体をアンカー金属水溶液に浸漬させる工程を含み、
該ニッケル触媒を被覆させる工程は、該アンカー金属が付着した該アルミナ多孔質体を、ニッケル錯体水溶液に含浸させる工程を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素製造用触媒の製造方法。 - 前記アンカー金属水溶液のpHが5以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水素製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 前記ニッケル錯体は、キレート錯体であり、前記ニッケル錯体水溶液のpHが2〜7であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水素製造用触媒の製造方法。
