Abstract
【解決手段】骨格部材25の車幅方向内側の内壁部47は、電池パック18を車幅方向に延長した領域dに入る部分を有し、前記骨格部材25の前記内壁部47に対向する外壁部48は、前記領域dから上下方向に外れる部分を有し、前記外壁部48と前記内壁部47とを連結した第1伝達部材60は、前記外壁部48に一体の第1連結部65と、前記内壁部47に一体の第2連結部66とを有し、第1連結部65は、前記領域dから上下方向に外れた位置に設けられ、第2連結部66は、前記領域dに入る位置または前記領域dから上下方向に外れた位置でありかつ前記第2連結部66と前記領域dとの上下方向の距離が、前記第1連結部65と前記領域dとの上下方向の距離よりも小さい位置に配置されている。

Claims (5)
- 内部が中空構造で車両前後方向に向けて配置された一対の骨格部材と、
前記一対の骨格部材の間に配置された電池パックとを備えた車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記電池パックは、固体電解質を有する全固体電池を備え、
前記骨格部材は、車幅方向内側の内壁部と、前記内壁部に対向する車幅方向外側の外壁部とを有し、
前記内壁部は、前記電池パックを車幅方向に延長した領域に入る部分を有し、
前記外壁部は、前記領域から上下方向に外れる部分を有し、
前記外壁部と前記内壁部とを連結した第1伝達部材を有し、
前記第1伝達部材は、前記外壁部に固定されている第1連結部と、前記内壁部に固定されている第2連結部とを有し、
前記第1連結部は、前記領域から上下方向に外れた位置に設けられ、
前記第2連結部は、前記領域に入る位置、または前記領域から上下方向に外れた位置であり、かつ前記第2連結部と前記領域との上下方向の距離が、前記第1連結部と前記領域との上下方向の距離よりも小さい位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1に記載された車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記電池パックは、前記全固体電池である複数の単電池を一方向に積層して一体化した積層体を有し、かつ前記積層体が前記単電池の積層方向を車幅方向に合わせた姿勢で前記一対の骨格部材の間に配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載された車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記第2連結部は、前記領域に入る位置に配置され、
前記内壁部と前記電池パックとの間に、前記内壁部から前記電池パックに荷重を伝達する第2伝達部材を備え、
第2伝達部材は、前記内壁部側の第1端部と、前記電池パック側の第2端部とを有し、 前記第1端部は、前記第1伝達部材の前記第2連結部と前記内壁部を挟んで対向する位置に配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載された車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記第1伝達部材は、前記骨格部材と一体に形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載された車両のバッテリ搭載構造において、
前記骨格部材と前記伝達部材とは分離可能な独立した部品によって構成され、
前記第1伝達部材は、前記内壁部に対向する第1取付端と、前記外壁部に対向する第2取付端とを備え、
前記第1取付端と前記内壁部とを固定し、前記第2取付端と前記外壁部とを固定することで前記第1伝達部材が前記骨格部材に固定されている
ことを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
