Claims (6)
- レーザ光を2つの対向する反射鏡の間を往復させて、該レーザ光のエネルギーを増幅させた共振レーザ光を形成する光共振器と、
測定対象となるエアロゾルの粒子が、前記共振レーザ光の光路を横切るように移送する粒子移送手段と、
前記エアロゾルの粒子が前記共振レーザ光に照射された際に発する散乱光を受光する散乱光受光手段と、
前記散乱光受光手段により受光された受光信号を受信する処理装置と、を備え、
前記処理装置は、前記受光信号に基づいて受光パルスを出力し、前記受光パルスのうち時間的に隣り合うもののパルス間の時間幅を導出するように構成されていることを特徴とする粒子計測装置。 - 前記処理装置は、前記受光信号に基づいて受光パルスを出力し、前記受光パルスのうち時間的に隣り合うもののパルス間の時間幅を導出して、その時間幅の複数サンプルにわたる頻度分布を導出するように構成されている請求項1記載の粒子計測装置。
- 前記処理装置は、前記導出されたパルス間の時間幅及び/又は前記導出されたパルス間の時間幅の複数サンプルにわたる頻度分布に基づいて、前記共振レーザ光の発振モードを判定するように構成されている請求項1又は2記載の粒子計測装置。
- 前記光共振器は、前記反射鏡を調整する反射鏡調整手段を備え、前記反射鏡調整手段は、前記処理装置による前記発振モードの判定に基づいて調整されるように構成されている請求項3記載の粒子計測装置。
- 前記測定対象となるエアロゾルの粒子が、前記光共振器で形成された共振レーザ光の光路を該光共振器内で横切るように構成されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の粒子計測装置。
- 前記光共振器には、前記反射鏡の一方の、前記共振レーザ光が形成される側とは反対面にレーザ発光体が設置され、前記レーザ発光体に所定の励起源を導入することにより発したレーザ光が、前記一方の反射鏡を通って前記光共振器に入射して前記共振レーザ光が形成されるように構成されている請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の粒子計測装置。
