Claims (11)
- 拡張された調節範囲を有する固体発火型高温ガス発生器であって、
複数の固体バーナ(3、4、5)が配置され、固体バーナ群(10)が形成され、
独立した固体供給器(6)及び燃焼空気供給器(7)が、各固体バーナ(3、4、5)に割り当てられ、
前記固体バーナ群(10)の発火出力が、1つの固体バーナによる最小出力から全ての固体バーナ(3、4、5)による最大出力まで調節でき、後続の施設ユニットの全ての必要負荷領域がカバーされる、ことを特徴とする固体発火型高温ガス発生器。 - 請求項1に記載の高温ガス発生器であって、更に、
バーナマフラ(2)と、前記バーナマフラ(2)のバーナプレート(12)内に配置された始動バーナ(8)と、
加熱されるガス(13)のための供給手段(11)と、
前記バーナマフラ(2)の後に配置され、生成された燃焼ガスが前記加熱されるガス(13)と混合される、混合コンポーネント(9)と、
を備え、
複数の固体バーナ(3、4、5)が、前記始動バーナ(8)を中心として同一円周上に配置され、前記バーナマフラ(2)の前記バーナプレート(12)内に固定されている、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の高温ガス発生器であって、
同じ大きさ又は異なる大きさの固体バーナ(3、4、5)が、固体バーナ群(10)を形成する、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の高温ガス発生器であって、
3つの固体バーナ(3、4、5)が、各々から同じ角距離あけて配置され、前記バーナプレート(12)内の前記始動バーナ(8)から同じ径方向距離あけて配置されている、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の高温ガス発生器であって、
前記固体バーナ(3、4、5)が、前記バーナマフラ(2)の長手方向軸に対して規定の角度で配置されている、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の高温ガス発生器であって、
各固体バーナ(3、4、5)に対する、別個の、分量を定めた固体供給のための投入手段が設けられている、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の高温ガス発生器であって、
粉末形状の燃料、特に石炭粉末又はバイオマス粉末を、流体化された形状で前記固体バーナ(3、4、5)に供給できる、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の高温ガス発生器であって、
インパルスバーナ、特に、無煙炭粉末、褐炭粉末、石油コークス粉末、バイオマス粉末及び粉末混合物のためのインパルスバーナが、固体バーナ(3、4、5)として配置され、各々が、円錐状に傾斜した火炎加速ノズル(17)を有していてもよい、円錐状に延びる反応室(16)と、流体化され粉末形状の燃料のための偏向フード(19)を有する噴射筒(18)と、燃焼空気を供給するためのラジアルブレードカスケード(25)と、を備える、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。 - 請求項8に記載の高温ガス発生器であって、
固体バーナ(3、4、5)として使われる前記インパルスバーナが、ガスに切り換えることができ、例えば、天然ガス、合成ガス、又はブラスト炉ガスで動作できる、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の高温ガス発生器であって、
複数の円筒形で同軸の穿孔ジャケットを有する穿孔ジャケットユニット(20)(LOMA)であって、前記穿孔ジャケット(21)間に環状間隙(22)が形成され、前記穿孔ジャケット(21)と外側閉鎖シート鋼ジャケット(23)との間に環状チャネル(24)が形成される、穿孔ジャケットユニット(20)が、混合コンポーネント(9)として配置されている、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。 - 先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の高温ガス発生器であって、
石炭ガス化プラント、鋼業界及び鉄以外の冶金処理におけるPCIプラント、セメント業界及び一般的な熱ベースの施設において使われる、ことを特徴とする高温ガス発生器。
